The Technician checked out my AC and found it working properly. Unfortunately he was not able to identify the where the the smell was coming from in the unit.

lots of work was done but our units are working as a disabled person needing air Conditioning that is all that matters.

1 crew dropped off the materials and the installation crew showed up an hour later (on time). There were two men that completed the entire new AC and Heating installation. Took them well past sun down, but they only ever left one time for lunch and stayed until the project was completed (about 930-10PM). They installed the new thermostat and took time to go over how to use it/set it and gave some tips on best practices. Very helpful. They cleaned up the entire project area once done and allowed me time to inspect the site before leaving. Excellent job. Only one (minor) mark against them was the removed the fence on the side of the house closest the the AC unit without ever asking permission to do so. They did, however, reinstall the fence once completed and the fence is as sturdy as it was before the removal. I get why they did it as well, but asking would have been preferred before doing so. I would strongly recommend this company to my friends and family and to you the reader.

Easy to work with and offered a good price for two annual check-ups. The technician was prompt, arrived with a mask, and wore booties in the house. The repair suggestions for our older system were not pushy and we eventually did one when we had to replace the thermostat. With the thermostat replacement we went with their contract plan which is a monthly payment with discounts for service calls and parts.

We had a couple of companies give us estimates for replacing our HVAC system. Snell was not the least expensive but after researching systems and costs, I was able to determine that the Lennox system was superior to what the other companies were offering. The installation was completed on one of the coldest days of the year. The install crew was great. They were careful, respectful, efficient, and their workmanship was very professional. They took the time to review the installation components and what our expectations should be with the system. They went over the digital thermostat settings and how to adjust them. They were quick to respond to a concern we had with the humidifier. They completed the work in the time frame we were given.

very professional install. helped rework legacy issues with HVaC system- wasn’t just “swap box out”. also 10 year parts and labor means they have vested interest in doing it right. i would recommend and would use again.
