my service technician gave me additional information to help me lengthen the life of my furnace. He made sure everything was working correctly or noted it for additional service. He also showed me how to save money and time on purchasing furnace filters

Courteous, punctual, called when 15 minutes away. Italo has been to our house several times and always shows us problem areas he's discovered. He was very thorough in explaining our options for a possible new furnace. They've earned my trust.

Snell is a great company. We have purchased both air and furnace units from them and have been very happy with their service. Justin was out this week and took the extra time to show and explain a couple of items we may want to consider in the future. Very professional and a great example of the quality of people the company hires.

Arrived when expected and called in advance with a time update. Troubleshoot problem with humidifier and installed a new (replacement) humidistat. Tested the system to ensure it was working properly and explained the operation to me to obtain the desired humidity during winter months. The work was performed in a professional manner and the Snell tech left the area clean. He also wore shoe coverings (protective) inside to avoid tracking any exterior dirt inside the house. Very satisfied.

Velimir from Snell heating came by on 12/4 to take a look at my furnace which had stopped working. He was very polite and professional and took his time to explain to me what the problem was and what he recommended. He did not nickel and dime me and offered me a solution that would not cost me hundreds of dollars. I will not go into detail about our private conversation, however, I will say that he was honest and gave me good advice on what I should do. He also accepted coupons that I found online. He definitely earned my trust and future business.

One of the best service calls I have received from any contractor or company, The Snell tech did a thorough check and service of my gas furnace, cleaned and activated my humidifier with new filter, and took the time to explain & answer my questions. The furnace and the surrounding area was spotless when he was done. I was totally impressed and decided to sign up for the annual service plan. Outstanding job!!!

Velimir performed a thorough service and maintenance for our HVAC system. He answered all questions clearly and suggested handy tips - things we were unaware of - to keep our system in good running order. We were very impressed with Velimir and the quality of service. Snell also was the most economical of the companies we called for a system maintenance contract - great value for the money.
