Description of Work: The technician performed an annual furnace tune up and replaced a part that was going bad. The technician was very professional and thoroughly explained everything that he was doing to me and told me how to keep mu funace operating efficiently. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Furnace checkup but there was a gas leak which the technician (Kevin) fixed which was about $274. Very professional, careful while in my home, explained as he went, will definitely use them again! Too bad all service experiences aren't this good!

Description of Work: The deal advertised Loudoun County as a service area, so I ordered the one time service deal for two AC units. When I called to set up the appointment I was informed that Purcellville is too far. The person setting up the appointment was very nice and apologetic. I received no service and my money was immediately refunded.

Description of Work: Advised that it was really too late in the year for air condition service; therefore, the tech did the pre-winter maintenance that cost an additional $41 and I purchased their Silver maintenance plan for $120. The tech appropriately gave excellent answers to all of my questions. His advice was in line with that of a previous company.
