They definitely did a good job. They moved things and found all of the entry points. In the deal, it stated that they were supposed to close the entry points. They haven't done this yet. I'm hoping they'll do this when they come back. They also set up lots of traps. They did charge me for tax which wasn't stated as extra in the deal.

Today I was reminded again why I like Pest Now... We had some yellow jackets recently set up 2 nests in our yard. Honestly, I'm not sure bee control is really covered by our contract but I only needed to make one very quick, pleasant phone call and our tech was out the very next at my convenience. He (Omar) was very nice, showed up right on time, and quickly doused the nests.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out well. I actually called them because I needed them to come as soon as possible. They came that same week. I didn't pay any extra. They asked where I had issues and what the problem was. They also wanted to know what types of insects I had. They were very friendly and very responsive. They provided great service.

I am perfectly satisfied with this company's services, they are professional and they show up when they say they will.

So far so good. Before I purchased the deal I first contacted PestNow company and told me some thing that was covered. I called back, another representative give me another coverage and the mosquito was not covered. They performed one service for me, so far so good. But I will ask them to come back again because I still have spiders on my basement. I liked the service. The guy came to my house and he was very nice.

We have been using them for years. If they find anything, they come out and take care of it. Their service is great and they do a good job. They are very responsive. They are always on time. They not only do the work, they show what they are doing and explain it. Their service is terrific. They leave a note at the door if they came for service and we are not home.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did perform the service but somehow, there's still ants roaming around the deck near the entrance. But inside, I couldn't tell. They did put in some of the mousetrap. We did see dead mice in the attic area. It's 1-year contract and a quarterly maintenance. I'd like to see them come out again and do another round of maintenance and see how it goes because there's still a lot of pests around the house.

We bought the Angie's List Big Deal for a year of pest control. The initial appointment was for 20 July, however we had to reschedule the appointment due to circumstances beyond our control. The new appointment was for 27 July from 2-3pm. At 10am the technician arrived to do the service. We were not prepared for the service at that time and told him we had scheduled for 2pm. He told us they do not do service on saturday after noon. We have an elderly person person living with us that has respiratory problems. It is dangerous and unhealthy for her to be exposed to chemicals. We made arrangements to take her away for the day, however the technician would not return at 2pm to do the service. This deal did not work for us, the company was not willing to have the technician return later in the day for the scheduled appointment time. We will not hire this company again, and will not recommend them to our neighbors.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and we have had them back three times. They came back again yesterday because we have an ant issue going on and they were trying to get a grip on it. We are pleased with the service, as far as that goes. They are very nice, courteous and definitely address the problems we are talking about. They give us a lot of feedback on things we can do to keep the ants controlled. We are very happy and the quality seems to be good.

The Protech Technician was professional and informative; Overall I give him a " A" for the work effort he performed. Protech technician was 45 minutes late and I had to call the office to ensure they were coming; and found out that we were scheduled from 1 - 3 pm. Unfortunately I had to call the office when the technician failed to arrive at the appointed time. He was forty-five minutes late; Tammy the office secretary said she would call me back and tell me when to expect the technician, that never happened. Protech main office number (new customers) went to voice mail telling me the office was closed. I call the protech telephone for customers and talked to tammy. The overall service was professional, but customer service needs to be improved. (Protech office and technicians must have better communication, as they should notify customers if they are delayed! From this experience, they don't have a plan in place to have there technician call in and inform the office of problems or delays; and they don't have a plan to call scheduled appointments to advise the customer of the delay and when to expect their technician arrival.

The first guy came out and gave us an estimate. He was very thorough. He even gave us a little drawing with marks of everything that needed to be taken care of. The tech came out soon after, but it was raining, so he put up some nets to keep the bats out for the time being. The tech came out a second time to fill in all the holes and take the nets down. The tech made one more visit to spray the attic to make sure the bat droppings wouldn't make us sick, and to make it safe to go up into the attic. The tech even found a couple other items that we need to get fixed. A damaged spot in the shingles was allowing water damage. He put some waterproof foam on it to temporarily seal it up for us. Nice folks, easy to deal with, and no half-done jobs. They didn't ask for payment until the job was completely done.

I called PestNow on Wednesday afternoon. They had an estimator out here at 7:30 AM, within the window of 7 and 8:30 AM as promised. The estimator was well spoken, professional. He clearly explained the behavior of carpenter bees and how to eradicate them. He also pointed out that there is a $30 coupon available online that he would honor whether or not I was able to download the coupon (I was able to). He also diagnosed our issue with white rot, after I asked him about it so I didn't get the feeling he was just looking for more to do. The service will be performed tomorrow! I am so pleased! The pricing is inline with other quotes I received but the company is SO MUCH MORE responsive than anyone else that I am comfortable working with them. I feel confident they will do a great job.

The $340 is the annual fee through Angie's list. When compared to other companies, this was a fair price.

They were responsive and the tech was friendly and informative. We signed up for a contract for a year.

Edgar was professional and prompt and answered several questions that I had about the ants. He even climbed up in the attic to check out the area I had in question.

When we bought the annual pest control package from Pest Now we did not know that it included everything EXCEPT termite control. That was OK, because we had planned to get termite protection, but for some folks, this might be an issue. Anyhow, the Pest Now rep came out and treated for ants, mice and other crawling creatures. The treatment worked well. The young man, TJ, that came out to quote and schedule the termite treatment was very professional and easy to work with. He listened to our needs and helped us select the correct package for us. The young man who actually applied the termite treatment was also a joy to work with. He was very thorogh and explained everything he was doing. I think his name was Sean, but please forgive me if I got his name wrong. Overall we had a favorable experience with Pest Now and would recommend them to anyone who needs creepy crawlers removed from their home.

When we bought our house it already had a termite coverage with this company. I received a notice in the mail saying that our termite warranty was about to expire and that we should schedule an appointment for our inspection. Someone was able to come out to the house the next day, which was great. They inspected the backyard and the crawl space and found no evidence of termites but said that we had a mouse problem (based on the crawl space evaluation). They suggested that we bait for mice and sign up for a quarterly service to check for mice and re-bait. We have lived in the house for almost a year and have never seen evidence of mice AND we have cats. We decided to do a one time treatment for $145 and scheduled for someone to come back to the house in 2 days. When the company came back, they dropped a box of bait in the crawl space entrance, and sprayed the outside of the house.They said the spray was for ants, which we don't have. It basically part of the "package" that included the mouse-baiting. I feel like this company sold me something I didn't need and sprayed unnecessary chemicals around my house. I will probably use them in the future for the termite warranty but will make sure that they don't charge me for and provide me with completely unnecessary services that I could have done myself.

Problem solved immediately. These guys really know what they are doing!

The technician arrived on time to my home to perform the quarterly pest treatment. The work was completed in about 10 minutes and the technician left an invoice on my door which provided some details about the technician's name, chemicals used, warnings, and the balance due. While I'm not suggesting that the pest treatment work was done improperly, I do have concerns about the how quickly the work was done. This is a similar pattern I have noticed in previous quarterly treatments and I have talked to other homeowners who had similar concerns. In my view, at a minimum, the technician should ensure that a thorough job is done and an extra step should be taken to talk to the homeowner about the treatment and any observations. When homeowners are paying $85.00 or more for this service, Pest Now should make sure that a follow-up is provided by supervisors on a periodic or random basis to review treatment effectiveness and to further ensure that technicians are doing a thorough job. If all it takes is ten or 12 minutes to perform quarterly treatments, Pest Now should consider dropping its quarterly charges and assess an annual fee of $100.00 ($25 per quarter). I have been using Pest Now (and formally Superior Pest Services) for many years and I want to be assured of quality treatment for the money I am paying. That's all.

Purchased half price deal. Provider very professional and timely. Evaluated the situation, made suggestions, and competeted the work. We wil use again.

PestNow performed the initial treatment inside and outside. They were prompt and professional. We have had to contact them twice for particularly stubborn ants. They have come out to respray with zero hassle. Making an appointment was quick and easy over the phone. Will definitely use them again.

PestNow did a very good job, in a quick way of having a serviceman come out to our house. However, he was late for the scheduled time. When he got there, he seemed to be in a complete rush to put down traps for mice and skedaddle out of there. It would have been better for the gentleman to talk to me for a little bit about the issues, make sure I knew what I needed to do and then explain what he was doing and any lessons to be learned going forward. It seemed as it was "lets get this over with == and maybe we can get it done in 15 minutes".

I bought their big deal on a Wednesday or Thursday, which was $340 for a year of service. About 2 hours after I bought the deal, they contacted me to schedule an appointment. I had them come out the following Monday and they completed both the interior and exterior treatments and let me know that they would retreat at any time if I noticed an increase in insect activity at no additional cost. They were curteous, prompt, and less expensive than other pest control services I considered. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
