Bill was awesome right from the start. After we spoke for the first time to discuss the repairs I needed, I kept missing his follow up call to schedule the appointment, but he was not about to give up ~ He kept trying to reach me over the course of 2 days until we finally connected. The first repair company that I called never even called me back so Bill's responsiveness and determination really impressed me. As for the repairs, I needed two things done: 1. My dishwasher was not draining and was flooding the kitchen in the final cycle, and 2. The garbage disposal blades had completely rusted so I needed a new one installed. Bill arrived right on time and had already gotten the correct garbage disposal to replace the old one. My big old dog greeted him at the door and Bill was so sweet to her. Then he installed the disposal AND fixed the problem with the dishwasher in less than 30 minutes. I couldn't believe it! It's been about a week and the appliances are working perfectly now. He is a super nice guy and I will definitely call him again next time I need an appliance repaired.

Bill couldn't have been more awesome. When our oven started malfunctioning and not working properly, I left him a message asking to set up an appointment. He called me back about 10-15 minutes later and gave me a few tips to try to fix the issue to avoid the visit! Sadly, the tips didn't correct the issue, but Bill was able to secure the necessary replacement part, keep me updated via text message, schedule the service visit, perform the maintenance, and got the oven up and running again. He arrived when he said he would, the price was exactly what he quoted, and frankly, he's an incredibly nice guy. While I hope none of my appliances go on the fritz again anytime soon, I know exactly who will get my first phone call.

It went super. Spoke to Bill around 9 am on 12/7/15 as he called me back in response to a message I had left over the weekend on Angie's List. Spent a few minutes explaining the problem, he asked for 5 minutes to research and would call me back. 5 minutes later he called back, gave the price and stated that he could be at the house before noon and have the job completed. He did! A pleasure to work with and excellent service provided! I will use him whenever we have a job that calls for his expertise. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.

Bill was extremely professional, very friendly and quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area who needs appliance repair. He fixed our clogged dishwasher in no time and even had time to take a look at the ice maker in our refrigerator, at no extra charge. Learned plenty from talking to him and would definitely call again.

I guess this falls very far into the "better late than never" category, but my oven is still working just as well as it did when Bill first fixed it. He was on time, friendly, professional, and answered all the many questions I had. I'm the type to ask lots of questions - what different pieces are, what I should look for for future, if there's anything I could do myself, how to avoid future issues, etc. and he seemed glad to answer everything. He even suggested a fix I could try for my mom's microwave when I mentioned it was having problems. I hope I don't have any future issues with any of my appliances (ha!), but when the inevitable happens, I won't think twice about who to call.

We have used WRM before, as Bill is very helpful and tells you how much something will cost and discusses if it is worth spending the money to fix it or better to buy a new appliance. He helped find a way to fix the refrigerator that did not cost a lot of money. Also after he ordered the parts to fix the dishwasher, I called to tell him we decided to replace the dishwasher after all, and he was very nice about it. l definitely recommend WRM, because it is great to find someone so knowledgeable, and who is more interested in helping his customers than just making a buck.

Bill was great! He "was in the area" but to me since I wasn't in his schedule I feel he went out of his way to come to our house (same day) to fix our washer! He was able to complete the job durning my lunch break. He's friendly and professional; I would definitely recommend WRM to my friends and family!

My refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling one evening. I didn't know about WRM and called another repair company who came out the next day. They told me my compressor was shot and that it would be $800 to repair. Therefore, I should purchase a new refrigerator. A friend told me about WRM. I called them and spoke to Bill (the owner) on the phone. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained that it could be the compressor or it could be a part that works as a "starter" to the compressor. He scheduled an appointment with me that day. Within 5 minutes of walking into my home, Bill diagnosed that the "starter" had failed. Much to my amazement, he had the part on his truck and fixed the refrigerator/freezer right then and there for $180. I can't say enough good things about Bill's knowledge and professionalism. I will only be using this appliance company from now on.

Was prompt and accomplished exactly what was stated. Advised on repair vs. replacement as requested for dishwasher. Assisted with calibration of stove. Performed all work as requested and cost was exactly as quoted.

Bill with WRM Appliance Service was very professional and went through a number of diagnostic tests on the washer to rule out any major problems. He ran through different tests to see how the spin cycle was operating and noticed that it had a lot of vibrations at high speed. He used a level to check to see if the machine was out of balance and the back of the machine turned out to be about 1/2 inch lower than the front. Bill lifted up the washer and adjusted each of the leveling feet to get it even. Once he ran the cycle again it spun up to the highest spin rate much faster and did not have any unusual vibrations. He said that appeared to fix it, but if it had any other issues later on to give him a call. The final bill was only $85.00 (and I was expecting at least $100 or more) so I was extremely happy with the value for his services. My wife and I ran 2 loads of laundry this weekend and the wash cycle was much faster (only about an hour) and the clothes were much drier after the balanced spin cycle. We were both really happy that we found Bill and WRM Applicance Service and that they helped fix a simple problem honestly, quickly, and affordably. This will help our high-efficiency washer be more efficient, using less water and less electricity, and save us more time too.

Mr. Mason is AWESOME. He was very responsive to my phone call asking for help, discussed the problem over the phone to give me some ideas to consider, scheduled a next day early appointment. His expertise regarding refrigerators is impressive, really knows his stuff, which is of course AWESOME! He double checked I had adequately cleaned the condenser coils (couldn't help myself the night before at 10:30pm, time to clean the refrigerator coils!), and even fixed my ice maker (which I had given up on months ago) in about 2 minutes. He arrived within the indicated time frame, was very pleasant and professional, diagnosed the problems, explained and implemented the solutions and voila! refrigerator is up and running, purring like a kitten with a belly full of milk laying in the sun. Mr. Mason is now my go-to appliance guy, I highly recommend him!

My washer was leaking large amounts of water from the bottom. I was in a bit of a panic but Bill called me back within ten minutes of leaving a message. He said he could come before 2 pm and would keep me updated on an arrival time. He called at noon stating he would be here in the next 10 minutes. It took him less than 5 minutes to diagnose the problem which, luckily, wasn't major and he also had the part on his truck. I was impressed with his professionalism and super customer service. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again should we need too !

Dryer stopped working on Monday. Sent e-mail requesting service. Received call back Tuesday morning, set up service for Tuesday late morning. Received call 10 minutes before he arrived. Figured out problem and changed part .

My first call was answered quickly. After I explained what the gas company had said about the regulator, Bill (the owner) explained to me what that meant, what he would do to fix the problem and cost involved to do so. I felt comfortable after the call that Bill knew what to do. ( When dealing with gas one wants expertise. ) The repair involved replacing the regulator and another piece that came attached to the regulator. Bill arrived within the time frame I was given. He was very professional and personable at the same time. He went right to work being careful not to mar the kitchen flooring. The part he brought with him was a genuine GE part. The work was done as quickly as possible. Bill then checked for further leaks and there were none. He explained to me about the pressure in gas lines and to run the oven for a while etc. The cost was what I was originally quoted. There were no surprises or hidden fees. I've had numerous repair persons over the years, some shady some professional. I can tell you that Bill (WRM Appliance) puts the customer first and the number one goal is to have a happy customer.

Thorough, professional, knowledgeable, honest. Our front load washing machine was struggling in the spin cycle. It would shake, squeak, and then shut down. After a thorough inspection by WRM service, it appears the issue is not mechanical. The issue is with the floor beneath the machine. It is a stacked dryer/washer combo which is heavy and the floor is not concrete slab. Solution - reinforce the floor either by placing the machine on a sheet of 3/4" plywood or reinforce the ceiling in the store room beneath the laundry room floor. Will definitely use WRM again.

Quick scheduling, on time, fair price, worked fast...couldn't have gone better!

Needed my crappy GE profile dishwasher repaired again. First time after warranty had expired. It has been repaired many times before. WRM tech was nice but did not repair leak after paying $165. He tried by replacing tub gasket but heavy random leak is from someplace else. So he did not diagnose leak very and we waited one week for part that I'm sure was ready for replacement anyway. He put washer on a short cycle and left. He did wish us good luck but with a house of 6 people that does little to help. Why is it so hard to diagnose and fix an appliance? This repair failed.

Prompt !! Easy to interact with this very professional technician who has been in the field for many years and knows home appliance mechanics. This guy is a great find. I certainly will use his services in the future.

The owner, Mr. Bill Mason, was professional, friendly, arrived when he said he would, explained things in a manner that was understandable, and charged me a more than fair price for the service call and repair. It was so refreshing to have a service person of this caliber come to my home. I will DEFINITELY recommend WRM Appliance Service to anyone who needs an appliance repair.

I have a Maytag refrigerator that was periodically leaking from the bottom. I reached out to Bill through AL and scheduled for him to come out. He diagnosed the problem and told us that i) a part needed to be replaced and ii) since the part was defective, the repair should be covered by warranty through Maytag - he told us he would fix it, but that we should check with Maytag first. We called Maytag and dealt with a serious run around from them. They did eventually get out and replace the part (had to come twice since they didn't have the part on the truck), but they failed to complete the repair by clogging the drain. Bill graciously came out the next day and fixed what Maytag could not. Could not be happier with the customer service, knowledge, and approach from Bill.

I spoke with Bill at WRM on Thursday after discovering the night before that our washing machine had leaked. Bill told me that he could come between 9-12 on Friday. He also told me that the cause of the leak could be very simple or it could require a part that he would have to order. He arrived at 10a & determined that the leak was a little tube that had come loose. He fixed it very quickly and explained how I could prevent it from happening again. He also gave me a couple of other tips. The cost of his coming & doing the repair was reasonable. I will definitely call him again for any appliance repair that I might need in the future.

This contractor is a gem, a rare find. He really wants he help you save money. The first issue was a range timer that didn't work properly. He first advised us that putting in a new one would be a big expensive job of over $300 entailing replacing the entire electronic guts of the range. He then showed us how we could work with the unit to get the timer to work better and also he showed us how to work with the timer on the microwave that we hadn't even paid any attention to. The next task involved fixing the broken ice maker. Now, in this day and age, does anything ever get fixed? I mean really repaired? The answer of course is no. The old unit is thrown out and you end up paying for a new one. That is what I expected but to my great amazement and pleasure, Mr. WRM actually fixed the ice maker saving us about $147. This man is now my "go to" guy whenever I need one of my major appliances repaired.

My refrigerator stopped cooling on Saturday. I called my plumber and he recommended Bill Mason. He gave me his number! I left a message and around 8:00 on Monday morning, Bill returned my call and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. He gave me an estimate before the appointment and it was exactly what he quoted to me over the phone. Bill was punctual and friendly. I would recommend Bill to my friends and neighbors! It's nice to find someone that grew up in the area that you can rely on when you need assistance.
