Great service. Responded to me immediately. I have a rotating schedule at work and they had no problem accommodating me. The technician (wish I could remember his name!) Was polite, courteous, pleasent and efficient. Haven't seen any mice (or signs of) since they provided the service. I got the yearly service contract since we live in a very rural area. So far.....very happy

We are the second TH in a group of four. Number 3 & 4 TH's had problems with termites but they are renters and the landlords were/are slow to react. When they mentioned it to me, I immediately got in the Angie's book and found PestNow. The had an attractive ad that stated clearly what services they provided. They are also a local business here so I can always call if a further problem arises. What put them above the other three companies that I called was the quick turn around. I called on a Thursday and they were here on Friday. I found the estimator quite informative and ready to answer all questions regarding the protection of my home. He even mentioned that there was a coupon that they would honor on Angie's site. When the actual treatment guys (Dave & Ormond) arrived within the timeframe stated, they were neat, efficient and represented the company well. Forty-five minutes after their arrival, they were completely finished treating my home and there were no signs of anything being dug up, moved or out of place due to the service. Although I hired PestNow, these gentlemen arrived in a Superior Pest Control truck but they were wearing PestNow logo shirts. The one-year warranty with options to extend is a bonus for the peace of mind of this service. I won't really know the quality of their service yet but I feel certain this treatment will be the end of my termite problem. I've encouraged the landlords of the neighboring townhomes to use PestNow.

It was okay. I guess it's one of the things that we would continually do to get rid of the bugs and so forth. They did what they were supposed to do.

They solved my problem of Argentinian ants. They also explained why it was a problem. And left a chemical that is harmless to humans after an hour and a half and it stopped the ants cold.

So far, great. I've seen an ant sporadically, but I believe the problem is essentially solved. They will return every 3 mos or at my request to address any pest issues. Technician was friendly, professional and thorough. The price is exceptional and I received quality service.

The termite inspection and subsequent treatment were thorough and professional. The pesticide selected is efficacious for termites and is likely to persist to prevent subsequent colonization for several years. The termite infestation I found was isolated to the area beneath the outside stoop. Because my house is relatively new and constructed on a former pasture, I had not expected colonization so soon but am grateful I was home when the swarming insects emerged. The only negative aspect of this treatment was that the Big Deal coupon I selected excluded treatment for wood boring insects, something I should have noted before purchasing. The refund process appears to work but I won't really know for 7 to 10 business days. What would have been more convenient would have been to apply the money I spent on the Big Deal to the termite treatment and paying the difference rather than having to get a refund from the Big Deal.

Contacted PestNow and let them know that while re-siding my house, live termites were discovered around one hose bib. Needed to schedule an inspection since I was fairly certain there were more underground. I asked for an appointment early in the day since I had to take off work. They gave me an appointment for the next day between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. They were a no-show and didn't even have the decency to call to cancel. I waited an extra hour in case they were running late. Since my office is an hour from home, I've now wasted a 1/2 day of vacation time. No second chance.

He only did areas that only needed and did not over treat nor over charge.

Overall a good experience. My only issue was that on more than one occasion, they would come without notice when we weren't home. This resulted in them spraying around the house, but obvious not working on the interior. Since our basement is the main area for creepy critters, I was left disappointed that I'd missed the service call. When I was able to interact with the person servicing our property, I had a positive experience and my requests and issues were heard and addressed.

I had originally purchased this deal due to a snake problem that I have. After speaking with PestNow, LLC they informed me that snakes are not covered under their maintenance agreement but they were considerate and spent some time speaking with me about what my other options were and how I could handle the situation. I was very impressed with their staff and would recommend them to everyone.

He was prompt and he will do follow up work.

Super responsive from the get-go. Nick got in touch with me within 12 hours after an e-mailed query and we set up an appointment for four days later. The technician Ibrahim was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The service was completed in 30 minutes. I can see why these guys have rave reviews on Angie's List. Highly recommend. Thank you for giving me my backyard back!!!

Great company. Requested info through Angie's list, they respond quickly and we talked on the lightness. They talked through all of our options and talked us poor of some extra services we were looking at (to see if the service we were planning on getting would help). They came out the next business day, talked through the plan, did the treatments and we're on their way

We had cancelled with Orkin because of poor service. This provider emails a week or so before they are going to arrive and gives us the time they will come (several hour window) and they arrive on time. They are friendly and efficient. I am very happy.

The service man who came was very punctual, friendly and knew what he was doing. He explained everything as he was doing it He also said if I noticed any more ants to call right back. I did notice some ants again about three days after and called and a serviceman was sent out. He went through the house again and saw that there were lots of deceased ants under the crawls space and the few I saw may have been the ones that got away. He did treat again. They will be back in a few weeks for my next treatment. I was very pleased!

I bought the coupon Tuesday night and received a scheduling call promptly on Wednesday morning, with excellent availability and no problem rescheduling when I realized I had a conflict. Jesse arrived promptly at 8 AM (for an 8-10 window), went over the house thoroughly, identified the (small) problem, sealed the hole and laid traps, and was done within the hour. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. I would absolutely use PestNow again (though I hope I won't need to!). Note: I used the Angie's list $185 coupon for rodent inspection service, so pricing may be different than what I experienced, but the coupon is a great deal.

Price for the inspection was much less than some of the competitors. They were able to schedule the inspection the day after I initially called. The inspector called and asked if he could do the inspection earlier than originally scheduled and we set up an agreed upon time. He was right on time. Very professional, personable, and courteous. He was extremely helpful and even took the price of the inspection off of setting up a contract. After the treatment was scheduled, I had a few questions. The inspector called me back immediately and made sure that I understood that he was there to answer my questions and that the company was there to ensure my complete satisfaction. Great communications via email, phone and in person. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and close friends. Great Experience all the way around.

Showed up on time for quarterly appointment. Seemed to help control pests. Hard to compare since we moved into the home and started to have pest control come out immediately.

We don't have a pest problem and hopefully whatever they are spraying is not just water.

Not much to complain about. No problems with making the appointment and the service guy was punctual and knowledgable. He spent time explaining the process and was thorough. I would recommend this company hands down.

I would recommend them to anyone who has a rodent or insect problem. I became nervous when there were signs of rats outside of my house and in my neighborhood, and when I thought I heard one in my house one night I called the next morning. They came the next day. They inspected my yard and put rodent traps in locations where there was evidence of rodent activity. They thoroughly inspected the house and while (thankfully!!) there was no evidence of rodents inside, they put traps there too just in case. They sprayed for bugs, and I have not seen one single bug since. Also - their technician Jesse came out every two weeks to check the bait in the traps. Even when I wasn't home, he'd leave a detailed note letting me know that the rodent activity was dwindling and that our efforts were working. He was great, and really gave me peace of mind. This is the best $340 I have spent.
