United Capital Construction sets the standard for professionalism in remodeling work and for overall quality of work. Its workmen are very experienced and very competent. They are also patient and careful in performing their work. Our project involved complete renovations of three full size bathrooms, one of which was a master bathroom. The work was completed on time and on budget. Daniel provided very helpful design advice, which helped every step of the way. Karmen provided very helpful administrative and organizational support. We highly recommend them and their company.

The workmenship of this company is top-notch! Working with Daniel and Karmen was a delight! And Gerson and his crew were excellent and a pleasure to work with! They always showed up on time and finish the work efficiently and with top-notch quality! We will definitely work with this company again if we need future renovations! We had a great experience with United Capital. Our project was to move our powder room from one area of house to another area of house which included building net new plumbing, drain lines, relocating existing plumbing and more. They did a fabulous job with the work and we couldn't have been happier with the way powder room was relocated.

Karmen was very helpful throughout the process in helping me select shower and plumbing fixtures. She was my go to person during the project. The team was very good throughout the project. Nothing but good things to say about them.

Overall great experience working with United Capital in remodeling our master and guest bathrooms. Skilled workers did a great job installing everything all at a reasonable price and relatively quickly. However there were a few instances where things werenâ t progressing as weâ d hoped but they got the job done before we had company come over for Thanksgiving. Karmen was also responsive with our requests and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Had a hall bath retiled after a flood and from estimate to completion UCC was a pleasure to work with. Their work is top-notch. They are on time, helpful, and professional. Karmen is also a pleasure to work with and will respond to questions and resolve any issues you may have. I will be using them for future work.

We had a washing machine flood a bathroom in our townhouse and had to put new tile in along with a new toilet and toe kick. We contracted United Capital to do the work and from start to finish it was a breeze. They did an awesome job and provided all the hand holding we needed throughout the process. The bathroom looks great now. Great company! We will definitely be using them again.

Excellent service and quality from the company President , operations manager, program manger and crew doing the work. United Capital Construction was flexible and worked with us on scheduling restrictions, start dates, , selection of materials and bathroom fixtures selection. A very personable and dependable team. As issues arose, the Capital team were responsive getting them worked quickly and efficiently. The remodeling crew, Jose and Cindy, were very personable and not intrusive during remodeling and answered all our questions. We were impressed with the high quality work while Jose/Cindy also minimized dust and debris from the remodel and cleaned up after work each day.. Management follow up was responsive to ensure we were satisfied. I recommend this company and would like to use them again when itâ s time for additional bathroom remodeling. Great job!!! UCC and all of their crew were outstanding from the owner Daniel to Karmen, Alex, Santo, Israel and Gilbert. Karmen was a delight to work with and always promptly available to answer questions and resolve issues. Alex does fast high quality work and always willing to get whatever you want done. Santo did beautiful tile work for the shower and floors. I will definitely consider UCC for future projects.

UCC and the entire team that we had contact with was absolutely the best. Communications were clear and follow up very punctual. The job from start to finish was a great value for the money we invested. I have other jobs around the house and will consider them first. The electrical and plumbing work was part of the job and everything has turned out just as we hoped and planned with Daniel. I highly recommend him.

United Capital Construction responded quickly to my request. they came and walked through the projects and gave suggestions. Within days I had a quote. Once selected, they were helpful in selecting materials. Took me shopping for the various materials. Workers were friendly, polite. Efficient. Cleaned up every day. I am very pleased with the outcome!

We have used United Capital Construction 3 times over the last 3 years. Each time they have done high-quality workmanship, on-time, and at a fair price. As a project manager myself, they plan well and improve on my ideas. Daniel, the owner, is responsive and takes interest in ensuring the quality of his work. Our first experience was renovation of 2 bathrooms - one a conversion of a storage room into a fully functioning bathroom and shower. We were impressed with the quality. Then we made a mistake by hiring another company 2 years later for our owner's bathroom. The company could not finish the job and so we called UCC to finish the job. Daniel promptly assessed what needed to be done and what needed to be corrected. The result was again excellent. Over the last 2 weeks (May 5 - 21, 2021) UCC did a final upgrade in preparation for selling our house. This included full interior painting and drywall repair, refinishing main level floors and carpet replacement in other areas. The whole house sparkles and our first offer was above asking price.

UCCâ s quality of workmanship is outstanding. If anything was not to my standards the issues were fixed without question. The end product (new kitchen, new floors throughout, DR bump out) exceeded my expectations

The company is excellent. They communicate effectively and often. They scheduled the job quickly and completed it when they said they would. That fact alone is the reason we'll use them again.

Daniel and his professional team did an amazing transformation of our old bathroom. From our first contact with Daniel we felt we had found our contractor. His construction knowledge was foremost in our decision but his response time to our questions and job timeline clearly set him apart from others we interviewed. He also worked with us to maximize the best design for our bathroom size. The quality of work was exceptional and his team was professional, friendly, and always left the work area and our house clean at the end of each workday. We would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend to others. Daniel is the best and will do right by you for your project. Also, Karmen was wonderful to deal with. The entire team made our project process enjoyable.

It was pleasure hiring and working with Daniel and the United Capital team on our large remodel project, which included the master bath, two full baths, a half bath, creating a new laundry room upstairs, and a pantry off the kitchen. His costs were so reasonable that we were able to afford updating the kitchen as well. Daniel was very patient and flexible throughout the process, which was important since we had not done a project this big before. He was also receptive to correcting minor details we found. The county inspection process was a pain due to COVID, but Daniel worked through it to ensure we passed. Recommend them for anyone with a remodel project, big or small.

The owner and team were a pleasure to work with. The quality of the work was exceptional and they finished ahead of schedule. When there were problems or things we didnâ t understand, they came right away to help us get things resolved even when it was user error. I will definitely work with them again.

I hired United Capital Construction to renovate my bathroom. It was a smaller job to replace a tub with a modern shower, including custom tile work on the walls and floor. Larger companies would not even consider the project (since it was not the entire bathroom at a $20K price point), and two other companies quoted me much higher costs ($15K) and didn't make me feel as comfortable hiring them as I did with UCC. Daniel was clearly the most professional and approachable of them all, and it was easy to choose his company after meeting him and talking about what I wanted done. The initial quote for labor and construction material costs was detailed and clear, and I paid for my own finished materials and waterproofing supplies from Mosaic Tile (UCC offers something unique in that you choose your price points and designs, instead of being limited to whatever options the big contractors have in stock or get deals on). He did not start out with some ridiculously high estimate and then give "discounts" like some other guys tried to do, and there were absolutely no surprises when it came to the final total (which ended up being a little under $10K for labor and all materials + $1,150 for a frameless glass door and installation by an outside vendor). I appreciated how straightforward Daniel was with everything, no games and no haggling. The members of his team were on time daily and worked long full days diligently, they were very polite and friendly and tried to keep the noise down while I worked from home in the main room. Different individuals specialized in various tasks, from demo to plumbing, wall/floor prep and waterproofing, tile and grout, electrical, paint, fixtures, and finishing touches. Daniel's communication and responsiveness were quite impressive, especially considering past experiences with other contractors. The entire project went very smoothly from start to finish. One minor tile issue was promptly fixed to perfection the following day, no questions asked. The workers constantly removed debris and left the work area tidy each evening. The team and Daniel made sure I was satisfied with their work each day, and at completion of the project. Karmen back in the office was also great with responding to emails and taking of what needed to get done behind the scenes each step of the way before the project began. This is a family owned small business that I gladly support and recommend, and would definitely hire them again for future projects without hesitation. I really love how my new shower room turned out, thanks UCC!

We hired United Capital Construction to remodel a master bath and add three rooms (home theater, basement bath, and bedroom) in my partially finished basement. I received four quotes from other vendors, but we felt the flexibility, selecting our custom materials, and designing touches would work best for our project. The quotes were well documented, the statement of work was clear, and I felt it was very competitively priced. Also, Daniel was the only person to recommend adding a bedroom in the basement area. Adding a bedroom included cutting a 42" window in concrete, pulling permits, inspections, etc. It would add significant value to our home and provide space for our growing family. Great vision and terrific idea! We met with Daniel and shopped at some recommended vendors to design ideas and pick out materials and chat about our design touches and vision. I sourced materials from online vendors and big box stores (using my military discount). Still, I chose to use the UCC recommended vendors for tiles, cabinets, countertop, shower glass, and flooring. The recommended vendors provided a very nice selection, materials, and value. The project kicked off on-time as scheduled once materials arrived and were staged. Daniel's Uncle Alex was our primary coordinator and builder. Alex is a great person and became a trusted advisor. Daily he made our ideals and vision a reality. He took the time to answer my questions throughout the process and made recommendations from his vast experience. Daniel was always a phone call or text away to help manage the project. Daniel would come by often to evaluate the project and check-in on the work. He always spent time with us and treated us like we were his only customer. The project was significantly delayed because of the Loudoun County Inspections. Daniel updated us as we eagerly waited to restart the construction. After the 3rd week of delays, we requested to shift the efforts to our Master Bath remodel. We had initially planned to start the master bath after the basement. Daniel moved the crew to complete the master bath, but we had a minimal time window that worked best for our family. Alex and the crew worked hard and over the weekends to get the Master Bath functional as quickly as possible. As they completed the master bath, the inspectors were finally ready for the basement pre-drywall inspection. All permits and inspections were granted, and the rest of the project went quickly. The crew had access to our home 8-6 daily and finished all of our projects, punch list items, and clean-up. Start to finish; it was three months with a three-week stoppage. Of course, we made some changes; there were some communication issues and minor challenges along the way, but that is expected. We worked through them as Partners. We are delighted with the work, effort, coordination, and we highly recommend United Capital Construction to our friends and family. I will call and hire them in the future.
