Description of Work: My microwave broke down on Sunday night. I called Dione at Sterling Appliance and she was exceptionally helpful. When I went to the store, she showed me various microwave models and explained the differences with a smile. After I decided on my purchase, she found me a discount for the microwave. The microwave arrived the next day as promised. The installers arrived on time, were quite knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Left the place clean. Unrelated to the purchase, they even helped move a couple of items that were too heavy for me to move. Very unusual indeed in this day and age. The icing on the cake was their pricing. They beat several other stores, big box stores and specialty stores. I have used them before to purchase a refrigerator and repair a microwave. Their service has been consistently excellent during the years whether I purchased a small item or a large item. I recommend them highly.
