I am very happy with them. They are very professional. They come quickly when I call them. They take care of the problem. If they don't get it the first time around, they will come back and do it again. The price is very reasonable.

They were great. When I initially called, they put an expert technician on the phone & he talked me thru all options, potential causes of problems. He was very nice. They were on time promptly. The rep was very professional, very nice. He even made an additional suggestion that I may want to try later. They were very quick and I signed up for quarterly service.

The same tech comes out every time. He does the job and is professional. They never ask for additional charges.

They come every three months. They are very friendly and nice. They do a lot of follow-ups free of charge as part of the service. I will use Superior Pest Management again.

They come when they say they are going to come and do what they say they are going to do. If I ask for anything additional they come right out.

They don't try to sell you more than you want. I have animals, so I have been very reluctant to have them come in the house, but they would if I wanted them to. I've never looked into any other prices.

I found this company very difficult to deal with/schedule an appointment. I called last week to schedule an appointment for an estimate. The next day someone called back but left an unintelligible voicemail. The only part I could understand was the name of the company. I called back and scheduled an estimate for someone to come today between 12 and 2pm. Over the weekend I received another unintelligible voicemail that said something about someone coming at 3pm because they would be in the neighborhood. It did not specify a date. I called back and was told that this man was on the phone and could not take my call. No one could tell me what was going on but I would just be called back by someone the next day. Apparently this company thinks I should just sit by the phone all day waiting for them to call me back. Totally ridiculous/frustrating. I am planning on trying another company on angieslist.

The customer service is fantastic. The price is very competitive. The effectiveness of treatment has not been as good as it use to be. I won't be using them in the future.

Service went very well.. the technician even advised on how to treat the chemicals with the pets in the house. I have no problems having them deal with any future issues.

Eric the technician was very professional and thorough with the spraying. He also explained the 90 day warranty.

I called on a Monday to set up an appointment to have an inspector come out to my house. Early the next morning, Tuesday, an inspector came out -- punctually --- and professionally looked everything over. When has was done, we talked about what he saw and he laid it all out and did not pressure me to buy anything or sign a contract. He left me his card and I called hm later that day to schedule a technician for the next afternoon. The technician came out to spray the next afternoon, Wednesday (he called me on his way to let me know he was coming). He was was also punctual, professional, and explained everything to me in detail to make sure we were on the same page about what, when, and how to treat for the pests. Both visits were each no more than 20 to 30 minutes. Overall a good experience for me and hopefully a bad one for the pests.

We’re very happy with them. Anything we’ve asked them to treat in our basement, they seemed to have taken care of everything. They seem to be able to do what we ask them to do, and that’s what we want. We’ve had other companies come around trying to get us to switch and they’re all more expensive. We will continue to use them in the future.

I thought they were very good. The gentleman that came was professional and friendly. I would also use the word “reassuring.” The problem I had needed that. Things are going well so far. I would recommend them.

Jeff arrived before even we did at the property and moved quickly, but efficiently, about the home investigating potential problem areas for active and past signs of termites. In inspecting the home, he did find active termites that others may have missed outside of the home and followed up with the corresponding location inside. Additionally, he found signs of past termites and explained the indications, risks and next steps for treating/repairing those places. A good inspection that gives us ease of mind moving forward in our negotiations.

I loved their service, they were professional, prompt and reasonably priced. They never tried to up-sell me on anything more than the service I needed. I had researched the average price for a home of my size and structure, and it was nearly double the price I paid. They stand behind their work, and I am a satisfied customer.

For the initial visit it is $150 and I have got three more visits in the year for $85.I happy with the price. Their costumer service is great. The technicians are knowledgeable and cooperative enough. They are coordinating when they could do it. We had a very good experience with them.

My experience with them was fine. They just came and the spray and that was it. They did what they were supposed to do. I didn’t think that the price was unreasonable.

They are very good, affordable, and local. I think they are the best around here. I have had a good experience with them. If I have a problem with ants or something, they will come out and take care of it. I had mice, and they set traps for them. I will continue to use them.

They return my phone calls and come out immediately when I have a problem.

I opened my garage door to find a swarm of ants....ahhhh! Got on Angie's List and looked for pest management. PestNow came up, they had great reviews and a coupon so I gave them a call. They were available to come the very next day. Unfortunately, I found myself stuck at work so I called to reschedule. There was no hassle when I called the day of the appointment and rescheduled for the following Monday. The tech came and sprayed, the entire exterior and interior of my home (to include the basement and garage) for precautionary measures. The only issue that I had was the price, which wasn't outrageous by any means, but it was not the same as what I saw on the website. Maybe you get a break if you book through it. Oh well, I used my $30 off coupon and the original cost of $150 was down to $120. Overall, I feel that they are a good company and I would use them again in the future if the need arise. I am thinking about getting on a quarterly plan.

They are pretty good. They do everything that I expecct them to do.

They had to come back. It's actually free because we have a warranty from our first house. Nothing stands out about them.
