FIRST CHOICE SEPTIC SERVICE

Two words best describe FCS: integrity and skill, especially for major repairs. After several bad experiences with other septic companies, we were profoundly skeptical; however, we were extremely pleased with the result from FCS, which was carried out so professionally that it took our breath away! One note-- it may take time to get an appointment because FCS is in demand (rightly so), and for us, also because of seemingly endless rainy/damp weather, but it was most definitely worth the wait! Another important note is that this was the only septic company that we found in the area that removes the old tank completely, instead of crushing it in place, leaving a potential health hazard. Yes, it is more expensive than the other companies, but in the end, it is far less so, because FCS does the work properly!! What they quote is what it costs, and there is no shady 'nonsense' about it. The digger operator is highly-skilled, and can work in quite close quarters without any issues. Tanks are not accepted if not pristine-- FSC only uses concrete tanks and not plastic. Concrete means that you will likely not have this expense again anytime soon. FCS has a good knowledge of systems and also the appropriate grading of the septic environment. We would give them the highest possible rating, and this is given with a lot of knowledge of other area providers. Do not waste your time with shady, less expensive companies that will string out the repairs, and will end up making more trouble for you than you already have, and if you ask a lot of good, initial questions as we did, you will see what we mean.... Go with what, in our opinion, is the best, FCS.

I love them, they are great. They are fast and knowledgeable. They did not flip me off. They were very polite and informative. They offered to come back and help me because I fell and hurt my leg so they offered to rinse it out for no charge.

No contact from company, so after lunch I called to see the status of the job. I figured they may have closed due to inclement weather, but they said their truck broke and I would have to wait until Thursday. I have no problems with that, but when an appointment is made for the AM, a phone call would be nice.
