They were very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and they fixed the problem. The expense was quite high, however.

The company sent me an email prior to the scheduled date as a reminder of the appointment and provided an estimated time frame for treatment. The vendor always showed up on time and was courteous. The vendor sprayed outside and inside the home for pests. Would I hire this company for a future job? Yes, I continue to use them for preventative pest control.

They were able to come out within one week of purchasing the deal. They treated both the interior and exterior. They were very accommodating to the specific need we had and the treatment was effective. They did follow up to ensure that it was effective as well.

I sent them an email and received a very quick response. Mr. Lyles contacted me and set an appointment. He look inside and outside the house and showed me the areas with the termite activity. Very courteous, polite, customer service oriented and he has lots of knowledge. Couple of days later, the crew came by my townhouse and performed the job. Again, very courteous, polite and customer oriented, As of today, July 7, 2014, I have been looking around the house, and I do not see termite activity. I am so happy! They did a wonderful job and I recommend them 100%. Thanks Guys! Eric

This was the first outfit that actually was able to permanently (at least so far) control the mouse problem in our basement. Recently, I also had them spray the basement for insects. This has also produced great results. The technician is always professional and is very knowledgeable about pest control.

It was very good and they did a good job. They treated the outside of the home. The scheduling was great and very easy.

It’s been going fine. They came right away. They are very good with scheduling. I am unsure as to their follow-up at this point. An explanation of the chemicals was not offered. They delivered what I expected and what I thought I purchased.

So far so good. Every summer by this time I have many many mosquito bites from being in my yard. To date after one spraying I have not one single bite.

The technician was very professional and I hardly knew he was there. He was able to answer some of my questions about certain issues that we had and I definitely noticed a reduction of bugs after they treated.

The first rep who came out didn't seem all that knowledgeable. While he did do an inspection and placed traps in the attic and the garage, I questioned his responses to my questions about how rodents were getting into the house, if they were still present etc.He didn't really seem interested nor as knowledgeable. The second rep who came out to check the traps actually contradicted what the first rep told me. He seemed much more confident and knowledgeable with a lot more experience. He asked me a lot of questions that the other guy did not. He said to be sure to call again within the contract time for someone to come and check the traps again as he did not find any rodents nor the bait touched. He did talk about more ways to keep them out and seemed to know what he was talking about. Friendly too. Not sure I would purchase again.

The service went well. I had them take care of a mice problem. The issue was not taken care of completely and I had to take care of the problem myself. I wanted the technician to fill cracks where the mice where coming in. He did his best but did not guarantee he got all of the cracks. He required follow ups that made me had to call off work more, but scheduling was not an issue.

This is a great company, very responsive. They can always accommodate requests for service and are prompt and thorough.

Jesse was prompt;y on schedule and very professional. Found the location where ants were entering the house and solved the problem. We have had almost zero insects in the house. I'm going to call them to spray for mosquitoes. PestNow is highly recommended.

I dropped them because they would not get up on the ladder to find out where the mice were entering. I called and she said that they had ladders and they should get up there. The mice were dying and filling my house with the stench. I used them out of desperation and I wanted to get rid of the mice in my attic. I thought that the price was not too bad. They came when they were supposed too. I would not use them again because, they would not check to see where they were entering.

I have been disappointed. They did not notify me when they were coming out. Because of this, they were not able to treat the interior and they have only been treating the exterior. When I did know they were coming, I took the time to be home so that I could let them inside. Usually, they leave a receipt saying that had come when I was not here. Once I did reach out to them when they came when I was not here and they were not able to treat the inside, they were responsive they did come out for a second treatment. I am still seeing ants around the exterior of my house. The technicians who have come have been professional. I only have one more session with them and I am hoping that they will call before they come out.

Everything is going well thus far. It's easy to get in touch with them, they're very responsive, and they show up on schedule. Furthermore, the treatment has been effective against some carpenter bees in our garage.

I've had technicians out to my house three times since we contracted PestNow for extermination services. Each time the Tech was on time and very polite. They worked with me to figure ou the best way to protect our house and provided suggestions for eliminating future issues. Their quarterly system instead of a standard annual contract is preferable to me and I like the ability to cancel service at anytime. The ant probolem we were having improved significantly after the first treatment and has gone away completely after a couple of weeks. Overall, I would happily recommend PestNow.

This year there seems to be an abundance of ants around the out side of our house. They had no problem in coming back a second time and taking care of the problem again. The technician took the time to explain to me the problems we will probably have this year because of the long wet winter. He was extremely polite and very helpful not to mention very informative.

Quarterly service is prompt. The same service man comes to our house and is familiar with our needs which really helps.

This was the first time I have ever used a company for pest control. He answered all my questions and only sprayed where I wanted in the home. He was very friendly and helpful.

I bought a home pest control annual special on angie's list but I wanted to buy and schedule that and the Termite inspection at the same time, but when I called to do that, I was told that in order to get the on-line pest control deal, I had to buy and schedule it on-line. That wasn't very convenient. Once I submitted my proposed dates on-line (Friday), the message indicated that I would receive a call by that next Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and no call. I then had to call and schedule the pest control. Too many phone calls for something that could have been completed with one. The technicians for both the Termite inspection and the pest control arrived on time, were very professional and knowledgable. The estimate for the termite treatment and warranty were fair and the service was completed on time. My only issue with the termite treatment was the fact that they had to dig up some of the turf near the house to do the treatment. I'm not as concerned about that as I am about the extremely sloppy way they put the turf back. Instead of carefully cutting and lifting sod away from the house so it could be replaced neatly, they just dug it up and threw it back so that non of it is where it started and it looks awful. Overall, we're happy, but disappointed with a few details that would have made this an A rated experience.

Very professional tech. On time and explained all that he was doing. Offered to come back at any time even if it's before the next scheduled service date.
