Arn's Old Time Plumbing replumbed my entire 40 year old home with pex. The entire home was 2000 sq. ft. with three full baths. The job was completed in two days. Arn took great in removing the drywall, in keeping the area clean and in minimizing the area of drywall to be removed. Arn kept us informed of the progress throughout the entire project and to show us exactly what was being completed and how it was eing completed. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We are enjoying our new plumbing and we will use Arns for any future plumbing needs.

Arn removed all the old copper plumbing from my home and re-plumbed the entire home with new pex tubing. We added showers and bathroom vanities which needed to be plumbed. He did everything the way he said he would from the beginning and his price was reasonable. Very good experience, very trustworthy plumber, excellent workmanship.

Arnie came out quickly to give an estimate, followed up with quote and kept us informed by email of when he would be out to do the project. Work was done well and he cleaned up the area after completing project. Nice guy, easy going.

Arnie is precise, reliable, and somehow made himself available every time I needed him although he is working several other jobs concurrently.

Arnie has years of experience and is easy to work with. I had a rough in and pulled permits myself- everything passed inspection on the first visit. He arrived on time and did the work as specified. He was neat and clean. I will recommend him to anyone and plan to use his services if I am ever in need again.

If you want a hot water heater replaced, call Arnie. His quality work is fast, clean and very reasonably priced. His business card is prominently on my refrigerator for future use.

Arnie seemed like a nice guy, very approachable. I hired him to remove and install a shower and tub. This is something that I would normally do myself but with limited time I decided to hire someone to do the work. During removal he cut an electrical outlet wire to the adjacent bathroom. The wire sparked and flashed but did not trip the breaker. He said he could repair it with good electrical tape. I asked him not to and I repaired it myself installing new wire and adding a junction box. Upon completion of the tub and shower I noticed the side and back panels were loose and not secure or glued in place per the installation instructions. Arnie said he did not frame it out because the water pipes were outside the studs. During installation Arnie did have to lower a horizontal water line because it was outside the studs and would have been in the way of the tub, that part of the job seems to have been done well and so far no leaks. However, the tub spout is leaking through the side wall and I have contacted another plumber to make that repair. Also during the installation I noticed Arnie was standing in the tube with drywall debris and I asked if there should be a drop cloth to protect the surface. He agreed and retrieved a piece of cardboard, to place over the debris. There were several scratches in the tub and he did agree to have a third party come in to make those repairs. The third party called one time and I haven't heard from them since. I did not feel confident to ask Arnie to reframe and reinstall the tub or fix the leak. Instead a friend of mine and myself removed the panels, reframed the walls and glued the panels in place per the instructions. I asked Arnie if he could reimburse me a portion of his fee and he declined. Instead of saving time and money I used more then was expected. Obviously I am not happy with the work and results I received from Arnie. I do not recommend his services.

Arn's was responsive; knew exactly how to address and correct my problem in and out in less than an hour. Am pleased with the quality of his work.

Arn arrived on time, and did a very good job on some pretty old plumbing. He also went out of his way to keep the cost down and performed the work as quickly as it could be done right.

Arn was a great person to work with. He did the plumbing for our new home construction. He was easy to understand, had great suggestions and performed his work on time and his prices were fair. His years of experience in plumbing and his suggestion of using PEX pipes save me thousands over copper piping. He is very knowledgeable in his trade, he was always punctual, courteous and finished his work on schedule. We will continue to contract Arn for all our future plumbing needs.

He had to replace a very old leaky bathtub faucet that was difficult and hard to get to. He gave me options on replacement parts and made sure it didn't leak before he left. Highly recommend him.
