This was for my town house and they were able to coordinate with my tenants. They were very good, professional and had no issues.

It went fine. The tech was very nice and knowledgable. He spent a while making sure most all cracks and crevices were coated. We have still seen some bugs make their way into the house since then, but hopefully that will be solved during the next scheduled treatment.

The folks as PestNow are always polite and responsive. The pest control services are adequate. We used to contract with Terminix who, frankly, provided better pest-control results. We see some more bugs with PestNow than we did with Terminix. But, Terminix used its general pest control to target us with super high-pressure sales pitches for termite coverage. PestNow does nothing of the sort. Their services work well and we plan to continue using them.

Used Angies' list coupon, no issues at all from vendor. They came out quickly for the first spraying. Technician was friendly, prompt and professional. So far, so good.

I was able to get a same day appointment after purchasing a rodent treatment through Angie's List. When they came out they were on time and very professional.

In the beginning we had a rodent problem, they set up a bait and trap and did not catch anything. Nevertheless, the rodents are gone after the winter. We've subscribed to the quarterly pest control and the technician is professional, friendly, and always on time.

I find the servicemen that actually come out for the application to be very professional and accountable. I started using the service last year as I wanted to enjoy my backyard but could not due to all the bugs. I also have a dog and wanted to prevent him from the tick bites. Still had some bugs but alot better than without the application. In the summer months, it may be better to get two treatments per month. I signed up for 5 applications this year at $75/per treatment which is less than last year's price. Overall good.

exterminator came over to assess the situation in our house early that morning. placed bait stations where we had pest evidence. the appointment was seamless. exterminator was very pleasant, and professional. he sprayed the perimeter of the house for other pests. total appointment took roughly 45-60 minutes. We signed up for the quarterly treatment program. We will definitely use them again.

As always they were very responsive when I called to schedule an appointment. I was due for my quarterly service but also needed them to respray for carpenter ants (a problem they had previously treated for us) and to check on a rodent issue. The professional arrived on time and was neat going about his business. He updated the rodent bait (luckily only one needed to be refilled), respray end for the ants (which were on the decline) and did our regular treatment. I was presented with a summary at the end. We have been using this company for many years and continue to be pleased with their quality of service.

Originally for ants. I was asked if I had any other concerns which I did and were addressed. I started the quarterly program and have noticed less bugs. I was not home the last few treatments so they haven't done inside work. They did inquire though as to whether I'd want that - my choice not to have that done.

I had a problem with ants so I called PestNow. They have been out three times to treat the ants and haven't charged for anything other than the first application. I wish I could say that the ants were gone after the first application but I guess it doesn't always works that way - and they told me that upfront. Over the last few days, I've been seeing fewer ants so maybe we're getting close but they are always friendly and courteous on the phone and in person.

We have used Superior Pest Management/PetNow for 8 years and couldn't live without this company. Their service is first rate; their applications work and every person we have spoken to there has been very friendly and helpful. Our technician, Johnathan, has been with us for those entire 8 years and he is the absolute best there is. Nice, friendly and always willing to answer any questions we have. We have insisted he never be taken off our route! And, best of all, they keep the bugs at bay without a bunch of smelly chemicals. This company is truly the best at what they do and I recommend everyone use them!

We have been very happy with their service for termite inspection, animal removal, and our quarterly spraying. They are professional, helpful, and if there is ever a problem (such as a return of insects in our home between quarterly sprayings), they will return to fix the problem right away.

We used this company after purchasing a "rodent abatement" deal on Angies List. The company was quick to respond and setup a date, did not try to sell us any additional products, did their job adequately and was out the door within a week or so of calling. And they also told us how to close up some of the holes in the floorboards to prevent rodents from entering... again they told US how to do it and even recommended a product from Home Depot. They did not offer to do it for additional $ or try to sell us a product.. we were able to go pick up the product and close the holes for minimal $.. now THAT is rare these days! Recommended

It wasn't very effective because few months later there were mice again. I called them back before and all they did was drill some traps out there so I figured that they would eventually eat the bates and die, so sure enough I haven't heard anything since and I heard of them one time since they came up so I did non call back to tell them that didn't work. I would probably use them again ,mainly for the insect and not for the animal control then.

I submitted a request for service on their website and received a call back within 24 hours to confirm their estimate, which was priced reasonably compared to their competitors. They were able to schedule me very quickly. The technician arrived promptly, explained their procedure, explained their techniques, and allowed me to ask any questions i had. He was extremely friendly and personable. We look forward to their quarterly, no-contract no-commit services in the future!

PestNow performed the termite inspection of my new house. The inspection didn't seem terribly thorough, but they were professional and courteous.

I used Superior Pest Management LLC for rodents and we didn't have any for a year. We back on to parkland so we have every imaginable critter coming in. The whole experience was A's all the way down. I would hope I don't have to use them again, but I will call them if I need to.

Birds worked through existing net over bathroom air vent on second floor of townhome. Called Pest Now as I saw that they also helped support local fall sports at area high school. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. They provided a free estimate and the cost remained the same when Jonathon came two days later on time. He cleaned out the vent and placed a new screen over the air vent. I was also able to use a 30.00 off coupon from Angies List

We've used Pest Now for about 10 years. They perform quarterly service and we have had virtually no issues with any types of pests since using them. Last year we found some field mice tracks in the back yard and called them. They came and treated for the mice and we haven't seen them since. Always timely and professional.

It was easy to book our first appointment, and someone was able to come to our home that weekend. Brian showed up within the time frame we were given. He was very professional. He wore shoe covers inside the home. He answered our questions and offered suggestions. We just needed some preventative care in certain areas of our house since it's spring time. He understand the terms of the deal and answered our questions about what was covered. We are really pleased with their service and would highly recommend.

Pest Now was contracted by my realtor for a real estate sale termite inspection. They were scheduled for Monday 4/22. I received a call on Wed 4/17 from their inspector that he was at my house and needed the lock box code. I was not able to meet him there and gave him my garage access code. He called me back and told me I had termites and carpenter bees under my front porch.This really surprised me for I had just done major repairs to the wood structure of the porch and saw absolutely no evidence of infestation. He said that treatment would be nearly $700 and included a service contract. I did not want this, just a treatment to complete my real estate transaction. I told him to send me a quote and I'd take care of scheduling the treatment if I felt that their price was reasonable. On Friday 4/19 my realtor told me she had received a bill for $325 for the inspection and treatment. This was not authorized since I clearly told the inspector to send a quote first before scheduling. Not good business practice

Bobby Johnson came in and poked around for awhile during the Home Inspection. He Gave me some good advise on what to look out for. I was personally concerned about Carpenter Bees as I had a problem in my last home and he went back around and double checked for evidence of Carpenter Bees. Bobby was great to work with and you can tell he loves his craft as we discussed the amazing biology of Carpenter Bees.
