WaterStone Kitchen and Bath

It went very well. We were very happy with the professionalism and workmanship of everyone in the crew. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! The first four pictures are "Before" pictures; the remaining four are "After" pictures.

Jeff and his team were great to work with from the design through the implementation. Would definitely recommend WaterStone Kitchen and Bath for anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

The work was well done, clean and only one week behind schedule, which is pretty good for a kitchen. Even unforseen problems (like a load bearing wall) were handled quickly and with seemingly ease (even when a new permit was required along with a redesign). Jeff was really responsive and very involved in the process. I especially liked the drawings he made before construction, they helped us visualize the final outcome as well as ensure we were understanding each other. My only complaint is that the foreman was not as communicative as I would have liked (he never informed me of changes to daily schedules or arrivals of installers if they had changed). Overall, I would highly recommend WaterStone Kitchen and Bath for a remodel. I would definitely use them again.

I will start by saying that a number of years ago I was interested in updating my bedroom. I was very lucky to meet Janelle of DDbyJ, Potomac Falls, Va... I contacted her and told her I was interested in redoing my kitchen, change color and make space larger. She introduced me to Jeff Thompson, WaterStone Kitchen and Bath. Between Janelle and Jeff, obviously with my input, I have a kitchen worthy of a magazine cover. It was taken from dark tan/oak cabinets to White and Gray...when friends visit the compliments are great ....they cannot believe that this is the same kitchen... Lots of "wows"!!! Jeff and his team could not have done a better job with an incredible attention to detail. Whenever I contacted Jeff he responded immediately. Jake, project manager, was on site every day.. Everyone that worked to get this project complete could not be nicer and extremely customer oriented and very knowledgeable...Budget was right on, I was told that the project would be complete in 4 weeks and it was. If you have projects that you are in need of a contractor and would look forward to having the project completed with peace of mind...Then you need to contact Jeff....

Was the 2nd least expensive of 4 estimates we received. Works with you every step of the way to choose all of the material needed for the project. Was extremely flexible to modifications and stood by their work both during and after the project was complete. I have recommended them to others and am extremely pleased with the final result.

I love my new kitchen, closet and bathroom! We solicited 2 other estimates but once we met Jeff we felt comfortable in moving forward immediately. His office is small but efficient. We loved how he could show us our plans on a big screen TV. We were able to sit and make real time changes which was time saving and great for a couple who has different visions of how things should look. Jeff was a one stop shop, which we liked. Working with Jeff and the rest of the team at WaterStone was a pleasure. We have had multiple renovations done over the years in a variety of houses, and I have never finished a job completely satisfied, until now. Jeff patiently went through an agonizing number of designs with me, made helpful suggestions throughout the process, and, when the work began, sent a team of absolute professionals to complete the job. They were clean, neat, courteous, prompt, and communicated every step of the way so that I knew exactly where we stood. WaterStone is expensive, but the quality of the work and professionalism on the job was outstanding and well worth the expense in my opinion. The job itself was a kitchen update, replacing cabinets, island, appliances, lighting, tilework, etc. I would highly recommend WaterStone Kitchen and Bath.

They did a great job. We were told it would take 3 weeks to complete the project from the time the cabinets are received and they were right on target. They were professional, responsive, clean and timely. Jeff provided us with options but never pushed his ideas on us. He iis very knowledgeable and had great ideas. They produced a quality product and we could not be happier with our new kitchen. I would highly recommend WaterStone for your kitchen project and I will be using them again for my bathroom renovations.

Good. Happy with remodel. Came back promptly to repair any post remodel problems. Warning: owner is not on time for visits. We were interested in having the owner perform another small job but never heard back. Quality professional masonry work performed.

Jeff, from Waterstone met with us and had multiple conversations to understand what we were looking for, then created professional drawings; he made suggestions on tile, cabinets, and countertops to match our vision. He met with me to choose cabinets, also at the granite shop, and brought sample tile to my house. The Project manager, Jake, and the crew including Nelson were great to work with. They took care of the permits and all delivery items. They laid tarp from the front door to the bathroom, so as not to track dirt in. They showed up every day and did the work they needed to. They paid attention to details, made corrections to items that I hadn't noticed needed fixing. They met with us after all work was complete to review any outstanding items or items that needed correction. Everything I found (maybe 3 items) were all minor. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again.

WaterStone Kitchen and Bath delivered a beautiful master bathroom. The subcontractors were courteous and reliable. They were impeccable in delivering their service and every morning the crew draped the floor, steps and carpet as not to make a mess. Jeff Thompson presented a fair cost to the master bathroom remodel and helped us in choosing our products. The subcontractors stayed on schedule and finished the project on time.The subcontractors stayed on my job and did not disappear for days on end. My wife and I would highly recommend WaterStone Kitchen and Bath for your remodeling project.

He does a high quality work. He has a lot of experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. He has an open an honest opinion. I never felt insulted, always felt he was leading me in the right direction. They cleaned up after work. The price was competitive but the quality of the workmanship made it all worthwhile.

Simply a superb experience. Jeff is creative, engaged, informative, communicative throughout the entire project from concept to completion. He has great ideas, but listens and accepts your choices. Earnest but not pushy. Manages a great team -- all his tradesmen are talented and do great work. His project manager is equally engaged in the project and communicates freely. They put in the extra time and effort to make the job come in on time. Project was within budget. When changes were encountered, they were discussed openly and coordinated with the homeowner for review, discussion, and acceptance. I have been through 3 other, major renovation experiences, all of them very difficult -- taking 9 -12 months, shoddy work, overruns, excuses. It is actually hard to find the words that adequately express what a positive experience it was working with Jeff and the satisfaction I feel with my new kitchen and baths. It is beyond everything I could have hoped for. All done right, beautiful job, on time, in budget.

We had Waterstone Kitchen and Bath actually do two different jobs for us because we were so happy with the work that was performed. The first was a complete remodel of our kitchen. We interviewed 5 different contractors and selected Jeff because of his close attention to detail, his eye for design, and because he was very cost competitive. Folks talk about horror stories when it comes to their remodels, but the work that was done was within 3-days of his estimated duration. He left the state of our house in even cleaner condition than when he started and he was very respectful of the fact that we had young children in the house and made sure everything was clean at the end of every day.We asked him to come back this past summer to re-do our bathroom, which he again did on-time, under budget and with impeccable results. Jeff Thompson was quick to respond to my request for an estimate. He took his time listening to my "wish list" for the bathrooms and gave lots of great design suggestions. I appreciated that he was equally attentive to the smaller job (hall bath) and the more elaborate master bath job. He promptly got back to me with an estimate, and we agreed to begin work the beginning of January. Actual in-home work began on Jan. 11. At this point I'll say that the job lasted quite a bit longer than we hoped, but Jeff was great about always letting me know what was going on and, if there was a delay, what was causing it. I always felt informed. Throughout the process, Jeff was in touch and always responded quickly to my phone calls and emails. He was, at all times, completely courteous and professional. The workmen he hired for electrical, plumbing, tiling, etc., were always friendly, considerate, and never failed to clean up after themselves. The attention to detail was excellent. Obviously, with this much care going into the project, the outcome was outstanding. I highly recommend WaterStone!
