We had some ants, spiders, and wasps on the exterior of our home that needed to be taken care of. After researching several different companies on Angie's list and comparing prices we went with Pest Now. They had an offer for Angie's list members which was reasonable so I purchased their offer through Angie's list. We got a call the next day from the company, and the technician came out to the house a day later. The tech was on time and professional. He treated the exterior of the house and the bug problem has been reduced. We paid for the annual plan so they will come back out in the next quarter. So far, we are very pleased with the service.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it was good. The courtesy of the guy who came to do it stood out.

PestNow was excellent. They've come out for two of the scheduled quarterly treatments, and came out once because we thought we had an issue. They were very responsive and pleasant and determined that what we thought was an issue was actual residual from the previous owner of the house. We haven't had any bug issues since their first treatment.

They were responsive and punctual. But they did ask us to leave the house for two hours, I just wonder if the product was safe for children. Perhaps we should be cautious. The previous provider we used didn't ask us to leave the house, maybe the previous provider (biggest one you see on TV) was using a different product. Overall OK, I will know more next Spring when all the bugs come out of hiding.

I have had 2 service treatments so far and everything went very smoothly. They send out an email before coming out and leave a hangtag if they performed the service while you aren't home. If there are any problems and pests reappear, they come out with no additional fee. We have seen no spiders or gross bugs in our home since starting the treatment. They are very professional.

Their services were fine. I just paid the price for the big deal. They did a fine job, it was just that they were highly recommended on Angie's list and the deal was a really good deal. Certainly, if they can provide the kind of quality for that price for their first year, it's great!

The fellow who did our service came to my house three times. Once to spray outside, twice to attempt to spray the inside but decided to come back a third time because the carpet shampooers were there the first time. He didn't do the inside on his first visit because we hadn't moved out yet and we have a cat. And as if that hadn't been awesome enough, he helped me with a quick problem I was having with a stuck screw...he saw me struggling--near tears actually, asked if he could take a quick look and fixed the thing right there on the spot within seconds. What a guy!

Great. The technician showed up about a half hour before the end of the window in which I had a arranged for the service. He was friendly, respectful, efficient, and answered my many questions. About a week after the service, I haven't seen a bug, and hope that this outcome continues.

THE TECHNICIAN CALLED AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHEN HE WOULD BE THERE. HE WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND COMPETED THE WORK IN A TIMLY FASHION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our house have ant problems and they do provide free additional service. I think they came out three times this quarter because we complained about the ants so I do appreciate that. They were very responsive.

The termite treatment was scheduled in February when they came out to do an extermination. I contacted this company that we did not know we had scheduled the extermination. We weren't prepared for the termite treatment, which we paid online, which was very convenient in a four payment payment. They continued the contract from the previous owners, which we did not continue, it was clear when they came out in February, and they ended up crediting us for the July service. They reduced the price to keep us around, which we are still considering. They have great customer service.

They did a great job explaining what they were spraying and why. They were very punctual and emailed me my receipt.

They were unable to keep the bats out, but provided us a refund for the full amount. we still use them as our pest service provider, which we are really happy with.

It's an ongoing service and so far so good. I don't thing the person who came first knew what the package was so I wanted to inspect the crawl space and I asked him what he thought and he suggested that I call an inspector. Otherwise from that he came out today and they're going to come back tomorrow to do the treatment. I'm on a 1 year contract with them. There is going to be an additional charge for the actual treatment or the termites and I don't thing it is included on the deal. I think their basic treatments are going to be withing the contract.

It turned out okay. The service didn't include everything I thought was included, so they charged like another $100 to do the rest of what I was thinking they were going to do. They've been responsive and have came back a couple of times. They were fine.

They're very good. They are really affordable and nice.

The tech was on time and very courteous. He said it may take up to 10 days for the ants in the kitchen to be gone but there wasn't a single ant the very next day.

It went well. They came here and put up some baits and showed me some points of entry that that I had to take care of. The only thing is that he was supposed to come back and he never made contact to come back. I could have called them back but I was really busy and I never did. So they never came back for a follow up as it was agreed. But other than that, it was good. I had found some kind of rodent activity in the house and I called them to come and put baits and help take care of it. They found points of entry that needed to be taken care of. They don't fix the holes but they showed me where the animals come in and then I take the steps to fix it.

Everything went well. They did a good job.

I contacted PestNow, LLC based on previous reviews on Angie's List and they were used by the previous owner of my property and they had performed previous exterminations here. The customer service rep. was friendly and accommodating when I spoke to her on the phone. She set me up with an appointment for the following afternoon between (2p-4p). The inspector (Dan Miller) was punctual (arrived @ 2:20pm); professional, friendly and courteous. I followed Dan throughout the house and he explained to me the inspection process and what he was looking for. He then inspected the perimeter of the property and concluded there were no termites present. I was very pleased with the results, obviously, as well as the entire transaction from customer service to the inspection itself. The price ($98 /yr) is typical for the DC Metro area and I think it is more than reasonable, given our country's economy. I would definitely recommend PestNow!

Came on time, spent over an hour, laid mouse traps. Provided poison. Did a thorough check inside and outside to ensure there were no holes for rodents/bugs to come in. Sprayed outside and plugged some holes on the outside. Showed us what h was doing and explained methods. Was pleasant and professional

So far so good. No Wong of mice in my basement.
