My experience overall went very well.

As I indicated above I did not get the 1 lb refrigerant offered. This usually is $100/lb value. I should have gotten the refrigerant. I called them to ask if I got the refrigerant but they said no because there was also another problem. I still feel I should have gotten the refrigerant.

Provider arrived within the appointment window. He pointed out that a capacitor and a contactor on the outside unit were failing and gave me a quote. I agreed to the quote and have both capacitor and contact replaced. Overall experience was good.

The crew was very professional and the appointment and the work performed was completely hassle-free.

They did what they advertised. They did not do anything out of the ordinary. I moved to a different house so I probably would not use them again.

Performed professionally. Was not expecting to spend significantly on a relatively new unit. Personally thought it pricey to replace valve and top up 410. Not much top up was required since valve was replaced using a device that did not bleed/ recover much refrigerant.

I think the installation went well. They took care in rearranging the duct work to make it more efficient. A follow-up call was made to check in on the installation and to make sure that the county inspectors came in to check on their work since I have a gas unit.

They were prompt, they spent quite a bit of time doing a full diagnoses. We were very impressed that they took the time to call the manufacture to get to the bottom of it. We bought a second Big Deal because our second unit stopped working and they came out and realized they forgot to put a fuse in and did not charge us.

It all went really well! They were very flexible in scheduling and were not too pushy on the sale. Instead they gave us lots of information and choices.

We have a contract with them. They are very responsive, they are very professional. They pretty much sell only quality products. They service what they sell. They are really good.

I did use Snell Heating & Air Conditioning. I spent another $350 approximately for a Freon charge for my air conditioner. Their price is very reasonable. The technician is very thorough. They were right here when scheduled. Actually, the technician gave me a recommendation on how to repair by myself the insulation on the line of the air conditioning unit into the foundation. He made some suggestions on how to go to a hardware store to get materials to fix that myself rather than him doing it. It's very nice.

The technician, Italo, was extremely professional and very honest and friendly. He pinpointed the problem and came up with a plan for us using our equipment warranty to save the most money. He spent a great deal of time diagnosing the unit and explaining the problem to us and making sure we had the correct serial\model numbers for the warranty. After filling the unit with refrigerant, it was very comfortable in the house. The only slight downside was that I had purchased one of the coupons for a tune up and installation of refrigerant for $79 but in the mean time the unit had developed a leak. Turning the call into a diagnostic service call with a leak search cost quite a bit more than I had expected and kind of nullified the benefit of the coupon. Also the lag time for service was a couple weeks after calling during which it was pretty hot.

Great! The installers were punctual, seemed to work hard, and the end result was a neat and tidy job that functions really well.

The new AC system was installed on the day scheduled and it is running fine. The service was done in a professional manner.

It worked out well. They were on time and professional. Their estimates were reasonable. It seemed like they listened to what my needs were so they didn't try to sell me anything additional to what I needed.

They did a nice job. I thought it was a good deal. He was pretty thorough and showed us how to use the system after he installed it and programmed the thermostat. After I first scheduled them, they came out promptly and kept us informed that they would a bigger unit, a different model. Overall, they communicated well and did good. They're professional guys.

Snell Heating & Air Conditioning had to come twice to figure out what needed to be done. On the next appointment, they came promptly and the service was done as scheduled. I think they should have been able to figure out the first time they came here what needed to be done. I'm not complaining about the service, it was good, the job was well done and the technician was knowledgeable maybe something happened that they could not figure it out the first time. I'll refer them to other people, no questions asked.

Everything went just fine. They are great.

Fred Yetter (the technician) showed up in the given time frame and was very polite and respectful. He explained the problem with the unit and offered advice on replacing the outside and inside units as both are 20 years old and on their last legs. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, which I appreciated, and he provided excellent service.

They were cheaper from other providers. They were very professional and were thorough with the quote. They came down the next day and installed it within the same week. The guy who installed it was very precise and took a lot of care in doing the work. He worked very hard and we had some electrical issues so he had to come back the next day with different part. It was very diligent.

I remember it was part of the deal because I had to buy a whole furnace and air conditioner. So, I think it was wrapped up in the deal. I thought they were exceptionally good. I am a very difficult consumer. I expect 100% of what I paid for. They kept their word about everything. They did above and beyond. They helped us with some other issues with the air conditioning that they really did not have to do. The air conditioner has some kind of a passive fan that runs that circulates air in the house that maintains the temperature, and I told them they were full of c**p, but they are not. It worked exactly as they said it would. It has been wonderful. They did what they said they do and did it when they said they do it, which was better than most. They kept their word, returned phone calls and did all of the stuff they said they would do.

Snell Heating and AC show they service Fauquier County, but deal buyer beware, they don't service all towns in the county. Do not purchase a "deal" without calling them first. I located Snell Heating and AC through the "deals@buynow" button that appeared under my address. I used my debit card for this "deal," but upon my phone call to setup service, Snell told me that I was "just outside" of their service zone, although they do service my county (Fauquier). I contacted Angies list and they said Snell should remove that they service Fauquier County. Now I have to go through the refund process with Angies List and wait 7 - 10 days to receive my money back.

Service seemed very thorough, liked the professionalism and went ahead and purchased an annual contract at substantial discount. Yes I would recommend Snell

The service was so good that I bought an annual service contract from the technician and he applied my coupon discount to cover all of the repair service call. The whole experience was what I expect from this kind of service company as I was in a similar business myself years ago. Textbook high quality service experience.

The service worked out well. There was a component on my outside unit and it was leaking and so I had to get it replaced.
