It was the first cold snap of the year and they thought it’d take a few days to fit us in. Luckily they had a cancellation and were there the next day. They arrived right on time and worked hard the entire day. We were so impressed and grateful. The new system works great and is more efficient. Highly recommend!

Amazing service by Rick and James. Rick fixed the system by changing the exact parts that needed to be changed. No guessing and no trial and error. Down to business very professional and neat and respectful of time and space. James came as a follow up to a new issue. It take him less than five minutes to fix it. Absolutely would highly recommend SNELL based on the quality and professionalism of their technicians. James loves his job and is extremely professional and kind. Great job and thank you SNELL for hiring and keeping these technicians. Awesome.

I reported an issue to Snell and they had a technician at my house in slightly over 24 hours. Joe J. was both timely and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired my system. More importantly, he taught me how to fix the issue in the future and avoid similar service appointments. We've been long-time fans of Snell -- once again they came through!

Snell Heating and Air provided a very competitive price for an entire HVAC installation. They were on time for their appointments and provided very detailed responses to my questions concerning the types of equipment that were best suited for my home. The installation took all day but the crew was very professional and left the house in perfect order. So far the new equipment is functionally as it should and the company has been very responsive to my follow up inquiries. I would recommend them for HVAC services.

The service tech was excellent. Kept a clean work environment and very thoroughly checked for issues. He ultimately increased the fan speed which helped resolve the issue. He did not attempt to up-sell us anything that we didn’t need. We will definitely use this company again.

The result was marvelous! We definitely have top of the line, high quality system now with lots of smart features. The cooling and heating happens almost instantaneously, you can control the temperature from your phone, and we no longer have any issues with some rooms being too cold or too hot. Snell team has been professional and responsive. They did the installation in one day - we had probably 14 people in the house at one point! When they were done, the house looked like nothing happened, and yet we felt the change in our quality of life go up right away! We had them come back for minor adjustments and filter changes, and every time, they are prompt, courteous and helpful. I don't think I have one bad thing to say about Snell!

Fortunately, I don’t need to run my air conditioner all the time. I tried to turn on my air conditioner on, on Monday and it would not start. Tuesday morning at 8 AM I called my usual service people and left a message for a call back. I called them back at least twice but did not leave a message. I have used a “National” brand before but they seem to push “extra” services to run the bill up so I really didn’t want to call them. At 10 AM, after no call back from my usual service, I called Snell. I have a part time job with an extremely erratic schedule, I might go in to work at 7AM one day and 6 PM on the next so I was concerned about being able to make an appointment. They gave me an appointment of 3PM to 7PM same day. David, the Service Technician, called me at 3:01 and told me he would be there in about 30 minutes. When David arrived, I asked about the price of a digital thermostat which I really would like to have. He told me the price and I said I would decide after finding out how much the repair would cost. The diagnostic was a blockage in the condensate line caused the safety switch to trip and shut the system down. The cost would be $99 for the diagnostic and $194 for cleaning the condensate. I also received their discount of the day of $50. David told me how much the service would cost me and several alternates to reduce the cost but never once did he try to push anything on me. I decided not to buy the digital thermostat I wanted. I would recommend David and Snell any day.

I had two service calls. The first to provide maintenance and to diagnose why one of my units was not working and the second to repair broken wiring which ran underneath the crawl space of the house. All servicemen were professional, on time and got the job done. I would not only hire again I did by signing a service contract.

Each person we encountered when working with Snell was professional, personable and competent. From the call into the office to schedule a visit with Champ to the first visit from Tim, I felt we were in good hands. Tim described the work that was needed in easy to understand terms, recommended future preventative work & gave us options. The work he did solved the problem immediately. The work space was left clean. A couple of weeks later the preventative work was done by Blaine & Rafael. They also described the work that was going to be done in easy to understand terms. They were careful going through the house and left a clean work space. The filtration system was neatly added. Again, I felt comfortable having these men in my house, confident the work was done well and happy about the long warranty period.

This was the 2nd year & 3rd company we had come out to address a leaking HVAC unit in the basement. The diagnosis was quick, things were explained plainly to me. We followed their service recommendation ($400) & the problem hasn't recurred this year. They also recommended a better filter system for our older unit ($733) We have 2 fuzzy dogs that shed mounds of hair. They worked quickly, neatly and at an affordable rate . We signed up for their bi-annual maintenance plan.

The Snell salesmen really did not know what he was talking about in terms of the HVAC system. At this point, I had already met with 5 other companies to compares prices and had a very good technical understanding of my system. It was the shortest visit out of everyone and I was not provided a quote immediately. No in depth measurements were taken.

The technician (Loyd) was very professional and an expert on the HVAC system. He showed up on time and fixed the problem. He explained exactly what was wrong and what he did to fix it. Their customer service rep (Justin) was great to work with and ensured I got a rapid service call.

Went well. Waited less than a week for the parts and the tech did not fix things that didn't need to be fixed. Which was a huge plus.

The overall process was good. I was hoping the fix would be small, but based on the age and performance of the old system, I was not surprise that I needed to replace. I had been planning on this so I had done some research. The pricing of the new unit and work was good for the product I went with. I was given quite a few options and offered payment plans if needed. The order to delivery time was quick. Snell worked within my schedule. The installation team was very professional. The work went fine and they were very respectful of my house an me. They also made sure the county inspection was successfully completed.

They responded fast and diagnosed the problem OK. The problem was when he told me the price of the refrigerant. They charged over $600 per unit to add Freon. I was late for a doctors appointment and was in a hurry so, I had to agree to the price if I wanted my AC fixed on a really hot and muggy day. After I did some research later on as to what it should have actually costed, I really felt like I was price gouged. I realize Freon is going up in price, but, $1300.00 to top off two AC units. I called the manager to see about some relief, however, he was not in. They were supposed to call me back and never did. I will not use them again.

All good. The technician was punctual and professional. We had become very disillusioned with our prior maintenance company. Very glad we found Snell.

Excellent experience with Champ, the sales representative. He was on time and really walked us through the process from end to end. We ended up picking a different provider because we wanted to go with Carrier, but if we had decided to go for a Lennox system we would have gone with Snell.

Excellent. Troubleshooted issues with all 3 of my units. Found a part that needed to be replaced and got main unit working.
