TWA Electric did an excellent job. They were professional and responsive. TJ Atkins, the owner, was reachable and made sure that all items were done. They came back to install the ceiling fan in the living room three times! That was due to my error in ordering a fan! TJ even spoke with the Verizon tech when he was here to install FIOS. I highly recommend TWA Electric and will use them again.

Arrived on time. Moved the electrical box/outlet. Hung the chandelier.

Super work! Showed up on schedule, worked hard all the time and gave a great lighting affect in our dingy kitchen! My late father was an electrician and from helping him as a kid, I knew that TWA Electric was doing a great job. We had additional work performed and the work was still completed on schedule. We had a problem with the range hood that required us to modify sheet metal and that difficulty was handled in stride. They really know how to work with customers and deliver quality work-highly recommended.

Electrician arrived on time as scheduled, was professional and courteous. He Installed a ceiling fan in second bedroom that had not been prewired. Completed job to my satisfaction with a minimum of disruption. He covered all surfaces and cleaned up all debris after the job was completed. The owner of TWA stopped and checked the job to be sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I was completely satisfied with the job and would highly recommend TWA to friends and family.

The installation team was scheduled to arrive between 8am and 10am on the day work was to be completed. The installation team did not arrive during the prescribed window however "TJ" called and advised his team was running late on another job and gave me a new estimated time. I appreciated the courtesy of his call letting me know about the delay. His electrician did arrive within the adjusted schedule. The electrician was very professional, completed a pre-installation service and indicated where the two attic fans would be relocated. They used drop cloth to keep the area inside the house clean of debris and wore shoe coverings to keep the work shoes from dirtying the carpets. The electrician did not mind my occasional observation of his work or asking of questions. Once the job was complete TJ and his electrician showed me the completed job, explained the temperature threshold they applied to each fan thermostat and cleaned up the work areas. I would recommend this local business to others.

I have had TWA Electric out to my home many times. Each time I call the office I am very happy with the customer service. They are happy to answer what ever question I have. The thing I love the most about this company is that they come to do the work or give me an estimate when they say they are going to! The electricians are always very professional and the work is top notch. I have recommended TWA Electric to a couple of friends who have also had good experiences. Prices seem very good too. Great Company to do business with.

The contractor showed up with an assistant. I told him we had 3 small jobs we'd like to have done. One was to hardwire our outdoor porch lighting into an existing circuit on a switch. He said this could not be done to meet code due to the box that we had outside. The second job was to add an electrical outlet in our hallway. There was some confusion about what circuit he could tap into, where the outlet could be placed, or if the job could be done at all due to the wiring in the house. After some investigation, the electrician found that the initially-desired location would work after all. The third request was to add an outlet in the ceiling of our garage for our garage door opener. The electrician put his assistant on this job. I also asked them to replace 2 outlets in the garage at the same time and provided the hardware to do so. The assistant seemed confused about what to do with the extra hardware. It was unclear if he even spoke English. When I came back later to check on the job, I found that the assistant had put the new outlet in an awkward location, directly above the garage door track, which causes the track to rub against the opener's electrical cable. In addition, it was placed too far away from a hanging work light that I had hoped to plug in there (although did not specify this as a requirement). Of the 2 outlets that I wanted to have replaced, only one of them was replaced. The assistant also unplugged a hanging light fixture that had previously been plugged in to a switched light socket, which I had to move back. Overall, most of my annoyances were with the assistant and were relatively minor, but it still reflects poorly on the company.
