Installation ok. But their tie-in failed within 2 years and $1000 later, a messed up yard from them having them dig, bill from county for 1000s of pounds of water. Note I’m the only one who used them and the only one having to dig and have their workmanship replaced. Note, if you do use them they only warranty their workmanship for 2 years, and will charge you to fix their work as if you haven’t been their customer for 2 years. Caution

Superior was on time and performed the work within my expectations. My only critique was they asked for a map of our septic system the day they needed it which left me scrambling, but otherwise, great customer service and professionalism. They installed sprinkler heads specific to our property's shape and needs with 12 zones. I enjoyed working with them. The cost was $500 per zone with the hydrawise upgrade ($265).

From price to installation to service they were just perfect . We had two sprinklers they had to look at and they fixed them very quickly and we love our new sprinkler system. Very professional and Courteous workers and management .

They send me an email about when they are going to be in DC. I sent them an email saying that was not good for me so we switched days. Their quality was good. As far as I was concerned they were professional.

We have 35 zones so it is not a typical price. The price includes the opening, closing and a mid-summer check. We've been using them for 3 years. They don't mess up. We've had other sprinkler companies who messed things up. They are very attentive to where the sprinkler are aiming.

Superior Sprinkler arranged a second schedule block to service those who still needed to prepare the system for winter but missed the first. They arrived promptly but discovered an additional problem with my system that made the winterizing much more complex. The transformer on the control panel had failed, so instead of quickly cycling through all the zones from the master panel, it required manual alignment of the valves for each zone. Unfortunately they were not able to find all the valves, despite using there tried and true methods, and finally just digging in likely spots. They were able to blow out 3 of 5 zones,. Even though they were not successful, they were persistent and graciously spent longer trying to get the job completed. Very friendly and professional, and we are still a customer.

They showed up when they said they were going to. They did a pretty good job of inspecting the system and fixing what needed to be fixed.

We received three bids from lawn irrigation companies to provide and install a sprinkler system for three sides of our home. Superior sprinkler system was by far the highest of the three bidders, the other two bids were almost exactly the same price. This bid was almost double the price for the same number of zones and sprinkler heads. The other two bids were from highly rated companies on Angie's List. We selected one of the remaining two companies and are very satisfied with our new sprinklers!

Our landscaping is well established and in some places a bit overgrown which requires periodic refinement of the sprinkler system to ensure it is reaching the bushes. I have been very pleased with their service and their follow up. They are proactive in their maintenance schedule, they call you and you did not have to contact them. This is one less thing I need to remember to do. ***Price reflects annual contract, opening, closing and one interim maintenance.
