PREMIER INDUSTRIES INC

The work actually began many months late. The quality of the work was very poorly done and very sloppy. I sent in my list of things that needed to be fixed/redone which was a part of the contract I signed and I have never heard from them again! They do answer the phone but the 'supervisor' is never available. Also, I noticed once I moved my refrigerator that they had not refaced the part of the cabinet that is hidden from view. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware!

First off, you will be very impressed with the professionalism of this company's sales reps. They have also put a lot of thought into how to document the work, and provide thing like communications sheets,so that all items can be documented between you and your work crew when the job is going on. We certainly thought we had hired the best company to redo our kitchen. In the end, we are pleased with the quality of the work, but it's been a somewhat painful journey. The team that did our kitchen consisted of one guy who was qualified, and one guy who did not have a clue. The guy who did not have a clue ended up botching several things, including the basic job of drilling holes for the knobs in the new beautiful cherry cabinet doors. He didn't even know to back up the wood, so when he drilled the holes, we ended up with shearing on the inside of the cabinet. Premier made good on it and ended up replacing 10 cabinet doors that were the most severely damaged. However, the stress of having this guy in our kitchen, messing up stuff, was awful. The other big issue was the "installation" of our gas cooktop. Neither guy had a clue how to do this work, they threw away the installation instructions, and several important things that I happened to see in the trash such as brackets. They left without using the brackets, and created a gaping hole in the bottom of our cabinet. We had to call professional installers to get them to re-do it, and they were appalled at how these guys had botched the job. They even installed the fan component for the telescoping vent in the wrong direction. Again, Premier made good on it, and at my insistence they removed the "installation" fee and covered what we paid to the other company. But the question is, why the heck are they sending guys like this to do work they obviously shouldn't be doing, and who needs the stress? I feel I really can't recommend them given our experience. Which is too bad, because I think they could have made this whole experience much better. We love our kitchen, but this has not been a happy journey.

They did an excellent job, however on the items that required follow up it took them a long time to get back here to do them. I don't know if I would use them.

They were punctual, completed the job within 2 days, and neat and tidy. They are a good reputable company and cheaper by about $8,000.

We were satisfied with the job initially, it is just the lack of follow up from the company that led has us to change this report.
