While the technician was very nice, he really didn't look around my house at all. He let me show him where I thought the mice were getting in and then he just blocked up that hole. I was expecting him to examine the entire foundation and find other ways the mice could be getting in, because I have an infestation, not just a couple of mice. Overall, I was disappointed because I could have blocked the hole that I knew about myself. This company is highly rated on Angies List, so it may just be me. But somehow I was expecting to have an expert tell me where mice were coming in and how to prevent it, not just do a cursory exam based on what I thought was going on . I was expecting more effort to solve my problem, whether I was using a coupon or not.

We’ve used them for years. They are fine. We have no problems. They come between 8 and 10 and he was here at 8.

I was very impressed with this company. When I called I was able to speak with a tech right away to talk about my problem. He explained everything he would do and the cost, he also explained what to do with my pets during the treatment. When I called back the next day to make an appointment I was able to get an appointment for the following day. The tech was punctual, very professional and just plain really nice. He explained everything before he sprayed and baited and answered all my questions. It's been a few weeks since they came and I finally feel like the roach problem in the kitchen is under control. I'm still going to have them come out to do quarterly sprayings/baitings because I know how tough it can be to completely get rid of them but I have to say, it's nice not being afraid of turning the lights on the kitchen in the middle of night. I should have called these guys sooner!

Great. I was delight that Shane showed up to performe the service. I had used this company before at my former residence and Shane had been out to the old place. He's great: personable, professional and courteous.

Upon my father's passing Shawn of PestNow was contacted to treat my father's house for a pest problem. On 10-22-13 the technician arrived promptly and was professional and polite. My sister, the technician and I entered the home at which time the technician opened the windows then returned to his vehicle to speak to his manager. When I stepped outside the technician said I needed to speak to his manger, Shawn, who explained that the price he initially quoted me of $685 would now be $1650. I told him I would have to discuss that with my sister and get back to him. While I was talking to his boss and my sister and while looking for my father's will the technician who was standing around waiting for our approval to begin the treatments walked across and down the street to the McDonald's, bought his lunch, brought it back and ate it in his truck. While the technician waited for our decision my sister and I located my father's will and discovered we did not have the authority to make decisions concerning the property. I notified both Shawn and the technician explaining the situation and advising them that we could not authorize them to do any treatments on the property. Shawn kept insisting that I give him that individuals information, who could authorize it, however, I didn't think that was appropriate. I took out my credit card and asked the technician how much did I owe him for coming out and he replied, "Nothing why I didn't do anything". As my purse was in my car across the street I asked the technician to please meet us there and when he drove his truck to my car I gave him a $20 tip for coming out. The next day Shawn calls asking when I wanted to schedule the second treatment. I was stunned and perplexed. I explained again that no treatments had been done and he replied well that is not what my technician's telling me. He said he sprayed the first treatment. Now I am irritated. I again explained what happened that day and that the the only doors on his truck that he opened was the driver's door when he got there and left and the passenger door that he stood at to eat his lunch from the passenger seat. I told him the back doors of his vehicle NEVER opened. With everything we had going on with my father's passing this guy is trying to charge me for work that was never done was very unsettling. Apparently the technician puts on a facade of being polite and professional while in reality he is a well practiced liar. I have had several calls from Shawn and I actually got a call today (11-13-13) from a technician asking when I wanted to set up the second treatment!!!!! They cannot be serious. Do not use this company!!!! They made the loss of my father even more stressful than it had to be.

They checked some things and they are coming back in two weeks. It went out fine. They left some traps for two weeks and then they will see what happens when they come back. I did not talk to them but my husband did. My husband did not paid anything else other than the big deal this morning when they were here. I do not know what is going to happen when they come and check. I think that if they did not find anything then it is going to be fine but if they find something, I do not know what is going to happen. It has been a wonderful experience. It has been very good. They were very prompt and they seemed to know what they were doing. I did not really have much dealing with them but my husband did. I do not know what the price of other pest control places would be but their price seemed to be kind of okay. They were here exactly when they said that they would be here. Their professionalism was also very good.

Their service is fine and the price is comparable to other companies. We typically call to schedule the appointments and I have no complaints with the service.

We used them and they were okay. They came out and did the job. They tried to sell us on the quarterly plan but we were not interested. They said that they will get rid of the entire mouse problem but they cannot figure out how the mice are getting into the house. Then when we solved the problem, they were not willing to go over the attic to put the safety hazard...so I was not happy with their idea about the mice removal. They came back two or three times to make sure the mouse problem was resolved but I'm not sure if they did it 100%.

Bought this deal and spoke to someone from the company I believe the next day. Person was really nice and worked with me to setup the first appointment. I have only had one treatment done thus far (next quarterly service scheduled for December) but so far so good. The technician came out on time and did a good job inspecting and treating the house (inside and out). Would recommend them so far.

It was fine. They showed up on time. They did a quick review of what I wanted to have done. They did a walk around on the exterior of the house. They did the work and walked me around to show me what they had done. They explained how the bill would work since I think it's a little bit complicated. I wan't sure whether the guy that was doing the work was using all of the protective that he was supposed to be wearing. Everything was well done and done professionally. They were able to do the work immediately. They got somebody to come out the next day. I paid an additional amount and that's a 12-month guarantee. They'll come out and do another application if anything comes up.

It would be a good idea to request a copy of some type of contract because the "deal" was not descriptive. Services rendered were not that great and so we won't be using them again.

Rodents gone and they wre careful about the dogs.

The service tech explained how the process works where he was putting the bait. And why. Two weeks later I have a great reduction in the number of rodents in my house.

We use them all the time. They are honest and tell us when we truly need to treat the home. They have treated my home for the last 10 years. They will come back out for free if you see bugs after they have treated. The cost is $35 for pest inspections amd quarterly it is $85.

We did not need to be there, as we had had no ant activity inside, so they showed up and treated the exterior and left a receipt and note that they had been there. Ants still gone, so it is working.

Everything was great and we have not had pest since then. They came out with in a week for the first treatment. I would use them again.

HE WAS AT HOUSE EARLY. HE (JESSE) TOOK IS TIME TO EXPLAINE EVERYTHING ABOUT MISE THAT I NEED TO KNOW. I WILL SURELY USE PEST NOW IN THE FUTURE.

We had spiders and other bugs in our basement. They came and sprayed but the bug activity did not seem to subside. We asked them to come again to spray and they did. The good thing about their service package is they will keep coming for no extra charge until your problem is resolved.

Things went great. We were very pleased. They were wonderful as far as accommodating a number of scheduling changes. Other Angie’s List members could expect exactly what they would want in a treatment service. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

This was a pretty straightforward request. PestNow did what was expected and I received the termite letter I needed.

The inspector was prompt, thorough and courteous.

They did an excellent job. They come onetime and the price is reasonable.

Just fine so far but will know more as time goes on if the solution worked

It turned out good. I have been really satisfied. They are incredibly knowledgeable, not just with rodents, but bugs as well. They found where the mice were gaining access and told me how to plug it up. That solved the problem really quickly. They were really diligent in their search. I would use them again.

It is an ongoing plan where they come out once every three months for treatment. I am satisfied with the results.
