Description of Work: R. A. Dobson staff is reliable, neat, efficient and trustworthy. They cleaned our gas fire place and installed a humidifier on our furnace. Absolutely first class work at reasonable prices.

Description of Work: R A Dobson installed my new furnace, humidifier and air filter as well as a new humidifier and air filter on an existing furnace. I was very pleased with their timeliness with the installation, the work done and the good price.

Description of Work: Replaced HVAC system. Work was expensive, but the quality of the work and the machinery were good. Would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: WHOLE HOUSE FURNACE AND A/C SYSTEM REPLACEMENT

Description of Work: Replaced a gas water heater. I provided new tank. As a DIY'er this was just a job I didn't want to tackle. Price seemed fair for same day installation. Very nice, professional staff.

Description of Work: They repaired the PVC drain line (which we broke while trying to figure things out before calling a service company), and recharged our a/c unit with 2 lbs of freon. |I noticed our a/c wasn't cooling the house to the set temperature on a Sunday morning. RA Dobson was one of the companies recommended by our community website. I went to their website and requested service for the following business day since it was not an emergency (Fortunately, they had a July special which waived the $125 evaluation fee if you placed the request online). |I called when they opened on Monday morning and had a pleasant man answer the phone who told me they would be out sometime that morning. When 1pm rolled around, I called again to confirm someone was coming that day. A pleasant young lady said a technician was scheduled to visit my house, that he was on another service call, and would be coming to my house next. That was fine by me, as I know some service calls take longer than anticipated. I just wanted to be sure someone was coming that day. |Around 2:45, Sim called and said he was on his way. He arrived at 3pm, and was very professional. He inspected the evaporator/air handler unit from top to bottom, as well as the outside compressor. I watched all that he did and he educated me about my system as he worked (something I REALLY appreciate!). He fixed our broken drain pipe, and recharged our unit with 2 lbs of freon. It has been just over a week and all is well! Our home is cool again :-) |Sim did not push me to buy any other services. I did ask if they have service plans. They do. He told me about them, but again, no pressure to buy. He also educated me about the new cooling systems, and left me with some "reading material" as it is likely we will eventually need to replace our current units in the coming years. |In this highly transient area where we live, it is a breath of fresh air to find a company that has longtime true professionals working for them. Sim clearly knew what he was doing, and would stand by his work any day of the week. I believe the price was fair and the job was done right. I will definitely use them again, and feel that I have found the company that we will count on for all of our future heating and a/c needs.

Description of Work: Tried to fine water leak but couldn't. Note it took a company that specializes in leak detection using special equipment two days to find the leak.
