Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List, Chimney sweep or dryer vent cleaning for $90 each! These services normally cost $150 each, for Potomac Services.

Description of Work: I used potomac services to clean my fireplace. The technician arrived promptly during the window he had given. He was clean and polite. He brought his equipment in and cleaned the fireplace. He was very neat and didn't allow any dust to escape the fireplace. He thoroughly cleaned up his equipment and left. I would not hesitate to hire Potomac Services again.

Description of Work: They inspected the chimney and told me it didn't really need cleaning. They also looked at some hairline cracks to see if any repairs were needed. overall, they did everything that was needed. I'm not sure about the exact cost.

Description of Work: They had a special for $200 to do chimney sweep and dryer vent. They did a very good job on both and were honest about what they found and what they saw. They saw a small crack in the chimney liner but said I should be fine with a small fire log and didn't need to do anything unless I was planning to have large fires.

Description of Work: When called for appointment explained everything they were going to do. Jason and Casey came to perform service and explained everything they were doing. Prompt, professional, and clean. Would defineatly use them again.

Description of Work: Potomac Services is an excellent company. Customer Service, Professionalism, Timeliness, Quality Equipment, they have it. Casey was a very attentive technician. He did an excellent job cleaning the ducts and the dryer vent. I will be using this company again in the future and I would reccomend their services to anyone in the area.

Description of Work: I used the super-sale option so I got a good discount. Everything went very smooth. My dryer vent was far less dirty than I had expected, however, thats something you don't know, until you know. It's been on my mind a long time to do it so I'm glad I did. The tech was very nice and explained what he was doing.

Description of Work: My dryer vent was not working and I called and got an appointment within the week. My laundry room is on the 2nd floor of our house and the vent to the outside is up near the roof line so the work needed to be done on a ladder. They came during the poring rain and fixed the vent. Great service!
