They are timely, clean and thorough. Snell installed our new HVAC system in January 2016. Recent service was just for a seasonal check and filter change. Technician Carl was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, answered my questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Snell.

Loyd explained things about my system that, in 12 yrs, my former contract company had never done. He was not in a hurry so I felt like he took care of even minor details. I hope he will come again for future contract visits. Also I loved his sense of humor - a very important attribute. Thanks Loyd !!!!

I had called several HVAC companies to come out to give me an estimate to have my A/C and Furnaces replaced in my home - I have 2 zones so that's 4 units. To be honest, Richards was my first choice as they had come highly recommended by a friend, but they couldn't be bothered with me and wouldn't give us the time of day. They were very dismissive and not interested in our business. Not only was Snell quick to show up and give us a quote, but Dave was kind, courteous and professional. He provided us with comprehensive options and he really listened to what we wanted out of this project. Dave followed up with me shortly after his visit and when it was time to make our decision, the Snell team was out at our house in the middle of a heat wave within 3 days to install our new system. They had everything completed in 1 day and everything was neat and tidy when they left! I am so glad that I went with Snell and wouldn't change a thing about the decision that we made. Although their quotes came in a little higher than others, it was totally worth it and we would recommend them to everyone if you want quality work done by professionals that know their business and customer service. FIVE STARS FOR SURE!!

Gary was extremely knowledgeable and provided me detailed information about the repair work as it progressed. I will use Snell HVAC again in the future as a result of his professionalism.

We scheduled a HVAC tune-up and our technician (David Gallegos) was extremely efficient, professional, courteous and knowledgable. We really appreciated his patience in explaining HVAC issues and felt good about having all the information we needed for repair decisions we needed to make. This technician is truly an asset to Snell and we will be using the maintenance agreement program they offer to ensure efficient operations of our HVAC system.

Snell continues to do a great job whenever I call. My Air Conditioning went out on one of the hotter days of the year. They were able to schedule an appointment ASAP and fix my unit on the first visit. James was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Snell again!!!

Justin W. (The technician) was fantastic. He was willing to answer questions and he explained things thoroughly. He pointed out things to monitor that were looking worn. He didn't "push" to replace items that didn't need replacement at the time. Justin- I give 5-STARS!! He earned it with his customer service! Snell HVAC- I give 1-STAR for their pricing!! They earned it! After minutes of looking at my unit, Justin noticed the air conditioning capacitor was likely shot. Being completely ignorant about a capacitor, I asked what this would cost. Justin said if the capacitor is the only problem, it would cost about $450. He said that would include the part, labor and the service charge. 07/27/2016- (the following day) I looked on amazon. It appears a capacitor costs roughly $20. Justin arrived at 3pm and was gone by 4pm. You do the math!!! U P D A T E .... 7/28/2016 Snell HVAC Management CLEARLY cares about their customers!!! I originally rated 1 star with the above comment. Within 24 hours of my post I received a call from Snell Management who made me a satisfied customer. He read my post (above) and reacted the way a concerning businessman should react. Without hesitation, my bill was dramatically reduced. Thank You Snell- your new loyal customer! Lee Massie

The project was installation of a new A/C and furnace in our home. This was our first interaction with Snell, and Italo Sasso made us glad we chose the company. From the beginning, he was thorough, patient, on time, very engaging and courteous, and did exactly what he said he would do. He explained the equipment choices and his recommendations, and the quoted price was in line with our expectations and were exactly what was charged. The crew that did the installation was also prompt, courteous, and took the time to answer questions in detail. Italo also went above and beyond: shortly after the installation was completed (ahead of schedule) the A/C cut out. After the company said a tech could be at our home in the morning I called Italo to tell him about the situation and he came to our house that night, after 8:00, to investigate. He determined that the issue was not with the new equipment or installation, but a different part of the system that was malfunctioning and which he and the crew would have had no reason to be concerned about. He took the time to fix it and explain what had happened. The A/C has been working perfectly since and is a noticeable improvement over the system it replaced. We are very satisfied and recommend Snell and Italo without hesitation.

My experience with David at Snell was great. I appreciated that he was able to fix my two systems so that I did not have to replace them. He kept me informed throughout the diagnostic and repair process. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to identify the problems and determine a good solution. I would definitely use Snell again.

I've been using Snell for about 7 years after they did a furnace repair. I have the yearly contract and get twice a year checkup for a good price. The guys are reliable, courteous, and the crew is stable, so you have recognition and trust. My A/C finally failed after 23 years (builder grade) but they never pushed me to do it. Snell will be installing the A/C.

The repair technician (Vince) arrived on-time, seemed knowledgeable and was professional. He also informed me of Snell's maintenance plans (which I purchased), without pressuring me to buy. Additionally, my builder had positioned the external condensation tube to drip directly on the mount that holds the unit. As a result, rust has accumulated on the bolts and other parts of the mount. Vince added tubing to the pipe to channel the drip directly over the ground splash plate. I didn't ask him to do this and he never told me he had done so. That's what I consider GOOD customer service!!!

Snell is top notch in service Heating and A/C Service. Tm M. was my technician. He is one of the best in the company. He is honest and direct in giving you the facts and not trying to sale you a lot of extras that you don't need!! Kudos to him for great service.

I purchased the annual maintenance plan and this service was the first for my A/C unit. The Snell tech (Velimir) was excellent. Very professional and thorough. He explained in detail the service he was performing and the condition of the various components he inspected. He answered all the questions I had to my satisfaction. And he was clean...no mess or dirt inside the house...he wore shoe covers inside to keep my floors clean. I was very pleased with the service and the built-in cost as part of the service plan.

Snell is a company with strong customer oriented leadership. I say this because everyone I talk to or work with has a positive can do attitude followed up with action. In addition, unlike other HVAC companies in the area, I find NO indications of unnecessary parts replacement requests. I specifically request James as my field technician. James is thorough, highly qualified (I have observed him performing services), conscientious, clean and able to clearly communicate to me regarding the status of my HVAC equipment. Most important, James is honest and I feel comfortable with him in my home. Dave Snell: please do whatever is required to keep James with your company for the long term. I rarely give the highest rating however in this case it is very easy for me to give Snell my 5 Star Rating.

Italo was sensational. My heating system went down during a very cold spell while I was recovering from an injury sustained by a fall. While the heating system could not be replaced for another week Italo got some substitute parts so I would have heat until the installation could take place. He's my hero. My heating system was very old and I knew it was only a matter of time until it was replaced. Snell is a great company and I have used them for my semi annual checks on my heating and air conditioning systems for several years and will continue to do so.

Snell's technicians provide a thorough heating and A/C maintenance service. Very friendly and on-time service.

Knowledgeable, courteous and very competent. The technician, Velimir, took the time to explain each step and the costs associated when and where applicable. He then took extra time to talk to me about options for replacement as my system is on the older side. It was not a sales pitch, but a sharing of information and knowledge. Very happy to rely on such excellent expertise for future needs.

This was the spring check-up for the heating/furnace system AND air conditioning. James was the technician: very professional, very courteous and very neat. We have been a loyal customer since 1997 and repeatedly renew our service contract because I TRUST THEM TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. I have seldom needed emergency service but on the few occasions that I have, Snell came to the rescue. Thanks!

We put our HVAC a couple of years ago from Snell. They have been great to deal with installing and servicing the unit. Loyd did the service today and was very professional and knowledgable. He went beyond the service call to help us understand how to get the best performance from the unit. He's also good with dogs :)
