Great, looked in all the right places, found droppings, swept them up for me, put out bait, looked at the outside of the house and stopped up a few places he thought were trouble spots. Sprayed the outside. Then a few weeks later we found the mouse in a trap, came back out next day, checked all the baits and outside to make sure nothing was getting back in. This was included in our annual package so no additional cost to come back out.

So far so good. They come back twice more.

Very well, met all our expectations, and Cameron was a very conscientious technician. He asked the right questions, and was very personable to boot.

The technician was lousy and lazy - did not go into the crawl space. Had to call office requesting another technician to come and do the job properly

The outdoor services worked really well. The anthills disappeared and we had no problems with carpenter bees after they left. But the inside, yikes. We had clover mites and spiders like crazy. They came twice to spray and after each time the clover mites came back, but the spiders came back with a vengeance. Within an hour of the guy leaving it was like the spiders were coming out of everywhere. It’s exhausting to keep changing our schedules to have them come back so we’re looking elsewhere. The company was very quick to respond, the people were incredibly nice, but the products they use don’t seem to work.

I was just a little surprised that ll this company does is set out bait boxes. I needed more comprehensive treatment of my rats. I hired a second company whose treatment is a little wider. Oddlyl, the rats did not take any of the poisoned food the PestNow set out.

We found mouse droppings in our kitchen and needed some help. Pest Now was able to get them out and we haven't seen droppings since they started coming. The Pest Now rep that comes to our home is the nicest guy and my dog loves him. We will be using them again.

They gave us units to put througout the house and they worked to get rid of all the mice. (We no longer have a cat).

Very good in the beginning, when name changed don't know what happened. They stopped doing the inside of our lower level where we had the problem with crickets.....we started having them again. Did not do a thorough job of the outside....we needed to call them back inbetween their scheduled services. We just got tired of calling them and the technician got tired of coming and let us know.

Very good. Technicians know what they are doing and get the job done. Scheduling is easy and techs are generally available within days. Price as good as any others and better than many.

Josh answered phone and visited as scheduled the day after I called. His bid to do pest control (mice) was less than half other similar jobs friends have had done recently. He provided useful information regarding insulation replacement, and although I've decided not to use their services I'm confident they'd do an excellent job.

We first messaged PestNow LLC through Angie's List with a few questions. They were super responsive and that led to a call. I asked that they come out to inspect my house for entryways etc. and see how best to deal with the mouse I found in the attic. They responded quickly and we had an appointment setup within a few days. They sent Brian, a top-notch technician out to work with us. Needless to say I researched the issue in my attic online quite a bit before his arrival so I had an idea of what to look for and how others have handled it. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and educate me beyond what I've read on the internet. He assured me that PestNow would continue to attack the problem until it was solved for us and while they were at it, they would take some preventative measures against other pests as part of their service. We couldn't have been happier with the time Brian took to inspect the house inside and out and all the time he took to explain everything he was doing and what we could do as well to solve the problem. Leading up to Brian's arrival, we had a great experience with customer service on the phone as well. This is my first treatment with PestNow and so far has been one of my best experiances with a contractor that has serviced our home. I'll post again as to how well the solution goes to our mouse in the attic issue as time progresses but as of now, we couldn't be happier.

They were excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Several months ago, we reached out to PestNow for pest control service. We have now had them out here two or three times for routine service (we live in a wooded lot), and twice for some mice that decided to camp out in our house for a bit. They have been exceptional in coming out when we called, were quite professional, and took care of our issues. Their representatives (both in their office and those who come to our house) are efficient, polite, and professional. I found their costs reasonable for the service they provide, and some of the follow-up calls were done free of charge (e.g., when the mice returned). I would highly recommend their service.

The first time I had them out it didn't really solve the problem since they just gave me some bait stations and didn't fill in any entry points and so I gave them a poor review. Their response after that review was shift and thorough. The general manager came out to look at the place and definitely found some entry points that needed to be addressed, so they sent a new technician out who filled those points and found more. It's only been a few weeks, but no new rodents so far. I'm happy that entry points were blocked. I agreed to the quarterly service, and they waived the first quarter based on my prior payment of $285.

It went very well, they returned after a couple of weeks to check out the results. I had no more sighting of mice nor droppings. It's been about two months and I have not seen any more mice, needless to say I am very happy about that.

Comparing to another Pest service I got from Angie's List, I think PestNow LLC is okay and do a satisfactory job. I do not think they go above and beyond.

Rat traps were placed, checked at next visit, told rats didn't touch, also told holes in walls would be repaired when problem was resolved - never done or scheduled. Sprayed several times for roaches, did not improve, expected to see dead roaches but there were none. I've done better than they did. Got billed for last quarter, when I complained (in a letter) I was told (in a letter) that I had changed the last scheduled appointment date. Why would I change from a day I am REGULARLY off to a day I regularly work. They also said since no one was home they sprayed outside (didn't need). There WAS someone home and saw no one outside nor did my dogs bark (which they do for anything). The alleged spraying was for insects that I have no problem with. Either the tech lied, went to the wrong address, or the company is looked at the wrong client info. I've done more to resolve my issue than they did. I'm very disappointed with this company, would not use again.
