+ 0 moreI contacted Walt from the list and explained the problem. he was familiar with the condo units and understood the problem. He gave the price for the new unit and installation. I mailed him a check since this was our first contact and he replaced the disposal after setting up an appointment with the tennant. It was great service.

+ -1 moreGreat. I have enjoyed Walt's speedy service several times over the past 15 years. I called on Monday night; he returned my call Tuesday morning and finished the job Tuesday afternoon.
Description of Work: Walt replaced a the main water intake valve and replaced the kitchen faucet. Both parts were included in the price. At first, Walt thought my leaky faucet could be repaired by replacing the cartridge in it. However, when he took things apart it was apparent the faucet had to be replaced. Walt asked what type I wanted, and drove over to a home improvement store to get the new Moen faucet as part of his overall 2 hours on the job.
