I used PestNow (Superior Pest) for Pest Control and Termite Prevention. They came out to my home couple of times, first time for Pest control and second time to perform Termite Prevention. Everything went well and technicians were professional. I have given them B and C in Price and Punctuality for following reasons. Punctuality: For pest control, I was given time of between 9 thru 12 AM; however, guys did not show up until 1.15 PM. I had to call them couple of times. When technicians arrived, they mentioned that their truck broke down so they were late. Price: I think Termite Prevention service was expensive; however, I got it done anyway, because I did not wanted to hire new company.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for annual treatment. It includes an initial service and then quarterly visits. I purchased the deal late one evening and submitted my information to have my appointment scheduled. The very next morning they called to schedule the first visit. They were very flexible with my schedule and gave me a small window of time (2 hours) as to when they would be at my home. Not like the 4 hour time frame you get from the cable company. When they came onsite, we discussed what the initial treatment would entail. I did have both the interior and exterior treated. They explained that if I am having an issues in between treatments they will come back for free. I was very happy with their service and with their technician. He seemed knowledgeable and was very friendly.

In March, I purchased a year-long bug spray pest control service contract. PestNow sent out a representative within 2 days to perform the service spray around the house and property. He arrived on time and was very professional. This week, I had a couple of ant invasions into the house. It was not yet time for my quarterly spray but PestNow immediately scheduled someone to come out and take care of the problem. Again, the gentleman arrived on time and sprayed inside the areas where the ants came into the house and outside where nests were found. Hoping I don't have anymore bug incursions! Kudos to PestNow for fast service and accomodating my work schedule.

Showed up on time and was very informative. Treated for ants in kitchen in addition to treating the entire perimeter of house. Ants came back so I called and they came right back out. The second time was the charm. Haven't seen ants since. They have come back for the second treatment outside and again for a quality review. Suggested termite treatment and gave an estimate but suggested we shop around first. No sales pressure. Very happy with service.

Service provider was on time and very helpful and informative. He sprayed both the interior and exterior and gave us clear instructions for our pets, etc. We have signed an ongoing contract and look forward to working with PEST NOW. From the telephone to in-person, their service has been top notch. Highly recommend.

I had ants showing up on the counter in my kitchen. I like to support local businesses, so I searched Angie's list and found Pest Now. They were rated well, so I called and setup the appointment. That part of the service was professional and worked well. The service tech showed up and sprayed inside the house (in the kitchen area), but did not lay any bait out and did not spray the exterior. The ants did not go away... in fact they increased - after two days I had a noticeable trail of ants coming from the back of my house into the kitchen . After a few more days, I called up the service... they told me that it takes 10 days for the ants to be cleared out and that it would get worse before getting better. Not a particularly happy response when I still had ants in my kitchen. This was on a Tuesday. I insisted that I needed them to come back out, so they scheduled a visit for that Friday. The tech came out, sprayed more in the kitchen and left. The ants continued to get worse... and were now invading my pantry. Yesterday (three weeks after my initial treatment), I got fed up and called another (national) provider on my way to work. They came out later that afternoon and spent a solid hour at my house treating the entire house (including the exterior and the shed behind the house). Their service tech found an additional ant trail and laid bait out on the trail - it was amazing how many ants showed up from behind my cabinets to attack the bait. Whatever he used it worked like a charm... after 24 hours there is no sign of ants anywhere in my house. The other provider was more expensive and required an annual contract, but the service was hands down better. When you have ants in your kitchen, the last thing you want to hear from your pest company is "wait and see" - particularly when they did a crappy job in the first place. Pest Now was rated well by others on Angie's List, so maybe my experience is the outlier but based on my experience I would recommend that you find another provider for pest services.

PestNow Inc. is very good. I would recommend them. We've had them for years. My termite warranty is $99 per year. I pay $130 quarterly for the bugs exterminating. They were very responsive. We like that company.

I purchased a deal from Angie's List for an annual contract. Within a couple of days Pest Now contacted me to schedule service (they didn't just sit back and wait for me to call them!). Their communication was excellent. The technician was on time, personable and explained the service. Obviously the first service was just done so I can't speak to the effectiveness but with the annual contract the tech assured me I could simply call if I saw any issues inside/outside and they would send someone out to treat again (if needed). Based on their communication and excellent customer service initially, I would not hesitate to recommend Pest Now. Update: I had to call PestNow in between "treatments" due to seeing a few bugs inside by the front door. They were very responsive and had someone out the next day to treat again. VERY happy with their fast response and service!!!

Initial visit was great and tech was professional. Later visits, however, were very poor. Technicians no longer requested to enter the house for inspection of traps or interior spraying. Technician only sprayed outside of premises for 10 minutes and departed, leaving the bill on the door or with my spouse. The contract indicates that the tech should enter premises each visit or schedule a visit, even so, I continued to get charged full price. I cancelled my service.

I just moved from California to Virginia and I have a dog. I learned that ticks in Virginia are semi immune to tick and flea medication I put on my dog. So I decided I need to spray my house just to be safe and my backyard. I first learned about PestNow thru mail coupons. I called in and I was told there is a $375 for monthly backyard treatment until October, and additional $145 for on time inside house treatment. Then I learned about Angies list, I found them here today and saw their discounted year around pest control package for $340. I called to get further information. The first person who answered told me the year around pest package is for ants only but she wasn't sure, she transferred me to inspector who was rude and shady. At first he told me my original package is only for ticks and fleas, so I have to purchase two packages in order to get rid of all the pest issues in my backyard. Why would I pay almost $700 to cover all pest? and then he refused to answer my questions about the year around package, telling me I have to speak to the first inspector. If I contact a company about an advertisement I would expect to get to the point answer, not shaky doubtful selling technique. I am not going to use this company. If from begining they can't even tell me what am I paying for then who knows what I am getting after work is done.

The inspector arrived on time and inspected the property as requested. He found an issue which he brought to our attention and gave us a price. We appreciated his prompt arrival and professionalism.

They came to the house on time and explained the process they would be doing. They were efficient and professional. The work was scheduled early in the day and much later in to the day a problem was discovered. The company personnel promptly came back the same day and stayed until the issue was corrected.

I think they do a fine job. They come out promptly whenever we have any issues. For example, we had wood bees and they were able to take care of them.

Getting ready to move and needed to get the house treated for insects to comply with move out inspection. Found Pest Now on Angies List and decided to give them a shot based on their reviews and price. Bot only were they competitive on price, but provided a standard 90 day transferable warranty. Call and spoke with a technician that was able to quote me a price and several options to getting the serrvice scheduled. After we made arrangements for our dog at the kennel, we had Pest Now come out. Stacy, the technician showed up during the allotted time slot. His van, dress, and equipment were all very professional. Surveyed the house, talked through the process, and re-emphasized the time needed to dry. Started up stairs and worked is way downstairs until the house was done. He took about 20 mins to complete the job and was able to provide an electronic receipt on the spot. Bottomline--Pest Now provided an excellent service and was a great value for the price. Would highly recommend!!

I expressed what wanted three different times, and he still wasn't listening. He was fairly condescending--I don't like it when people talk to me like I'm stupid.

The technician left several mouse traps in the basement for a minor mice problem. When the technician arrived there was even a dead mouse on the floor and he didn't make mention of it or even offer to remove it which I found odd. I never heard anything back after the traps were set and when I called to inquire about what to do with the traps I learned that my warranty had expired. I probably should have been more on top of this, but I guess I just expected a followup call. Overall, our experience was so-so. I would consider using them again, but not with total confidence which disappoints me based on the reviews here.

Service was professional, seemed experienced. If needed, will definitely call again.

So far so good, no squirrel sightings / sounds since first reported. The technician that was sent (Jonathan) was outstanding! This is a guy who enjoys his job and does it very well. Great people skills and a great "ambassador" for the company. I don't know what he is paid, but I would recommend keeping him happy. Only negative was the cost. I don't know the first thing about rodent removal, but $650+ was much more than I was expecting the problem to cost me.

They efficiently send out reminders and respond promptly to any questions and concerns. In addition, they allow flexibility within their prescribed plan.

I made an appointment with them after having ant problems for a few weeks. After I made the appointment, they came by right away for the first treatment. The technician was very nice and thorough. The price was reasonable--only $89 per treatment (4x per year). He sprayed the exterior and pointed out two ant trails to me (which have since disappeared). I haven't seen any pests around since. I'll continue to hire them in the future.

.needed the inspection done on very short notice. Even though they were located out of town they were able to schedule the appointment quickly and for a very reasonable price !

The PestNow folks were prompt, quickly took care of my unwanted friends, and explained ongoing service in simple, quick terms.

They came out right away. They did what they were suppose to do. They left a number for me to call if I saw a rat or something. It was clear that they had sprayed when I had come over. They seemed to be a reasonable price for a reasonable service.
