Regal Maid Service

Came recommended by previous provider in another region of country and for its previous AL reviews. Doesn't quite measure up. Inconsistent cleaning service and always someone new on team. Sometimes 2, sometimes 3 per visit. Recent damage was handled poorly. Has been 6 weeks and still no resolution. Only seem to think about it when it's time to schedule a service. They need to earn the business and perform consistently highly. Polite, but not concerned. Techs are fast, but uncommunicative. Scheduled for noon today, but showed at 10:30. Timing is not accurate. Same service quoted at cheaper price by other vendors. INCONSISTENT!!!

They've been good, on time and thorough. They charge $120 for two cleaning ladies to clean a townhouse for two hours. Their scheduler is attentive and a good manager.

Everything went really well. They were very efficient. They called me because they were going to be a little late which was very professional. They also removed their shoes when they came in the house.

Regal Maid sent 2 ladies out to do a one-time cleaning. Scheduling was easy and the ladies arrived during the scheduled time window. I have a dog so I told them I was going out with the dog so he wouldn't be under foot. They came in through the front door but I asked that they exit thought the garage so the house could be secured behind them. This wasn't done -- they left through the front door so the house was left open. The cleaning itself was fine. I appreciated that all the blinds were dusted as I don't usually get to this myself. The dusting in general was about as thorough as cleaning companies do it: nothing gets moved...they just dust around things. The floors were well cleaned but I don't think baseboards were dusted. I missed the little touches that cleaning companies often do: fancy tissue folds, neatly folded towels, nicely "re-made" beds. These weren't done. Although I would use Regal Maids again due to the ease of scheduling and the prompt arrival, I would probably not want the same team to clean.

I have used Regal Maids for about 6yrs. They come to my home weekly and when they leave I feel like Heaven showered down and into my home. Everything is clean and smells great. The best is when I need a little extra help with something like organizing. I don't know how they do it but the transformation is fantastic! Thank you Joanne and your Angels!

I have used them for move out, moving in cleaning as well as regular cleaning. They clean really well and it is always nice to deal with Joanne.

For about the past 2 years, Regal maids cleaned our home on a monthly basis. We were always present at home during the cleaning. The company provided the same two ladies for a reasonable price. We always did a once over of the house after each cleaning and before we paid because they were inconsistent (at times they would do a stellar job and other times rush through the job). At times they were negligent, spilling small amounts of bleach on colored towels and bathmats; however, we brought this to Joanne's attention, who remedied the situation by speaking to the maids about the situation, using less harsh cleaners, and deducting a part of the price of the next cleaning. We also appreciated that Joanne confirmed the appointment each month one day prior. We decided to discontinue use of Regal Maids after scheduling a move-out cleaning for a very specific date and time, which the person on the phone (not Joanne who was unavailable at the time) confirmed. When I called the day prior to re-confirm the scheduled cleaning, Joanne notified me that the time would not work, which left me in a difficult situation not being able to find another company at the last minute. We ended up modifying our schedule to make it work, which was very disappointing considering their rep had originally confirmed the date and time. We discontinued using Regal Maids due to their unprofessionalism and unreliability.

The cost is very reasonable. They do an excellent job. They are prompt and they are very professional as well.

Regal Maid Service has been providing cleaning services for me for a couple of years. I am extremely satisfied with Joanne who tries to accommodate me with my last minute scheduling requests. I am also happy with the ladies who have been cleaning my house. They do a wonderful job.

Our experience with them has been pretty good. The owner, Joana has always been effervescent and helpful. It was a reasonable price.

Tim arrived on time with his assistant and went right to the task. We have a four level townhouse and it does not have the kind of windows that can slide down and clean easily. I was extremely impressed with both the professionalism and the quality of the work. This was the second time we used this company, and we are so happy with their results that we have asked them to do our windows on an annual basis. I feel very confident recommending Regal Window Cleaning to anyone.

We sold our house and wanted to leave the windows nice and clean for the new owners. We called Tim and set up the appointment. He arrived promptly on schedule and did a superb job cleaning the windows and screens. Tim and his assistant were very professional. Tim is also quite personable, and was able to hold a lengthly conversation with my husband, all the time working away at the task. The price was extremely reasonable for the service provided. We were very happy we hired Regal Window Cleaners.

Joanne is the owner and she is a delight to work with. She is very flexible with my scheduling changes when I am going out of town for a while. The ladies that perform the cleaning are always professional. Ines, the supervisor, is very attentive to any special request I may make. She is just plain awesome! I have used this service for nearly four years, and have brought them along with us to our new home. I could not be more pleased with the job they do.

Since talking with management on the phone were so wonderful, we expected the same experience with the cleaning crew. This was not the case. A crew of two women showed up almost 30 minutes late. They did not speak english, and everything we asked them to do, they would simply nod their heads to and say "ok"; they wouldn't even make eye contact. From the moment they began, they seemed very rushed. Worse was that they were very rough, knocking and banging things as they went. At one point, one cleaner threw her vacuum on our hardwood floors when she was done. Once they were done, they were in a rush out the door. What was left was a still not fully clean house. They didn't wipe down kitchen cabinets, the floors were poorly mopped, their was some mildew in the the shower, glass was smeared and more... As much as management was very professional, their staff was anything but. We did contact management, who had a supervisor come out. He saw very quickly that they service wasn't done well and setup a time to have the women come back.

I was at first satisfied, but as I looked closely, there were areas oh the floor missed, blinds were done hit or miss. Counters not cleaned, door and wall surfaces left with smudges. There was even gum they left on the floor. They push thins to one side on the counter and left them there. I can tell you I was pretty disappointed. I called the owner and when told of my unhappiness with their job, she said they must have run out of steam. She did send them back, and even after explaining what I wanted, they still neglected some things. I would not hire them again and certainly not recommended them.

They started out great at the beginning of their services, but during the follow up months they starting lacking effort. I really like the owner, she is lovely. There was no supervision on sight though and there was too many things they were missing.

I used Regal for approximately a 2 year period. I never had an issue with the quality of their cleaining and they were always polite and punctual. My problem was that gradually they continued to break things throughout the house. Little items- lamps, bathroom soap dish, etc. Initially they would advise me of it and the company always offered to repair or replace the item. However, towards the end of my use of them they would break an item and not tell me. I would discover it immediately after they left. I let them go after the second time they broke something and did not advise me. I lightbulb I can replace, however, failure to be forthright with me is more valuable.

I received an estimate last year and decided to go with a different company based upon price only. However, when the company vacuumed over some wires and broke a few things without ever telling me (I don't mind what happened- I've done that before myself) I had to cancel them. So I went back to Regal Maids because I was going to hire them in the first place. I hired the few to do a service before Memorial Day weekend. Joanne was on vacation so she had Rachel (I think her name was) contact me and arrange everything. At first, I though I was being picky but looking back I don't think so. The beds were made but the comforter was put upside down. This usually isn't a big deal but the tag of the comfortable was in the middle of head of the bed so I had to flip my conformer. Secondly, the sheets weren't tucked in. They were sides were draped on the sides but tucked at the bottom. Vacuuming was okay, but I found crumbs in certain corners and then I found crumbs (like whole pieces of Cheerios in the nooks of the coach). When I sent the check to Regal Maids and told Rachel my complaints and said for these reasons I really couldn't use them for a bi-weekly service (which I was planning on using them for). She said that she wrote down my complaints and that was it. I figure that there has to be a better company than this one.

They are very pleasant and the women work hard. They do a very professional job.

Overall it was a decent job but not quality, seemed rushed.

The most important advice I can give anyone about my experience is that you must ensure that the crew of two do not spend their time together in the same location/ room. This is a highly inefficient way of cleaning especially because in our case we were charged by the hour ($75.00 per hour). I have never had a cleaning crew where two people spent their entire time in a bathroom cleaning it together. In my experience, people will come, but they will split the job amongst themselves whereby one person will do the kitchen, whilst the other will do the bathroom etc. They arrived at 10:55 am and after exactly one hour, only the master bath had been cleaned. I think this was unreasonable an amount of time to spend on just one room. Of course, after I called and spoke to Joanne, the crew picked up the pace. However, they had to re-do the kid's bath because they spent too little time to clean it in comparison to the wads of time they spent in the master bathroom. Overall, the quality of the work was fair, but three times I had to ask them to clean places that had obviously been overlooked. My house is not huge, and it isn't filthy. Had they been wise about how they did the job, then they would have definitely had time left over to finish the study, and vacuum the dining room and living room. $187.50 later, and I have to still go and finish up the cleaning.

I love Regal Maid Services! I have been using them for about 4 months now. The same team of employees comes once every three weeks and goes right to work. They are conscientious workers that show respect for my belongings and the time I am paying them for. The owner of the company calls regularly to see if I have any problems with the service, or if there needs to be any adjustments made. I don't know what I would do without them!
