Fred and his team are fantastic. They installed hardwood in our upstairs and replaced the carpet on our stairs. Fred did a great job of explaining our options and the price points for each. We were able to do the project on our schedule and never felt sales pressure from Fred. The work was outstanding. We love our new floors. Our upstairs looks so much more clean and modern. This project was definitely worth the investment!

I cannot say enough about Greg and his team. I was in a rush to have a repair done to my hardwood floors before putting my house in the market. Greg responded within hours of me reaching out, came the next morning and gave me an estimate (great pricing!!), was able to locate my hardwoods in a temperature controlled environment and installed them all that same day!! His crew was professional and so efficient. I am so grateful to find someone who puts their customer first. I highly recommend Premier Floors!!

We have used Premier Floors for two different projects in our current house (and counting!) and have always had the best experience. Shereen and Fred are amazing and our project manager Beth has always been a joy to work with. They are professional, honest and have always left us very satisfied customers. We first used them to refinish our wood floors when we moved into our new house and our project manager Beth helped us through numerous iterations find the PERFECT wood stain for our floors. We receive compliments on color constantly. She was always patient with us and was committed to our project. We next used them for our kitchen renovation, refinishing a half bath and more floors. Our kitchen is stunning. The end product is everything we could've ever hoped for - the design is so functional as well as beautiful. Shereen, Beth and Fred were very communicative and helped our renovation along at a steady pace so that we had a working kitchen in about 10 weeks (and this was with some surprises behind the walls!). On a day-to-day basis we knew who was coming to our house for what work and when they were coming. Whoever came always cleaned up and our house was never left a mess. We could not be more pleased with how these two projects turned out. Fred, Shereen and Beth as people are super personable, friendly and just lovely people. We are so glad that we got connected with them and are looking forward to future projects together!

My experience overall went well. They were very responsive.

From the very beginning this outfit was very helpful. Everyone in the shop was very helpful in guiding us through the process of home improvement. This was good for us because we were a little unsure what we wanted and how to proceed. Although they were always ready with advice, we never felt any pressure to choose one thing or another. They were great at staying within our budget. Fred was helpful in picking colors to go with the new floors and our kitchen looks great because of it. Even if mistakes were made during the process, just minor things, Fred was on it and had it fixed right up. Besides the amazing customer services, Premier Floors (which I think is changing its name because they do so much more) has a variety of things to choose from. This is a family owned business and it shows when they are dealing with customers. To sum up our home now looks lovely, and we are happy with everything. I would recommend them to friends and family.

They came in and gave me an estimate. They were very helpful in explaining what was going on. We scheduled a date for them to come in. However, when it came time to do the work he first time, they sent a guy who couldn't replace the subflooring. He didn't even know that the subflooring would need to be replaced. So after spending my morning waiting for these guys, I had to reschedule for another day. Thankfully they sent a new team the 2nd time who did the subflooring and the new hardwood both. The installers did a pretty good job. I would recommend these guys again, but honestly if I can find another company which doesn't use subcontractors for a similar price I would probably do that.

My experience with Premier Floors was very positive and I strongly endorse them. Prior to talking with Premier I had talked with 2 other flooring companies about replacing the wall to wall carpet in the entire upper level of my townhouse. Although both companies arrived as scheduled to take measurements and provided reasonable estimates in a timely manner, they didn't convey the degree of knowledge about flooring products that Fred with Premier did nor were they as able to entertain a discussion about hardwood vs. laminate, provide alternatives to consider, etc. The day after Fred came to my house, I visited Premier's showroom and made a decision on the hardwood to be installed. Installation took place within 10 days. The flooring team arrived early in the morning as scheduled. With the exception of one 15 min. break they worked continuously from 8:30am - 5pm. All were courteous and very focused on their work. I am more pleased with the hardwood than I even thought I'd be. It dramatically changes the atmosphere in my house - the hardwood makes the rooms seem larger and airier while providing an element of warmth. Premier Floors receives a strong thumbs up from me -- I'll definitely contact them with my flooring needs in the future.

We had an overall great experience. I would recommend this place for carpet. I liked how it is a family owned company. We were able to give us a great price on carpet because they had some in stock. The installers worked long hours to complete the job. They cleaned up, moved all the furniture and were very professional. Fred came out to check on the progress and he made many follow-up phone calls.

They did a good job. The floors were pretty old underneath and they had a lot of squeaking. They did a lot of work to try to minimize that; we got a whole new subfloor. There were a couple little things. They put down the trim and then they painted it after they put down the wood floors which we thought was silly because they got paint on the floor. It would have been easier to do it the other way. When they brought people over to paint the trim, they moved some furniture. We were in the process of putting pads on the furniture so we could move it. They moved one piece before we got the pads on and they scratched the floor. We were expecting scratches eventually because we have kids. When you pay that kind of money, you just want as close to perfection as you can get. On the installation, they did a great job. When they came back and did a reevaluation, there were a few loose pieces and they repaired those properly. It was from a settling issue. Overall, the wood floors are excellent and I would say they were very good; we would recommend them to other people.

After shopping for carpet for approx. 6 mos. we were so burnt out and disappointed because we basically knew what we wanted yet noone was able to offer us good choices and keep within our budget. We had a huge job (re-doing the entire house including the basement.) Then we found Premier Floors. Shereen came out for an estimate and to discuss and show us various samples. She offered ideas out of the box that we hadn't thought of. For example...We have 2 dogs and were concerned about accidents in our upstairs hallway. Shereen suggested hardwood and was still able to keep within our budget. Shereen is a gem and lovely to work with. She has a great eye for color, great taste, she even helped us pick out paint for some of our rooms. She was always easy to reach and went above and beyond. Since we were recarpeting the entire house, they worked with us on our timeline, as we had alot of break-down that needed to be done on our part. While the install was going on in our home we asked her to quote re-carpeting a condo that my sister and I own.( my sister had gotten quotes from her friend in the business) but Shereen offered us so much more and she did that job as well. Her installers for carpet and hardwood were very professional, and executed their work with perfection. You could tell they really took pride in their craft. They were neat and clean and respectful. My husband who is very picky would have any of them back to our home to do work. They did an impeccable job. Our home looks wonderful and we are so thrilled! We highly recommend Premier Floors. Any future work that needs to be done in our home will be done by Premier Floors.

The carpeting in my home had some large wrinkles in it. When I had purchased the home, the previous owner had promised to resolve this issue. The person he tasked with the job was unable to do so. The Premier Flooring people were able to give me an estimate and repair the carpeting the same day. Their performance was speed and professional. Although it was a rather small job, they took the time to make sure that it was done well and to my satisfaction.

They were extremely customer oriented. The owners were actually very engaged and they didn’t just send out jobbers. I felt like they were really interested in making sure that it was a good job and it was. I will use their services again in the future.

Excellent experience. Our floors are beautiful. Shereen helped us pick the flooring, giving great advice and looking for economical options. Fred and Shereen scheduled the work and followed through, then followed up to ensure we were happy. They are very responsive and friendly, and took the time to listen and help us decide what we wanted. Fred mentioned that their focus as a company is customer service, and it really shows.

The kitchen was demolished. Removed bulkheads, pantry and cabinet and counter removal. Removed Ceiling and rewired for recessed lighting and under cabinet lighting. Installed and painted new ceiling. Installed an extra circuit for the microwave. Removed several layers of old flooring. Repaired subflooring. Installed new cement board in preparation for porcelain tiles. Laid tiles , installed cabinetry with lighting. Customized some of the cabinetry to adjust to designing needs. Installed custom designed Glass cabinet doors, interior lighting, and glass shelves for one cabinet. Installed granite counter, granite window sill, double sink, Soap dispencer, designer faucet, and special ordered backsplash with stone and glass inserts. Installed tiles and design above the kitchen window. Installed Stainless knobs and pulls on cabinets. Installed 2 slide out spice racks in 2 cabinets. Installed slide out double trash cans under peninsula. Installed 5 inch floor molding, painted the molding. Installed extra shelves for some cabinets. Installed ceiling moldings. Flooring was completed for kitchen ,bathroom, closet, and foyer. The contractors were able to adjust their schedules to accomodate stops and starts when we had to leave town several times.

The folks at Premier Floors were very responsive to my initial inquiry for ideas and an estimate, coming to my home and offering very helpful suggestions and guidance for what would work best within my price range. Once decisions were made, the work was scheduled and begun within less than a week. The workers were prompt, courteous, and professional. They took care to clean up after the work was done. The tile installers left a bit of a mess on the "trail" from the kitchen to the front door (despite the plastic runner they had put down)--but I had told them not to worry much about it because I was having the carpet pulled up and replaced the next day. The floors look great and the carpet installation is much, much nicer than the original builder carpet I had before. It took two days to complete all the tile installation (including removal of the old vinyl, installation of new underlayment, tile, grout, and shoe molding). The carpet replacement was completed in one day (including removal of old carpet and padding, securing some loose spots on the stairs, putting down the new padding and carpet, installing new tile-to-carpet transitions, and thoroughly vacuuming the floor and adjacent areas that had some debris from the installation). They also moved the heavy furniture during the course of the installation. The whole job took three, consecutive days. Because the tile was thicker than the original sheet vinyl flooring, there were some complications with fitting the pedestal back under the sink in our foyer powder room. Also there was a glitch with fitting the water supply tubes on a couple of the toilets that needed to be put back after tiling. Premier Floors sent a plumber to the house the day after the installation and those issues were rectified quickly and professionally. Similarly, I found a couple of small spots where the grout didn't quite meet my expectations and the tile installer came right over and regrouted those spots. He was very accommodating. All in all, it was a lot of work for everybody but the process and outcome were as good as it gets. I highly recommend this company. They did a great job and I am so pleased that they are right here in my own community.
