I have been having problems with both my IPad and IPhone. The Apple store did not help me and wanted to charge me. I could not delete messages from my IPhone or send messages from my IPad. Can you believe Apple could not help me? Jeff fixed everything for me? He was knowledgeable and explained things to me that I could understand. Amazing service!
