So far, so good. I'm happy with it. I like their knowledge. They did a good job. They were careful because I have kids and pets. They made sure they weren't spraying anything that would harm them.

The gentleman who came was very professional and pleasant. His assessment must have been correct, because we haven't seen any indication of rats for months. He also returned to check on the traps and reload them three months later.

They do a great job in treating our home - inside and out. They come back during the quarter for free spraying if there are pests in the home. They are very responsive and knowledgable about the pests in the area. I've actually learned more about ant colonies than I ever imagined I would.

The bait stations seem to be better than the over-the-counter brand--it worked within one week. We caught 2-3 mice by the traditional snap traps but figured there were more. This took care of the problem.

We had purchased a Big Deal, but that ended up not being able to be redeemed. They are super! We really like them. We plan to hire them for quarterly termite care. I would give them an ‘A+’ if I could.

They indicated several areas that needed to be plugged up, and set up bait stations. No further evidence of infestation. Very punctual and very knowledgable.

From the initial visit to the follow-on visits, they have done an exceptional job. They are very prompt and professional.

I didn’t like that they charged extra for treatment for stink bugs. They will treat whatever I want them to do. We initially called them because we thought we had bed bugs, and he knew what the issues were right away. The technician was very friendly and seemed very confident. It takes them about an hour to do the treatment. The price seemed like a good price to me and they show up when they say they will.

I used Pest Now for an inspection on a home I was purchasing. They were very friendly and responsive when I set-up my appointment. Jeremy L. came to complete my inspection and recommended treatment for the property. Jeremy's professionalism was outstanding. He was on time and did a thorough examination answering my questions throughout the inspection. I used them for my treatment and was pleased with how fast they were able to schedule the job.

The provider was very honest by telling us they could not service the type of pest control we need. Apparently voles are very hard to eliminate. We appreciate their integrity. If the refund goes through smoothly, then this would be an excellent experience overall. We really like Angie's List and highly value the service. We always recommend Angie's List to others. When I complained there was a little extra effort made so that I was happy, but it's frustrating that I had to complain to get what was promised.

Constantly punctual. Kept returning to address the problem and try different things until the pest was removed. The serviceman was always on time or early, spoke in plain language about what he was doing and ensured all my concerns were addressed. Excellent service and great value. Thank you!

Professional, prompt and efficient.

All employees were very professional and pleasant. Didn't get rid of our pest problem 100% but definitely helped.

Vendor has done a great job on their first two trips to the house. They have sprayed inside in areas where we've noticed crickets and ants. Have not seen them return since. Thought we might have a mouse in the attic and they set-up traps. Very responsive and overall quality of service has been great.

They are great and they have come out several times since April. I had some crickets in my basement and they are all gone. They have done a good job. I get the same service guy every time. I would use them again.

Not sure I would use them going forward or I would at least ask if they did it automatically. I am too buys to remember to call.

They're excellent! I had ants, they came in surveyed the situation. They came back a total of three times. I chose not to do any chemicals in the house because I've got cats. They came back a 2nd time and sprayed. After they sprayed, I could see a trail, and they put in bait. I don't have ants any more. They're very professional and I'd recommend them. It was a process but we worked with each other and it all worked out in the end.

It's so far so good. I used to have a pest company and I was very happy with their service but the customer service, whenever something would go wrong, was horrible. I haven't had an opportunity to test that part with PestNow, we hadn't had anything go wrong, but their service is just as good as my other pest company.

My experience turned out great. They now come every 3 months to spray the exterior of the house. They also went through to take care of our house for ants. We noticed a week or two after the treatment, we still saw ants. They came back out right away to take care of the issue and re-sprayed.

It worked out pretty good. They come and did the treatment. It was able to control the pest. The one thing I like about them is that they send out the receipt via e-mail. That was kind of nice. They do the job and send the e-mail out.

It worked out well! They came out and assessed what was going on inside and outside the house. They helped to seal out some holes we had on the outside of the house where some rodents were getting in. He also went up into my attic and made sure if there were nesting up there that he put poison out there. He put some things in the house that he assured me was safe for my children and my dog. He also treated outside the house as well. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

It went well. I wouldn't say anything stood out. They came and provided the service that they advertised. My interactions with the provider were average. I would use them again. It wasn't anything extraordinarily great or extraordinarily bad. I haven't seen any insects since they left. Customer service wasn't bad at all but it wasn't outstanding. Basically, they came and fulfilled the job and moved on.

They responded promptly after my Angie's List purchase (within a day) and had my appointment scheduled within the week. The technician showed up right on time, was polite and professional, and within 20 minutes or so, had conducted the inspection, and treated our home. The chemicals used were effectively odorless, and neither my wife, myself, or the family dog seemed bothered by them. The results were quick, and our pest problem went away within a matter of a few days and has not returned. My neighbors have used this company for years and recommended them to me... I will be sure to do the same!
