Very good. Terry was very professional, explained about termites, how they live, where they go, that the ones that don't fly do the damage and you very rarely see them. The technicians came out and seemed to do a very good job very efficiently.

The service turned out well. They got the service scheduled within a week of calling. They were fast in returning the call and getting everything taken care of. They were very professional as well.

They have come out 2x and it's been really helpful. They were treating for mice. The put down some traps and came back 2 weeks later to see if there were any activities. They checked the external part of the house for additional pests and treated accordingly. They also gave us some tips. We're on a 1 yr treatment plan.

The service was great on the initial visit. We have not used the follow-up visit yet. They came right out and it was an easy service to work with. We are pleased with the service.

Stuck with us with no questions until the problem (which we knew would be difficult) was resolved.

Black widows were gone in a day and the ants died out in about a week. They addressed the mice issue the best out of 3 other bogus pest control companies that I had gone with in the past.

They did not call me, but they did email me with a phone number. I have to call for service to make an appointment. It take a couple days before they come out for service. Technician did inform me on how the ants would be our of control after 72 hours. It's have been a week. They did call a lot of bugs on the outside sprayed. But ants seem to find a different route to come in the house. I have to request for another visit. They'r wont be able to come out for two days. If it was an emergency I would wonder how would they react. Maybe they treat ants not an emergency...??

Called the provider and told them I was an Angies List customer but wanted to find out some more specifics before purchasing their $340 deal. The deal says for 4000 sq ft house and my house was 4500 sq feet. The person on the phone said that he would still give the deal for the extra 500 sq feet. The technician arrived and explained what he was going to do and asked if we had any kids or pets (he wanted us to know that it was safe after it dried for both) He also told us about how long it took to dry. They bill in the quarters so you don't have to pay everything up front (however, he gave me the angies list deal without purchasing it directly through Angies list so if you buy it through Angies list you may have to pay up front) They called me the day before they arrived to confirm the appointment. The only thing I wish that they would have done extra is to give a call 30 mins before the tech arrived. Most of the other companies I've contracted through Angies list have done that. He did arrive at the beginning of the time window they gave us though, which is a plus. I'll try to remember to update this when they come out next quarter to let everybody know how the treatment is working. We also paid additional for stink bug and tick spraying.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and knowledgeable in their field. The pricing is reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.

A rat came up through the sewer and they took care of it. They came when they said they would.

I bought and Angie's list deal and was able to schedule treatment withing 2 days of the purchase. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was helpful and seemed knowledgeable. My husband was also impressed by the service man that came to our house. They also come for follow-up treatments as part of the initial cost to make sure the treatment is effective.

I don't think it could have gone any better.

They arrived on time. Explained exactly what they were going to do, and also provided some insight on what types of surroundings certain bugs prefer. They went about performing their job as expected, and afterwards they departed. The entire process went very smoothly. I'm more than satisfied.

They gave a free estimate and had a reasonable price.

I called them because I had evidence of a mouse problem. They came the next day, agreed with my assessment, set traps and asked me to schedule a follow up appointment for two weeks later. They came back in two weeks. Looked at the traps. Saw that the poison had been eaten, plugged up two holes and asked me to schedule a follow up appointment for two weeks later. They came back and saw that no poison had been eaten. They gave me two bags of room freshener to eliminate the smell of dead mice in my walls. It worked well.

The men have been wonderful to work with. They arrive on time, are very professional and have been very helpful - it seems our problem is now under control. We would strongly recommend this team.

Oscar Krstulovic, professional inspector for PestNow, came to our home to investigate a scratching noise in the attic. He discovered a squirrel making itself at home in the insulation. He set a trap and placed trail mix along the board leading from the point of entry to the warmth of its chosen new home. Although we did not hear the squirrel after setting the trap, we were relieved when Oscar placed a one-way door on the outside eave. Mr. Squirrel got out, but he couldn't get back in! Over time, pest experts from the company came to check on our trap. Everyone who came to our home was totally professional, skillful, and knowledgeable. My husband and I recommend PestNow because they know their critters and how to humanely trap and release them. We would not want to hire any other company should the need arise.

He did a great job and was helpful with ideas and was also compassionate as I was freaked out about kiliing anything!

The company was responsive and committed to getting rid of the roaches. The came back on regular basis as per the deal. I did find the bed bug expensive only because I was not used to the cost. It seems however most company have such prices so I went along with PestNow. As of yet the pests have not returned but we have also had a cold winter. Will keep you posted,

Have seen no more mice or evidence of mice on the first floor of the house. Treatment required follow-up visit with deployment of extra traps as mice were seen again after first visit. Individual who placed traps was very professional and courteous. I was a bit confused at planned follow-up for treatment and more explanation of plans would have been helpful. Follow-up visit was scheduled promptly upon notification that mice were seen again.

It's a year-long service and so far, so good. It was a decent price and the service seemed to be what they advertised it to be---service for your money, I guess. I didn't have to pay further than the price of the deal and they never tried to upsell.

Easy to schedule - technician was friendly and knowledgable. For a great price they treated our house and we've been very pleased with a pest free home!
