R and J Tinting

Jeremy from R&J arrived on time for both the on-site estimate and later the actual work. Work was done and the windows look great. The window films not only reduce the sunlight but make the view sharper and crisper. This is the second job R&J has done for us; we are very satisfied with both.

The front half of our home faces due west and, in the evenings, got incredibly hot due to sunlight pouring in the rough the living, dining, and bedroom windows. We researched on Angies List and Yelp for some of the top tinting companies and got quotes from a handful of companies. All tinting quotes tend to be in a range based on the quality, strength of the tint and, as it turns out, R and J Tinting offered the most competitive quote for the range of tinting offered. Based on our phone calls, we opted to meet with Jeremy in person to discuss the options. He was timely, courteous, spent a lot of time answering on admittedly numerous questions. At the end of our discussion, we signed the contract but were still unsure of the strength of tinting we wanted to go with so Jeremy installed two sample patches on our large, front window so we could see the difference ourselves throughout the next few days. Knowing nothing about tinting, this really helped us with our selection. Once we finally made our decision, Jeremy was able to get the materials and schedule us within the same week. I worked from home the day of the installation which Jeremy did himself so I a chance to see some of the work being done. He was very professional, great addressing all of my questions during the install, and describing appropriate steps for after care to ensure the tint’s longevity. In the weeks since the install, at the height of summer, the impact of the tinting has been phenomenal. The living room is significantly cooler in the evenings and the sun far less intense. In all, it was a great experience and would be happy to hire again if/when we have more windows to tint. TL/DR: Awesome to work with; would hire again if/when we have more windows to tint.

Fantastic.. Jeremy showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manor. he cleaned up after himself and did a outstanding job. We will probably end up using him on the rest of the house provide we have an opportunity to do so.

Jeremy was great! He did our entire house. We had some issues with an old door that needed to be replaced and a window that had a gas-leak, so he was unable to complete the work during the scheduled time. However, he came back when after we had the door & window replaced and finished the job. He's super professional, personable, and consultative. He even turned us on to a great company who could replace the damaged window at a much lower cost than our other estimates. That almost paid for the work that we spent on R&J by itself!

Home window tinting...who knew? I'd never heard of it until my realtor mentioned it to me. I recently sold my home and my hardwood floors had faded significantly and my area rugs left an imprint. I wanted to prevent that from happening in my new home. I highly recommend R and J Tinting. Jeremy was efficient, professional, punctual, and explained all the different options. I tinted my entire house and had 100% privacy frost tint installed on the bathroom window! I LOVE it!.

The door to my office suite was tinted glass but did not afford any privacy or security particular at night. I wanted a solution that would afford the security without sacrificing the light. Jeremy offered the perfect solution with a security window film. With the film in place, the door looks like it has frosted glass which lets light in but blocks the visibility into the office especially at night. Less than a week after I agreed to the estimate, Jeremy installed the window film. He was professional, efficient, courteous and extremely neat. I have received many compliments on the door panel and would highly recommend R and J Tinting for any window tinting/film needs.

R&J Window Tinting was recommended to us to apply UV filtering film on a newly replaced window in our home which was half of a sliding window. We needed to match the film to the other pane of the window with existing film. Jeremy came promptly, took measurements, and made recommendations regarding the installation. He came the day after the new window was installed with several samples so we could choose the correct film. He installed the new film quickly and professionally. Great service. Would definitely recommend R and J Tinting.

They were very efficient when putting the window up, they told us exactly what they were doing, they even took down the cobwebs and stuff, and cleaned the windows. They were very neat, and actually they gave me some background information on possible getting my windows re-cocked because they leak. They showed up when they were supposed to, they cleaned up after themselves, they took the estimated amount of time that they said they would. They're extremely friendly and very helpful.
