Snell did a wonderful job, I actually signed up for the annual inspection and care plan!

I especially appreciated the company's quick response, because we were suddenly without heating -- it was a very cold night! Technician was personable, knowledgeable, and explained what problems he found regarding our heating system. After listening to his recommendations, I purchased his company's Advantage Club, a maintenance program.

I left a message and was called back within 15mins and then had a technician at my house 2 hrs later. Problem was fixed without needing a new part so there was no additional charge for that issue! Velimir (the tech) was very polite and explained what was wrong and how to better manage my furnace and humidifier. He also walked me through the manual for the thermostat and showed me how to program it.

Snell came out and fixed the issue. They were prompt and communicated well.

The repairs were made and my HVAC is working without issue.

Three technicians came three different times. Problem was never solved. Each person was polite and professional, but could not solve the problem. Finally was told I needed to replace motor, for an additional $600. I politely asked for a refund or credit. Never heard back from them. Had a work friend replace the capacitor inside the unit and have had no problems since.

Repair cost slightly higher, otherwise service was good and rep was very helpful and courteous.

Outstanding. Velimir represented the top tier of professionalism, from calling ahead to announce his arrival through his summary of service before departing. I have just enough technical background to be annoying to some service personnel, but Velimir provided thoughtful and complete responses to my questions and helped me learn more about our HVAC systems. If you just want someone to deal with the symptom, there are plenty of other companies will do just that -- emphasis on JUST that. Velimir reinforced that Snell's concern is solving the problem and not just the symptom. Thank you, Velimir, and Snell.

It was pretty good. They came out and did what they had to do. It was a great price for what they did. That guy is pretty knowledgeable and came on time. He didn’t try to upsell me or anything. He just kind of gave me an honest feedback.

Technician provided maintenance on a heater and heat pump unit without any pressure. He provided an exact, no nonsense status of our equipment and performed the tune-up on the two units.

To my delight, Snell was able to get 2 technicians to my home the same day . They were very thorough & attentive to my concerns, although no issues could be detected. James Meline even recommended better furnace filter options. I even signed up for the Snell Advatage Club membership as I feel this local firm will provide timely , cost efficient & reliable service

Ben came out and evaluated my system and found that a damper was position incorrectly. He also recommended for us to get a new HVAC system and encapsulate our crawl space, both of which we are doing. The shame of it is that he was the first one out that we had and liked, and we ended up going with John Nugent and Sons for the system because Ben never provided a quote after I asked three times. Shame for them, I paid $60 to them for the evaluation and they could have made much more on the deal.

Ac stopped working on a Sunday. Called and made an appointment for Monday. The technician called to let me know he was on his way. Slipped on his booties, diagnosed the problem and made the repair all within an hour. Would definitely use again.

Fine. Work was completed in a professional manner.

They were very responsive setting up a time to come out to my house, and when the date came they arrived exactly when they said they would. Tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything.

Great service. Professional and Punctual. Lloyd, the tech who came to our site knew what he was doing and answered all my questions. Arrived on time, did a great job and did not leave a mess.

Its a yearly service where they come and service your air conditioning before winter and summer and all that stuff. Its a service- a yearly service and I think I dont know the cost. but they seem to be very reasonable. The guy was very helpful and we have an older system so he was honest enough to tell us that we are going to need a new system soon. Maybe in the next couple of years or so. So tomorrow will be about the reheating so we will see about that. I would say they are pretty- well then again I wouldn't know, compare to Michael &son I would say they are a "B" on price. On responsiveness, We haven't really had any problems yet. so none applicable for this time. Their punctuality is a "B" you know their time frame is 9 - 1. In June is was 9 - 1 yep and tomorrow is 9 - 1 as well so that ruins my whole day. They do come with in that time frame, I just dont like the time frame.

Not the cheapest in price, but excellent service and very responsive. Old log cabin with small attic spaces, so it wasn't an easy or fun job. Happy to have found a reputable company that we can use in the future if needed.

The Angie's List deal said that they would do a service call for $59. After speaking with them, their service call was only for diagnosis so they upcharged me another $30 to get a real service call. Then they played me as an owner and my renter off one another taking an extra $100 from the tenants to clean and tighten the blower to stop making noise. They charged $200 for 30 min of work, when I had already told them what the problem was and what needed to be done.

The service technician was very thorough to test any issues of the humidifier and resolved the solution by installing a tube so no more leaks would occur. Was surprised they do service calls on Sunday which I was greatly appreciative they would be able to come to fix the leak.
