+ 1 moreA bit pricier than other estimates we received, by their responsiveness, professionalism, courtesy, and the seriousness with which they took our concerns, made us decide to go with them. There were a number of issues that needed to be dealt with after we moved into our house, and all of them before winter set in. Roofs had to be secured with hurricane ties or reinforced on a couple of outbuildings, trusses had to be added to our attic, fireproofing had to be added in the basement for main floor bathroom drains,flashing installed, and deck repairs made. They carved out time in their schedule, worked very hard, did not ding or dent our floors or walls, and finished all the work in about 3.5 days. There are some rooms that we would like to remodel, and we look forward to working with them in the future. Well worth the price.

+ -1 moreI called Eppard Construction to possibly replace my deck and build a new one. The only reason they weren't chosen it that the plans for the builder who was chosen had more protection for the basement which is under the deck and also has a flooding problem so I need to be certain that whatever is done leaves no possibility for water to get into the basement, though the plan submitted by Eppard Construction was excellent. Construction for the deck would have started 2 weeks after the contract was signed, and it would have been finished 2 weeks after that. Mr. Eppard was at all times professional and courteous and I have no doubt that the deck would have been well done. I would certainly use Eppard Construction in the future.

+ 2 moreAfter having Eppard Construction renovate a bathroom and kitchen and add a new deck, we have no hesitation in recommending them. Their professionalism, quality of work, and consideration of the homeowners surpassed our expectations. Not only did their crew appear every morning until the job was done, but they coordinated every part of the job so that was completed in a timely manner (in spite of some changes that we added along the way). Their concern with the quality of their work, dependability and the openness of communication during it all made them a pleasure to work with and to have in our home. We could not be more pleased with the finished product and look forward to using them again for future projects.
Description of Work: Removed kitchen, laundry room and master bathroom. Added a substantially larger, redesigned deck. Built custom cabinetry, creating finishes that match the existing ones in an older log home.

Description of Work: Upon contacting Eppard Construction, Leon responded quickly. He was prompt at our first meeting, listened to my needs and gave good suggestions. Basically we were getting my parents home ready to sell, but it needed some repairs. Some of which we thought would be a major undertaking. Eppard replaced carpet in the living, dinning, family rooms, and the entire basement. They also painted the basement and repaired a door and replaced another that were not working properly. We had some water and moisture issues in the basement which Eppard investigated and found were not as bad as we thought. They fixed the problems and repaired any ceiling or wall related issues. Eppard refinished a bathtub, which saved us and them a lot of money and time. They repaired a window sash rather than replace the whole bay window. There is one outdoor project, brick tuck-pointing, that has not been completed yet, but only because weather conditions have not permitted. Leon and his workers were always on time and very professional. I was very pleased with their work and will use them again if needed in the future.

+ -1 moreThus far, all is going to plan. Mr. Eppard provided the requisite documentation for the Banking Officer's review and we expect to "break ground" within the next few weeks.
Description of Work: Mr. Eppard personally showed at my home in order to discuss an addition that I would like to be built, doubling the size of my dwelling. When you ask "Did the company/individual perform any services," I have to point out that Mr. Eppard did, in fact, perform services in that he utilized his experience, and spent a great deal of time explaining to me how the modification I desired could, or may not, be accomplished. The expertise that Mr. Eppard provides gave me a clear idea of the specifics of building the addition, thusly addressing any misconceptions that I had, which could have resulted in a disastrous decision or plan of action on my part. I have decided, therefore, to chose Mr. Eppard's company, over the other two bidders, as I am quite comfortable with the level of his expertise and the level of customer service that he happily offers.
