We had an excellent experience with our Regal full service move! The crew handled all of our items with care, used high-grade packing materials and accommodated where promised/requested. We have already shared our experience with our real-estate agent, thus spreading the word by adding Regal to their "preferred vendor" list. Words can't describe how pleased we were with our Regal move other than rating this company and their crew with Five stars! Thanks again for everything!!!

Company has gone downhill, wrong load delivered to my house in a cross country move, treadmill destroyed and left in pieces for five months in the middle of living room (we were told we could not touch it or it would void the insurance claim). As for my items? They are still in the warehouse after eight months of trying to get them and I’m still paying $350 a month in storage for items that are not mine. Communication horrible. The owner has made several promises he can’t keep, and I was just informed by an employee that left that I’ll never get reimbursed for the insurance claims because the owner has not paid his insurance bill. Read google reviews before you hire this company!

Great! They were professional and communicative both leading up to the move and day of. Stan met with us to review our house to ensure he gave as close to accurate as possible for our moving estimate. When the movers showed up, they were professional, efficient and took great care of all of our furniture. They gave us peace of mind knowing that they were protecting both the house with lay down material and our furniture with moving blankets. 11/10 would recommend! They were exceptional in helping to move my antique piano and drafting light table - both extremely large and heavy objects. They were late from the time window but luckily we had all day blocked out for moving so it didn't affect us at all and they completed the move in the time that Stan estimated.

They were amazing! They got us on their schedule within 4 days for a last minute move from a house to an apartment. The price was extremely low for the amazing quality of service. Everyone was completely professional and efficient. I would recommend their services to everyone. Look no further. I gave a big tip. I would have given more if I had it.

Beyond perfect. Excellent handling of my furniture but further the management took concerted care to help with the logistics of a changing schedule. Moves are never fun but Regal made mine PERFECT!
