Showed up on time and performed the work quickly. Was very responsive when I needed them to come out and retreat certain areas of my home.

Darryl came out to the house on an urgent request. There was a bees nest located under the slab of the AC unit. The AC guys couldn't work unless the bees were gone. Darryl moved his schedule around to accommodate my urgent request. The bees were no more in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Pest Now. I used a $30 off coupon for new customers so ended up paying $155.

AWESOME. My technician( I think his name was Jeff) was nothing short of amazing. He was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Thanks to him the squirrel was terminated the same day and he came the next day to dispose of it. He rechecked all traps, placed copper mesh in an opening at the base of my foundation to keep mice and other small critters from gaining access to my home, and gave me some pointers to prevent future problems. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and courteous, but perhaps a little too chatty in that he was there about 30 minutes longer than he needed to be. But I appreciated him educating me on what he was doing. The rodent problem seems to be much better and the response time has been very prompt.

lKevin came when promised and returned two more times to make sure the pests were removed. He was totally professional job and a pleasure to deal with. I hated to have to remove the wasps, but I had been stung three times trying to clip the hedge.

They said they do inside and outside. I had an ant and mosquito problem that I let them know needed to be dealt with. When he came out he did work on the ant problem, but then said the mosquito problem was a separate order and he did not have a work order for it. When called about it, the man was exceedingly rude about the mosquitos, saying that is a different type of service that is not applied with the deal, it is only for lawn/yard and the deal was for the house. The manager did end up doing a one-time courteous spray for the mosquitos. I also asked for advice from them to see about what I should purchase from the store to not interact with the type of pesticide they are using for the spray. I just need to make sure what I purchase does not affect the applicant they put down. I feel that if they had certain exclusions, like bed bugs and fleas, they should have included all exclusions. The technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate that the owner made some an effort with giving free application.

It's only been a month, I'm hoping it's good. I picked them because they're highly rated on Angie's List. They were very professional. They were right on time. Their pricing is reasonable.

Once I realized there was a problem, I called them. They came the next day, were very professional and personable, explaining everything, looking for entry points and setting traps. Within 3 days, my problem was over.

The specialist arrived at the appointed time on July 9. Besides an ant and mice problem which was covered under the Angie's big deal, we had a flea problem, which cost an additional $125 for treatment. He was very professional and treated for the ants and fleas and set traps for the mice. The ants did recur so we had the inspector come back two weeks later on July 23. A few days beforehand we noticed a hornets nest on one of our security lights. I just left a phone message, but when I called the next day, PestNow had already included it in the work order. The treatment for the hornets went well. No mice in the traps, but technician noted it was unusual to have mice in the summer. We were very satisfied with the service.

Very professional technician. Was on time and walked me through the process. Did not try and pressure me into buying more services. Asked about termites and he said that new construction was treated and wouldn't need to to look into anything for 4-5 years. Service appears to have worked as I've seen a few dead bugs but no live ones in the house or garage.

They have been great. We had something building up right before their treatments started, and it hasn’t been a problem since. They are also quick, friendly, on time, and easy to work with. They contacted me through Angie’s List for the first appointment and it went well.

They were fine to work with. They did a great job on taking care of our issue. They were knowledgeable. They had to come by several times to make sure they took care of everything.

I LOVE PEST NOW. These guys are the best pest control company I've ever used. Lately we've been getting hit up by hard-sell reps from other pest control outfits who are trying to make us switch, but each time I've compared their services and price with what I'm getting from Pest Now, and I find I'm already getting a better deal. When we purchased our current house, it came with a one-year termite policy from Pest Now. After the first year, they came to do the annual inspection and I fully expected (as has been my experience with other companies) that they would find something "worrisome," or insist that we needed to sign up for more expensive and more frequent pest treatment. Instead, the Pest Now rep was pleasant, polite, thorough, and told us our house was in fine shape, and to just call if we had any problems with ants, carpenter bees, etc. As it happened, a few months later we started to see some ants in the house and some carpenter bees on our deck. One of the other companies was in the area, and they quoted me a price of $115 for quarterly spraying "if I signed up today," and they required a year-long contract. I called Pest Now and they said they could send someone the next day, with no service contract required. They sprayed the outside thoroughly and only charged $85, when the initial visit was usually higher. (They gave me the "established customer" price because of the termite contract.) The next day we had pouring rain, and I was afraid the pesticide had been washed away. I called Pest Now, and they sent the rep again the next day to respray for no additional charge. We haven't seen any ants or bees since. A couple of months later (earlier this week), I awoke to discover several wasps crawling on my bedroom rug. I followed their apparent trail to our under-eaves closet, opened the door, and almost had a stroke when dozens of wasps came flying out at me. I slammed the door, ran out of the room, and immediately called Pest Now. They sent someone over in less than an hour. He found a wasp's nest inside the wall of the closet where THOUSANDS of live wasps were buzzing (your could hear it through the wall). At one point there were hundreds of wasps in the room! Mac (the exterminator) dusted the room and closet with pesticide (an organic one that wouldn't be a problem for us or our dog), and said he would be back the next day to take care of any wasps inside the wall that were still alive. In the morning when Mac returned, there were only dead wasp carcasses! He sealed the hole in the wall with a foam filler so no other pest could enter, and presented me with the bill: $0, since this was apparently included in our regular $85 quarterly service. He even swept up the spider webs on the outside of the house on his way out. I can't imagine why I would ever want to switch from using Pest Now. They have been responsive, effective, and very reasonably priced, with no pushy salespeople. A+!

They came out in Dec. to address a mouse problem that we'd never had before. I wasn't super happy that they used bait stations only and not traps. The assured me that we wanted the mice to leave and not come back, but as I suspected, several died in the walls or on my dining room floor. But the final result was a mouse free house. They suggested many things to do inside the home to keep the mice from running from floor to floor, but all that was way more work than I had time to do and was what I envisioned they would take care of - but I think that was an issue of expectations on my part. Then in June the mice came back and I was super annoyed. We didn't call PestNow right away and tried to put out our own traps (of all different kinds) and deal with the problem ourselves, but the mice would run up, down and around the traps, leaving poop all around them, but never actually go inside and die! It was infuriating! So finally we broke down and called PestNow back. They put bait stations back out and the mice were gone within a few weeks. I'm sure it helped that we got a cat around the same time so I can't say specifically which was more effective - though I do know the cat killed at least 2 mice. When they came in Dec. they offered to spray for bugs at no additional cost. That seems to be working well.

The provider was clean, professional and set appropriate expectations for the service. I have not given a grade for quality as they just did the service and since the gentleman as so good I wanted to start off letting people know at least they could have a solid serviceman.

Great pest control company! Easy to schedule appointments, they show up on time, and are very thorough. Would highly recommend!

No matter what the issues we have had in or around our home, they have been able to clearly explain the issue and what they plan to do about it before taking action. We hear from them a week or two before they are going to come so we don't have to remember that the time has arrived. WHen we have needed them to do additional work, they were very responsive.

During their first visit, they were able to get rid of the ants 95% but we were still having to ants come to the front foyer. So they had to come out to spray on the outside. I also had them put some mulch over what they had just treated. They got it controlled. They were very wonderful. The technicians that came out were very knowledgeable, I got a full history lessons on characteristics of the ants, what they do and it was really interesting. They were great and they knew what they were doing. I had a coupon from Angie?s List, which is $30. So I paid less. I will continue to use them on a quarterly basis.

I called them early Monday morning and they were able to fit me in their schedule the same day, came out by noon. The technician did a thorough inspection and found two nests. He treated them with pesticide applied directly into the nests in the ground. A few years ago I had one of these yellow jacket nests and they did the same treatment which worked perfect then.

The young man sprayed the exterior of my home front and back to keep bees and wasp away. He also sprayed the ground and showed me where there were bee hives there. I appreciate what he did and look forward to a return visit to insure that crickets don't get into the house :)

They have done one treatment at this time. The technician knew what he was talking about and he was good. They got the job done in about one hour. They treat both the inside and outside of the home.
