Description of Work: The customer service rep. was very nice, and contacted our landlord for approval on repairs needed to our HVAC system. The technician called and was prepared to arrive early, but due to our work situation and my boyfriend being enroute to our house he waited until our scheduled appt. time, and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. There was a billing question which was promptly addressed, and everything was great.
