They were great - got rid of our mice issues once and for all and the follow up has been fantastic.

They come here every quarter and as needed. There was a rat in the house and they helped me take care of that quickly. When we first moved in, we had a lot of biters in our home and in the exterior of our home. We don't have that problem now. We are very happy with them.

They are on time and go above and beyond.

Punctual, knowledgeable, got the job done. These guys get a B overall (rather than an A) because of a few little things... for example, he offered to spray the perimeter of the interior and exterior with a bug barrier, but I regretted saying "sure, why not" because in doing so I felt like he was a little sloppy with the spraying, but maybe that's just how you're supposed to spray? Also, took about 30 minutes (not an exaggeration) for him to figure out how to work out the billing on a new mobile device he was supposed to use in lieu of paper billing. After all the fuss and several calls to his supervisor, he couldn't figure it out and just gave me a paper bill (this defeated the purpose of him coming early in the morning so that I could make it to work on time). I had to call later that day and pay over the phone instead of on-the-spot. I'd think that at least the billing thing will have been resolved by now... in which case maybe these guys'd get to an A- in my book.

They were both very professional and quite thorough. They took into consideration our concerns about our two dogs that use our backyard and adjusted bait station locations accordingly. They also provided education about sources and solutions to the problems, in addition to the bait stations. I would definitely recommend this company.

However I feel that their approach to rodent control is not very innovative/all encompassing. I called another exterminator company "Innovative Pest Control" and they had much more proactive approach, with more sophisticated tools.

Very good. He gave me other suggestions to reduce rodents such as removing the english ivy around the outside of the house and installing drywall in an exposed area.

Everything was fine. I haven't seen any bugs, so I think it's a good deal. They do what they say they're going to do, they don't monkey around and they don't bother you, they get their work done. I have nothing but positive things to say about him so far. He was very pleasant. The service guy explained everything. We have a number of exotic cats and pets so he asked us before he started doing outside application to get any of the pets that we're going to be outside and keep them inside for two hours until whatever he put down dried.

I use this company regularly for pest control. Had termite treatment several years ago and annual inspection yearly. I contacted the company because the termite warranty had expired and there were signs of spiders, ants (which I learned were carpenter ants) and rodents in my crawl space. After inspection, the agent offered a good deal to treat the property for everything. The telephone representative and two agents were very cordial and responsive. Moreover, the agents were very thorough in performing the services. I will continue to use this company for pest control and recommend the company to anyone needing similar services.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good; they did a good job. They were prompt, easy to schedule and they got the job done. I thought they had a fair price. My interaction with the provider was excellent. They came out within a day or two after I purchased the deal.

They set traps and even purchased an extended contract with them. I was pleased with their services. They came in a snow storm, on time, very thorough and they even wore foot coverings.

Everything went pretty good. I really like the technician that comes out to do the work. He shows me the progress they are making and he explains what he does in each appointment. We sometimes have to arrange special times for them to come into my home to do the work. Sometimes they still send a bill so I have to remind them I bought a year round pest control package through Angie's List and they correct the problem without issue.

We had a rat problem in our alley/garage area. These guys were terrific. It's only been two days since the visit but we trapped one dead rat and I have seen no additional critters in the area behind the house so I think its working.

I have lived in house eight years and had never had pest control. I did not know whether I had a problem or not and signed up for one year of pest control. I don't have a problem and will not renew. The spraying they do for wasps does not help. Nothing bad with their service; I just don't need it

It has subsided but is not yet complete. They have come back 4 times so far and are due for a 5th. They are very accommodating.

It went very well. The individual explained the process and spoke on their experience with the matter. They explained how any hole no matter how small could be an entry spot for the creatures. They gave instructions on what to look for during the next two weeks until they returned to check the traps.

Everything went great. They were very professional and took care of the problem.

We chose to try them because we were unhappy with another firm - mostly the service men who made us nervous. The Pest Now personnel seem competent and pleasant. We have had to have them return several times so have mixed reactions to the quality of their service, but perhaps no one would be better. All in all we are glad we gave them a try

We booked a deal thru? Angies List for treatment for mice, which included sealing cracks and an inspection of the house. When calling to set up the appointment, the person we spoke with was pleasant and professional and our initial impression was favorable. The exterminator arrived on time, but after briefing him on the issue and giving him a tour of our house (this being DC, it was a rowhouse), his conclusion was that it is impossible to keep mice out of rowhomes and that there was ?nothing he could do? but leave bait traps to control the problem. We asked him to do an inspection of the house, as was included in the deal, to see if he could identify any entry/exit points. His inspection was cursory and he seemed put out that we would ask him to do this. His conclusion was that mice come through the walls from the neighbor?s house. When we raised the issue that we did the work on the kitchen ourselves and know that there aren?t any holes, no shared plumbing, etc- his response to this was silence. The exterminator left 4 bait traps in the kitchen/dining area and sprayed a chemical out front. When walking thru? our house with the spray backpack on, he got tangled up and sprayed thru? the kitchen. We have a 3 year old child and a dog, and so then we were now confronted with the fact there was chemicals sprayed in the kitchen. We bought this package because it advertised that it helped establish and eliminate entry/exit points, along with baiting/setting traps- but the exterminator who came was uninterested in establishing where they came in. If you?re interested in shelling out nearly $200 for someone to spray chemicals in your house and drop off some bait traps and leave, then by all means, use this company. Oh, and we?ve seen some mice since the treatment, so we can?t even say that it has worked. The final insult to injury was this: we bought and paid for this on Angie?s List- then a week later the company sent us an invoice for the service they supposedly provided.

Agent came on the same day I called. Went all around the house with me and pointed out all possible points of entry and what to do to close them. He placed various traps & told me to make an appointment in a week's time to have traps inspected. When 2nd agent came he inspected the traps (no activity). Have not seen a mouse since. Each visit agent was on time, professional & courteous. Will use them again.

Well, there are fewer rats for sure. They have continued to check the traps and empty and re-bait them. Easy to contact and talk to.

they showed me one mouse dropping inside the panel behind the tub spigot. I am not sure what they did to treat for mice but they charged me $85 for it. The house was vacant when they treated it and they used the lock box key to get in. I was not able to be present. They did not leave any mouse traps in the house. they also sprayed a section of 2x6' wood, an area about 15" in length, in the basement for wood bores. They charged me $225 for this service which probably took 5 minutes while there were there "treating" for mice. I did not notice any odor of chemicals when I visited the house later. So I do not know if they really they really treated the house or not. there was a bill in the mailbox on the front porch but other than than, I did not see any sign they were inside. I woudl have thought I would see traps and the bill would be on the kitchen counter. I paid the bills when they came in the mail. after I paid teh $320, I got another bill in the mail for $85. I called the number on the bill and it was the salesman's number. he said I had to call the office which I did but nobody called me back. I had to spend more time on the phone, on hold, getting this straightened out. Apparently, the sales man told the office that I agreed to a monthly service for mice treatments and they were billing me for a service they had not provided. the salesman and I never discussed a monthly service for this, nor was I the least bit interested in it. my impression is that their sales staff work on a commission basis and are only interested in getting paid. They do not care about the service being provided only about getting paid. And they want to be paid for services for which customers did not ask. I am sorry I called them. and will never use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It's been really good so far. The same person has come to the house twice now and they have been great. They are very knowledgeable and personable. I felt safe with them in my home. I would recommend them. I would absolutely use them again.
