Technician quickly identified the issue and resolved it. The price was reasonable, and the tech was very considerate of my home. Based on this experience we signed up for ongoing maintenance service for HVAC, which includes semi-annual diagnostics to identify problems early.

This is the second time I've purchased an angie's list coupon for them and they did a great job once again. The only change to the process I would make is for them to read the instructions/comments that I made during the initial purchase. In it, I asked them to contact our tenant directly to schedule. She was waiting for their call, but I had to call them after 4 days of no contact. Not a big deal, but something I would have changed for my experience.

I have not done a lot of price shopping but they seem reasonable.

I've been using them for about 5 years. I keep going back because of the quality of service and reasonable price.

Scheduled soon after my purchase; technician was on time and knowledgeable. I knew that this offer is an opportunity for Snell to try and sell me a service agreement and/or a new HVAC system. However, my tech was getting pretty aggressive on his pitch and had a lot of snarky one liner retorts for my reasons that I didn't want to buy a new system at this time. I'm left with a poor impression of Snell and will not use them again.

Good, I have two units and one went down and had to get it replaced. They did a great job. But then months later the other one just went out, they fixed it and gave me a discount to do that work since I bought the other system through them. Pretty cool.

I have had good experience. I have used them for years and years and years. They come twice a year. I pay them a maintenance fee and they just clean it. They send me a card when it is time to schedule. I call them and schedule and they come. I have not had trouble with the price. I pay them once a year and that covers both.

I have Snell do all of my routine HVAC maintenance. This time, an old system which Snell did not install and which was due for replacement, could not be revived back into operation. Despite the summer rush, Snell made a next day visit on a Saturday to replace the entire system. They did a great job and kept me up to date through the whole process. They installed just the right unit for the apartment -- no inadequate system and no overselling something I did not need. I'm sure I could have gotten a slightly better price had I had the time to shop around, but I'll pay a little more for this kind of service every time. Thanks, Snell!

Communication was great, and the tech was on-time and very knowledgeable. He offered tips for getting more out of the current system while he was surveying for the new system. We decided to hold off on the system replacement at this time, but we'll definitely be considering Snell for the replacement down the road.

Repair went great. They are honest and were able to come out right away. I ended up signing up with their annual services because I liked them so much.

Online customer service responded same day as my bad review and asked if they could remediate the situation. They sent out a tech the next day, who showed up on time, and walked me through all of the potential issues, and then began to go about doing his testing to find the problem.

I am exceptionally impressed with Snell Heating and Air Conditioning!! I have worked with them for several years at my former home and this one. They are focused on both quality work and exceptional service. The A/C system, installed at the time of construction of my current townhouse, was on it's last legs. Italo worked with me to select a new system and explained everything in detail. Given the age of the HVAC unit, I elected to replace the entire HVAC System. They scheduled installation around my requirements and provided three superb providers to install the system. John, Carlos and Hebert were incredibly hard working, professional and, despite climbing up two flights of stairs with all of that heavy equipment, they never left any marks on any of the walls. The system is superb and I will continue to work with Snell for any future needs.

We have an annual contract so they come out twice a year. They do it bi-annually -- one for the air conditioning unit and one for the furnace. The annual contract costs about $150 a year. We have no problems, they are punctual and schedule their visits ahead of time.

I purchased the deal to get my furnace coils an heat pump cleaned (deal lists this as part of the service). The tech said that's not part of the deal, and "they keep asking angie's list to get that off the site". After I pushed back a little, he shined his light and said "it's clean". "As long as you change your filter it should be clean" Basically, I just had someone come by and tell me my system is working and how to use it. Not a great value.

The whole experience at Snell was enjoyable - from when I called to schedule an estimate, to the financing options, the installing, and a follow up visit. They were all punctual and professional and they left the house spotless after spending a whole day installing a new HVAC. I had a small electrical issue after the installation but they were very responsive and sent someone right away to try and fix the problem. I would definitely recommend them and would work with them again.

Very well. We were impressed by the thoroughness and professionalism of the technician. Aspects of our system that had not previously been checked by the company servicing our system were checked and corrected by Snell.

Ben came out to perform the tune up and inspection of our system. He identified several issues with the unit and he recommended that the entire unit be replaced. The compressor was not working and the wiring was not up to code. As we're not planning on staying in this home long term, Ben provided us with two options for replacing the unit: one price for the complete replacement and a better filter system and a price for a more cost-effective option. Ben's assessment was thorough and he explained what he found in detail. We appreciated that he took the time to provide more than one option for replacement based on our plans to move in the near future. Ultimately, we decided to go with another company that was a little cheaper. But, we would still recommend Ben and Snell Heating & Air Conditioning.

The tech Kevin was very thorough and explained the diagnostic he was performing. They were able to accommodate me same day. I received a call about 20 minutes before the tech arrived and he was right on time. A good experience!
