This is the second time we've used them for appliance repairs in our home. They are on-time, professional and take care of business. The refrigerator is running like a champ!

Bill came out and took a look at the ice maker...he showed me where he thought an ice cube that was "frozen" onto my maker was preventing it from working--suggested giving it a few hours after he cleared it to see if it started working again. Which it did! Was glad to not have to replace the whole ice-maker, appreciate Bill's honesty, and now I know how to look myself if it happens again.

Spoke with Bill that morning and he was able to come later that day to take a look and to repair. Repair went smooth. Bill looked at ways to fix the switch to save me from having to purchase a new one. Once it was identified the piece was broken he went ahead with the repair. Everything smooth

They did a great job. They are very responsive. They didn't have to run back and forth to get parts. I kept their sticker on the dryer, I would use them again. They were professional. They know what they are doing. They've got a good parts inventory and very knowledgeable and professional technicians.

Quick service, fair price, my dog liked him. It wound up being a simple and inexpensive repair. He could easily have sold me on more work than I needed, but was honest and professional.

I filled out WRM's contact form on their website on Sunday evening and Bill responded quickly with a time he was available the next day. I was unable to make that time work so corresponded with Bill and in no time we had a three hour window. He showed up within that window and went right to work (and was very friendly with out dog!). He was professional, informative, and totally honest. He could have earned a lot more money doing the repair but let us know that a new dishwasher would only be about $100 more than the cost of the repair. That's good, honest service...seemingly harder to come by these days. Will definitely reach out to WRM Appliance Service for our next appliance issue.

Bill was a pleasure to work with and very professional. He was available on short notice and took the time to explain what was going on with my dryer and why the part likely failed. Bill encouraged me to seek out a vent cleaning service, since my dryer vented through the attic on the 3rd level-- excellent suggestion as that was indeed the cause of the problem. I would recommend Bill unconditionally for fast, courteous and knowledge appliance repair. The cost of the 1 day service was a very reasonable $208.

Sent Bill message Sunday night, he responded first thing Monday and was willing to come that morning, but we scheduled the following day. He ran all the tests on the dryer, including the heating element, determined it was a power issue, and noticed a disconnected wire on our switch breakers caused by a contractor recently working on our kitchen, Bill was efiicient, courteous, and a true professional. I hope I don't need appliance repair soon, but if I do, I will DEFINITELY use Bill and WRM!

Bill removed debris from the line and so far so good! He was thorough and described what he did, what could possibly have caused the issue and steps to take should the issue arise again.

He inspected our Samsung washer and told us it appeared that it might be a major problem. He was very honest and straightforward by recommending that we contact Samsung even though it was out of warranty. He could have ordered parts and guessed about how it might best be repaired but I really respected how he let us know what he felt was the best and most economical path for our family to take. Very honest and professional. He also diagnosed a residual gas smell problem with our oven, repaired the problem and it has been working like a champ ever since!

Bill replaced the switch and explained some other aspects of the range and oven. He was very nice, friendly, and helpful.

Incredibly well. Bill was prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. One of the nicest people I have ever had in my home.

Mr. Mason went out of his way to find a part for my dryer which is only 13 months, after having been told by another repairman that the part was no longer available. The installation of this part went smoothly. Mr. Mason obviously shows a lot of pride in his skills and job, I will not hesitate to call him again for any future appliance repairs .

Called for an appointment and serviceman showed up the very next day. The repair went extremely well. Not only was Bill professional, he fixed the problem with very little extra cost to me and showed me what to do in the event the issue happened again. Kindness and smile go a long way too. The prompt service was greatly appreciated.

We had a great experience with WRM Appliance Service and would definitely use them again. We called about a problem we were having with our oven and they were able to come out a few hours later, diagnose, and fix it! Wonderful job and very friendly.

Had appointment for 10-1 on Monday 5/23/16. Did not show or call. I called Bill at 130 PM and he was confused, had to 'check his notes,' and clearly did not remember that he had an appointment with me. After I reminded him, he said 'I didn't think a half hour would be that big of a deal.' Wasted my whole day waiting. No apology, no concern. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Not recommended.

Called them at 8:00 am on 5/10/16 and left a voice mail with our problem. We received a call back within an hour and he told me what the problem probably was over the phone once I described what was happening or not happening with the dryer. I was given an estimate that they would be at our house within 2 to 3 hours, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They began to diagnose the problem and it was exactly what they had stated on the phone. Had the dryer repaired with 2 new parts within an hour. I couldn't be happier with the immediate service and professionalism of the repairman. Definitely know what they were doing. Ever experienced. I will use them again for any future problems.

I contacted WRM by email on Feb 25th and explained that there was an error code showing up on my washing machine display and told them what the manual said to do. I ask them if they could come on March 1 because I was off work. WRM got the part and arranged to show up on March 1. Bill arrived promptly within the window, replaced the valve, charged me the same amount as the estimate, and cleaned up after himself. I'm very pleased with the work and will definitely call WRM again if I need more work done. Great experience.

We had an electric dryer for some 15 years that literally stopped working. Bill came out the same day we called and checked it out After going over everything, it was determined that we would be better served in getting a new one. He went over every detail and ended giving us tips that saved us money in purchasing a new one His professionalism in dealing with us was beyond reproach and his honesty is easily his best product.. We would definitely use him again and would not hesitate in the least to recommend him to others.

Bill is great - friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He explained why it broke (hasty/poor installation years ago) and answered all the questions I posed. I will definitely call him again in the future if there is a problem with any of my other appliances.

Bill's diagnostic was spot on and the assembly change-out was performed quickly. He was extremely professional and courteous and even offered other tips on fridges and filters.
