VRY Auto Detail

Description of Work: After calling several places, I chose VRY based on Angie's List and Yelp reviews. The guy on the phone told me about a special on their website they were running so I got $100 off, making it very competitive with other places (otherwise it would have been more expensive). He was very helpful in explaining the different tint options and what is legal in Virginia, and scheduled it for the day after Christmas. He did try to up-sell to a tinting/detailing combo, but didn't push too hard. | |Day of, they told me it would take about two hours, they drove me over to the mall to kill time, and called me about 2.5 hours later and came to pick me up. My boyfriend is very happy with how his Christmas present turned out - no air bubbles or anything like that. | |Overall, a very good experience.

Description of Work: Car wash. I have had them do a total car detail in the past also and they always do an excellent job. Very professional.

Description of Work: I had my RAV4 handwashed and waxed. They also buffed out (as best they could) any visible surface scratches. The interior was thoroughly cleaned too. The car was beautiful when I picked it up. However, within a day or two, the car was covered with what appeared to be white wax spots, including the windows. I brought the car back to have it fixed. While they insisted it was nothing they had done they did reclean and rebuff it and I did not have the problem again. I have had the car for several years and this is the first time that has happened so it must have been something that they did. As I said, however, they did make good on it. Also, since they needed to have the car all day for the cleaning, one of the staff members drove me back to my house for the day, which was a very nice thing to do.
