Very professional people are working with this company.

They called back within 2 hours after I purchased the deal. They told me they couldn?t get anyone out that night. I asked how early they could get someone out the next morning. They let me know that it could take a couple days to get out. I told them that wouldn?t work for me but thank you for their time. I ended up calling someone else and did not need the deal. The person I spoke with said that the office is not open so he did not know what the schedules were for the team. He would be able to look at 8am when they opened. He said if they were booked in the am they had to run those calls first and it could take a few days to get out. It?s not a dig at the company they just did not have someone on call after hours. They are very courteous and very professional over the phone. He was thorough in explaining to me why they couldn't get out and I appreciated that.

We purchased the annual membership through Angie's as the overall rating and recommendations were exemplary; and all were 'right on the money'. The technician was outstandingly professional and courteous; walked us through the whole service process; checked if we needed anything else looked into (HVAC related). Came on time; as scheduled.

I did a comparison of pricing and what they were willing to do and I got the best deal. They work with you to do what you want. I do construction so we worked together. I was constructing while they were building the HVAC system. They were very accommodating and worked with me. They gave me ideas of what I could do to make it work. They matched the my low price elsewhere and gave me a better product. They were very responsive. They were on time getting to work. They were very professional. They stand behind what they say.

Snell checked out my central A/C unit which is about 5 years old. They didn't find any issues with it. I signed up for their twice a year service.

I have a broken A/C (everyone in the house is suffering with the heat). I PAID for them to come out and do a Diagnosis. However, the earliest they could come out is FOURTEEN DAYS FROM TODAY. Really? I am going to have everyone at home suffer for 14 days? It should be easy to say "IF YOU NEED YOUR AC DIAGNOSED IN THE NEXT 14 DAYS, DO NOT BUY." Now, I have to spend the time figuring out how to get my money

We are very pleased with them. We have not used them that long. We went with them because they are punctual and professional. Our interaction with them has been professional and friendly. The service last time was free because it is part of the service we have purchased earlier.

We had an excellent experience with Snell, and we intend to use them for all our HVAC needs in the future. This was the first time we used Snell's services, and we chose them because of all the positive reviews on Angie's List. Our AC would not work. We took advantage of Snell's $59 diagnostic special through Angie's List. They sent Ben Merrifield out the same day we called, he arrived when scheduled, and he did an outstanding job. He quickly found and fixed our problem. Our AC is 16 years old, and Ben thoroughly explained all our options so we were able to make an educated decision on whether to repair or replace our unit. Although we chose the repair option at this time, when we are ready to replace, we will call Snell Heating and Air. We will gladly call on Ben and Snell in the future, and we give them our highest recommendation.

Everything went perfectly from start to finish. Soon after purchasing the $79 tune, I was contacted by a Snell representative to set the appointment. When the appointment arrived, the tech was on time. He was polite and efficient - he immediately noticed the outside A/C unit was not running and started to investigate. He found the simple solution in just a few minutes and didn't try to trick me into believing it was a major problem. Only comment - I'm not sure I saw any value to getting the $79 check up versus the $59. That said, I would 100% use Snell again.

I think I'll try another company next time....

I purchased a "$59 service call with unlimited diagnostic time." That apparently only covered the diagnostic, as the service (gluing 2 pieces of PVC together) cost an additional $99. The technician was nice & did fix the problem, but I spent $100 more than I thought I'd be spending.

Snell Heating & A/C told me that I did not need to replace the air conditioner but could keep it working year after year. A part had broken and was not allowing the heating and air conditioning to work at the same time. He fixed it so that both the furnace and their air conditioning worked and did not charge for this. He offered a discount on their membership to do two check-ups a year.

The tech, Velimir, did a thorough check to rule out a system leak and explained everything to us about how we could keep an eye on the area to make sure there isn't a leak. He was very competent and professional.

They are always on-time. They immediately schedule you in, at least the next day, the latest. They?ve been able to keep a 16-year-old air conditioner running. The technicians are always polite.

Started by purchasing a $59 coupon from Angie's List for a heating or cooling service call with unlimited diagnostic time. Turned out the evaporator coil had to be replaced due to developing pin hole size leaks brought on by old age and corrosion. Snell employees Aron and John arrived right at the schedule time. They hooked up the new evaporator coil, evacuated and recharged the system, and had the unit blowing cold air again within 2 hours. I was very impressed with both gentleman's knowledge and professionalism and the swift and efficient manner they executed their work. These guys rock!!!

It turns out that our filter was causing the problem. He didn't charge anything additional. We were using a filter that filters out small particles and we didn't think the problem was caused by lack of a filter change since we do change it regularly. The point is that we were certainly ready to pay more money because we thought it was a more serious problem. He never tried to take advantage of that. Very professional, will use again.

Working with Snell Heating and Air and Ben Merrifield was a great experience. We initially had them come out to give us an estimate for moving an air conditioning unit around the corner. But, we really did need to replace it, and Snell's pricing and options were so reasonable that it made this decision less painful than it had to be. We had four companies come out for estimates but Ben is the only one who examined the duct work, measured the house, looked at our windows, and even got in our rickety attic to figure out what was going on. He kept it in our price range, and then once we decided we were going forward, was able to tell us what options we could choose for an incremental amount of more money that would vastly improve the investment. He was honest and trustworthy and didn't try to sell us what we didn't need or (which ps, we couldn't afford anyway!). Snell was also the only company that suggested a reasonably sized unit for our home... We love Costco and had really wanted to go with their provider but in the end, it's just like everything at Costco, one-size-fits-all which is really untrue when you come to older homes (1945) and heating. We weren't home after the installation, so Ben came back out and walked us through how to use all the equipment. We wouldn't have known they were there because everything was left so neat and clean in the house and they took care to cover things and use proper precautions to not get dust everywhere or damage our other appliances or fixtures in the home. I would absolutely recommend Snell to my friends and neighbors!

The service turned out very good. I have been using them for a couple of years, and they did a very good job. They are very much on time, and quickly respond to me. They showed up within 2 days of me purchasing the big deal. They did not charge me more than the big deal.

The contractor trouble shot my entire heating system. He discovered that the water chamber in my furnace was bad. The next week he replaced my furnace and did a beautiful job. My heating pipes no longer bang like they used to. I'm very satisfied with their work and plan to have them service my furnace at the beginning of the heating season next year. The over all price for everything for the pipe work and furnace replacement was approximately $5,900.00. I thought that was reasonable.
