It is still in the process because it is a yearlong thing but so far it’s fine. They told me, in between if there was any flare ups of insects or anything specific, they would come out. I had some mice on the outside so they came and put up mouse traps. They are responsive; I called them one day and they were here the next. I was not here both the times that they came out. After this year, I will use them depending upon whether the bugs go away or not.

The service provider came and looked around for entry holes for mice. Didn't find any until I point out possible entry points in the utility closet and asked him to fill them. He sort of hap-hazardly filled a hole but it ended up only partially filling the gap in the wall. The traps set did catch a mouse a few weeks later but that means that either the mouse was living in the house or that they are still able to get in. That latter seems likely since the hole wasn't properly filled and we are still seeing mouse dropping despite no additional mice being caught in the traps. We'll have to call the company back to take another stab at it.

I was not pleased with the fact that I had to call the company to return because of centipedes, millipedes, spiders and ants in my home shortly after the treatment. In addition, the chemical used in my home left an unsightly white film on my hard wood floors. The company recently applied the quarterly treatment and I really question the chemicals used because I continue to see insects outside of the home.

We ordered this service through the angies list deal and they contacted me immediately and were able to come and perform the service the next day. We've only had the first of the four treatments but we were impressed with their timeliness and ability to work us in immediately.

I was hoping there would be some kind of follow-up on their part, but with a 90-day warranty, we still have a couple of months to see results. There are fewer mouse droppings around, so I hope it worked! But they will be getting a call from me before the warranty expires if there's no further change. The review if subject to change, based on the results.

It was great. I am terrified of rodents. My guy assured me that he did not see any need to fear that the house was or would become infested. He assured me that I could call him if I saw ANTYING that worried me. I really appreciated the assurance and commitment to follow up.

The service arrived on time and did an extensive review of our property. He found evidence of mice and laid traps in appropriate locations. Being aware we have cats, he utilized bait that would not harm our pets. We have not seen mice evidence since then and will be calling PestNow for a return visit to confirm the treatment has worked.

We sold our house the end of 8/13. We had a long standing insect control contract with terminex and our house was found to be termite free. It was checked quarterly for infestation by terminex. When we decided to sell we thought the termite inspection might be waived but the buyers real estate agent wanted it. She hired this company--we certainly didn't. We were advised by our agent of the time of the inspection. The inspector arrived on time and went immediately to a corner of our basement that the previous home inspection found to be damp. ( we fixed that ). At the corner, he took out a long screw driver and stuck it into the baseboard. Never even asked us if it was ok. After he made at least a 2 foot gash on the bottom of our wall, and was going for longer until we stopped him. He then stated that the damage would be nothing to fix. My husband and I were speechless. We couldn't believe this guy had done this. The entire basement was full of boxes. It had to be obvious that our lives were in upheaval and this guy comes in and purposely damages our home, then says "no big thing". Then to make matters worse, the inspector also recommends that we "consider " either a "full"or "spot" treatment since he found evidence of an of an old infestation in the gash. He then proceeds to the exterior of our house. My husband goes with him to insure no other damage was done. Fortunately, none was. To make this right for settlement, we had to have a supervisor from terminex come out to re inspect the house for the proper documentation as well as having the damage fixed. We never had evidence of active termite infestation in our house. Future customers should ask a lot of questions if they decide to use this company.

The servicemen are extremely polite, don't take too much time, and easily respond to issues. In between visits in the past, when I've had bug issues, I've called, and a service appt has been set up within the week. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness. I've also learned a lot about how certain pests arrive, why, etc.

They were very nice and offered to come back as often as necessary.

punctual, efficient, no bugs

They did a quick inspection. He noticed there was a casing or a shell which he said was a bedbug. I had two other companies out and they concluded I did not have a bedbug problem. Their inspector was not very responsible. He didn't even bother to check the mattress, he just made a quick judgement. I called them to discuss it and they completely rejected my concern.

The hornet's nest needed two day's worth of treatment to eliminate, but they're gone now!

Pestnow contacted me within hours of me purchasing the deal, and I was able to quickly schedule to service. I also use them for my normal pest control, and their mosquito spraying was done with the same level of high quality and professionalism.

The technician showed up on time was nice and efficient. I would use them in the future.

Inspection went well. On time for appointment. He was through and explained what to be on look out for in regards to termites. I plan to use PestNow for all my extermination needs. They came highly recommended by my realtor.

They came the next day and quickly exterminated the yellow jacket ground nest. Excellent service when you need them.

We had some rodents that got into our house through a drainpipe that was left open after having a new washer installed. We called PestNow and they were able to get a technician out the next day. He was prompt, professional and thorough. He set some bait stations and we scheduled a follow-up for a week later. The next week, a different technician came out (equally prompt, professional and thorough). They graciously accepted the Angies List coupon, and have been out a couple more times to check now that the problem is under control. Overall we're very happy with our experience.

It went great. The guy was very professional and it went quick.

On the first visit, they put down several bait stations for the mice. The guy also found the likely point of entry for the mice, and sealed it over. Either at that time or soon after, they sprayed the exterior of the house for ants. We had to call them a few extra times (over and above the quarterly maintenance visits) to perform extra spraying, which was covered under the contract, and they always came promptly and were responsive to my concerns. They also checked the bait stations every time.

Jesse was awesome. He arrived early in the window and put on booties before he entered the house. He knew exactly where to look for the mice and showed me evidence of my unwelcomed visitors.He was very thorough--inside, outside, garage, and even went into the attic which I didn't know I had. Baits were set and at the end of the appointment I received an electronic receipt that included what services were performed, where the bait stations were located, along with the chemical hazards and environmental hazards. I am very pleased.

They did what they said and were responsive when I called to ask to have the backyard resprayed. They were very responsive to my requests, came the day they said they would come, and left me information about what they did.

The technician showed up and looked at my house. He said he could not see where anything was coming in the basement and didn't have the right materials on the truck to fix anything. He called his boss and told me to ask for a refund.
