Hunter and David Hagan showed up after I requested a second opinion from my home warranty company. The first company hired was unable to do the work in a timely fashion and requested additional costs that would have negated the amount the home warrant company was chipping in. Hunter and David did a quick assessment of what needed to get and done and went back to their warehouse to get the materials. They did an efficient and professional install and beat out the competition in pricing. They also took the time to explain the differences in operating the new water heater as compared to the old. These folks have my highest recommendation if you need your water heater replaced or need other plumbing work done in a pinch!

My parent's house has home warranty, the pump wasn't working summer time, a company came to fix the unit, but it broken again, this time UPP was designated by the home warranty company to fix the problem, Dave came in fix the pump and explained what's wrong and what to watch in the future I am so grateful for their help and thank GOD's arrangement.

Everything went great. The A/C technician went above and beyond, showing me pictures on his smartphone of the issues he found with my current unit. I've never had a tech do that before, which was appreciated. He made a genuine effort to repair the existing unit before deciding that a replacement was the way to go. This was scheduled very quickly and at a very good price. The service coordinator even recommended the less expensive A/C replacement option, which I also can't ever remember happening. The day of the install, the two techs worked efficiently until the job was done. All of my interactions with UPP, from their service coordinator to the techs was extremely professional. I highly recommend them for anybody looking for A/C service with a personal touch.

Michael West from UPP was excellent. He was casually talking, explaining stuff and fixing everything with ease. I never met a better plumbing person before. He was very knowledgeable. I am going to UPP, especially Michael for all plumbing needs in future.

He needed to consult his boss on the job because our basement setup is complex and there was ductwork in the way of him fixing the problem. He called back very promptly with an estimate that was comparable or below the other guys. My husband tried to get around the problem with our ductwork so he called his cell. Mike gladly took his call and answered all of his questions as well. My husband was also impressed with his knowledge. Since we were considering redoing our basement it seems viable for us to fix the problem when the ductwork is rerouted for that project, which means that unless the pipe completely splits we aren't completing the work immediately. But, should we run into a situation where we do need immediate work, or any other plumbing work for that matter, I'm calling Mike. It's hard to find honest, knowledgeable people. So even though our pipe isn't fixed for now, I consider it a success because we found UPP!

After several days of trying to unclog my kitchen sink, I called Unlimited Plumbing on the morning of 8/22. The call was answered promptly and professionally. I explained my predicament and asked for service. I was told a technician could be out the same afternoon. The technician, Michael West, called me about an hour before he thought he would be at my house. Michael showed up on time. He asked me to describe the issue we were having with the kitchen sink. I told him when the issue occurred and what we had done to try to fix the problem ourselves. He collected his tools and proceeded to work on unclogging my sink. He was very personable and professional while he worked. He made sure to protect the floor and surrounding area with drop cloths to contain any mess. It was a very stubborn clog that took awhile to fix. Michael made sure that water flowed easily through both sides of my sink to ensure the clog was taken care it. He explained the invoice and then thanked me for my business after I paid him. Their website had a coupon for 5% savings that Michael included on my invoice without me reminding him. I would definitely hire them the next time I need a plumber.

I noticed my kitchen ceiling had a watermark and sure enough when I checked the drywall on ceiling was wet. Got a referral for this plumbing company and gave them a call. Left a message on their answering machine and they got back with me within 30 min. They were kind enough to schedule me the next day. Mike came out the next day, I showed him where the water problem was in the ceiling . He asked me several questions before cutting a hole in my drywall (which I greatly appreciated) After checking the overflow and drain in the tub which is where I told him I thought the problem was, he found it was more likely the shower....He showed me where the cement had eroded between the tiles on the shower seat and created quite a gap for water to get through. Rather then continuing with cutting holes he suggested that I call the tile company who had installed my new bathroom and have them remove the 2 pieces of granite from front of seat and check for dampness due to water leakage...shower seat may not have been water proofed correctly. I appreciated the fact that Mike did not take advantage of my situation and continue cutting holes in my ceiling or removing the granite himself and prolong the service. I have called the bathroom install people and they are coming out tomorrow to look at it. Mike also said if that were not the problem, please call him back. Thanks to Mike's diligence carefully checking out my situation I have only one small hole in my ceiling and am confident that the shower seat is the problem. If it is not, I will call this company to come back and do the work. I was only charged the trip fee of $89.00

The leaking problem is not fixed and the work is constantly delayed until Dec. 20. But final result is ok.
