He came to our house on time and covered his feet with booties. Very professional. Moved the stove and fridge where the mice come out of. He placed poison pellets there and in the basement as well. He did cover part of a hole behind the stove but unfortunately there was a small hole left that he said we have to get dry wall for. I do think he did a good job but the mouse did not go away completely because the hole was still there and the poison didn't kill them off fully.

Pest now was very accommodating to my schedule. They were there in the window that they said they would be. The tech was very helpful and explained what he was doing. I would hire them again.

The office team is very professional, organized and courteous. A treatment person has always been provided within 48 hours of my call, and more typically the very next day. The pest controller has always arrived within the timeframe stated. We have had the pleasure of working with Kevin each time, which is helpful because he is already familiar with our situation. He is very professional, knowledgeable about pests and their habits, courteous, clean (he wears bootie cover ups on his shoes), provides recommendations to keep my pets safe, and sprays only where necessary. He also works very efficiently and focuses on the problem at hand. I highly recommend this company!

Company had previously done work for me and continued same excellent service with contract. Promptly set up initial visit and treated all areas for various issues I had noted. Since treatment all problems appear completely under control. Annual contract includes return service calls every three months.

Picked up the $185 special for rodent "dispatching" as we had some little guys popping up here and there. They did a great job assessing where they were coming in to the house and helped us shore up entry as well as treated the existing mousies. Would definitely use again.

Scheduling was easy and convenient. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, well informed, and sharp minded. Exterminator was punctual and service was effective.

The inspector, Scott Jennings, was extremely nice and inspected my house. He provided reasonable quotes on the services I requested and did not push other services. They came out two days later to install the Centricon traps and spray for mosquitos. Fantastic service.

The service included the onsite agent to examine the perimeter of the house in order to search for possible entry ways for the rodents to enter the house. The exposed entry way was covered and the agent left poison in the basement where the rodents were entering the house through.

This review is related to their wildlife control service. This is a nice company for the bug/insect problems. They also claim that they take care of wildlife problems, but they simply don't know much about wildlife. They were on-time and came whenever I called them, but did not do much other than installing a mesh screen to a completely unrelated area. They were very reluctant to climb the roof to check for animals and entry points. Then they told me to call a carpenter and fix the hole, which trapped the baby squirrels in the attic. When I called them again, they came and told me that it is all normal and all the noises I hear from attic are because of some wind or coming from outside! After wasting few weeks with this company, I called another wildlife company who took care of the problem in just few days.

On 8-11-14, 2 bats were flying around my bedrooms. I immediately contacted Animal Control, who caught and removed them. However, I was still in a panic wondering if I had a colony in my attic. After making several calls and no one being able to come out until 8-13-14, I found Pest Now. Not only did they come out the same day, but they were there within a few hours. Chris checked outside and went into my attic. He assured me that there were no signs of any bats or possible entry points. Both Animal Control and Chris determined that the most likely cause for their entry was through an open door when I went to get my trash out of a can on my deck. Pest now did not even charge me for the call. And although I asked Chris about their services. There was no hard sell, they didn't 'find something that wasn't there' in order to upsell services. Just a good old fashioned service company that knows good service once is the key to building long term customers.

PestNow was very responsive. After I purchased the service, they called me to arrange a visit. The technician met my husband at our new property and treated for spiders, ants, and other small pests. He also set out mice bait to deter any mice from coming onto the property. The technician was very thorough.

The technician was very nice. They got the initial treatment done in about 15-20 minutes. The scheduling was good.

For the deal, they provide four quarterly treatments and will come back for no additional costs for any services in between. They have come out a few of times now. They have responded quickly each time that I have called. The technician who came was nice and professional. He explained that it is normal to have a couple of spiders around the house. He once identified a crack and blocked it, but we are still having problems. He checked everything. However, we still have found two mouse droppings. That is what bothers me most is that we still have a mouse problem. It doesn’t seem that the treatments have helped.

We noticed evidence of mice and infestation of ants in our new home. We purchased a year-round protection deal through Angie's list. Despite our home being larger than the allowed size in the deal, PestNow worked with us to pay a reasonable amount to make the deal work for us. Despite one of the coldest and snowiest winters we had, we had no sightings or evidence of mice in our home this year. We will definitely continue to use them.

We had a problem with mice getting in the house so I bought an exterminator's "deal" on Angie's List. Almost immediately after purchasing the deal (from PestNow), a representative called me to schedule an appointment. Everything went according to plan. The employee scheduled another appointment (at no extra charge) for a later date to check on the bait.

The treatment was less than two hours ago so I can't comment on the quality. However, the guy showed up on time and performed a thorough job. I have used several other providers before, but they didn't do an adequate job. This one, however, the pressure (psi) was strong. I could see plenty of liquid coming out and spread over a decent area, not just a thin line along the walls. He even removed the cobwebs. I'm quite pleased with the treatment. I will update in a few days about the effectiveness of the treatment. The price, however, is much more expensive than other providers since I have to buy the whole annual package. I would rather buy a one-time thing since my problem is extremely minor.

I've hired pest control companies before to take care of ants and they never seemed to get much better results than I did with a can of store-bought spray so I was skeptical. Last year I tried to control them myself and they seemed to be everywhere on the porch and outside areas and often, even inside. I am happy that I decided to break down and have PestNow do the work this year. I am pleased with the results. They did the initial treatment and it seemed to work very quickly. We called them back once to re-treat two bathrooms for a few ants. Since then I have not had any problems. Still surprised at how effective it was.

The service man that came was great. He showed up on time, and explained everything he was going to do. We have an 8 month old and he made sure to wait until she was out of the house before spraying some of the more sensitive bug spray inside the house. When he finished he told us to call him should any of the insect issues not resolve themselves in about a week. But luckily there was no need...as all of our issues have thus far vanished. I am hopeful that the next 3 visits (we bought a quarterly package) will be just as productive.

I contacted PestNow on a Saturday morning with an urgent request to remove a large hornets nest hanging very close to our front door. They were at our house within an hour and decided the best course of action to ensure the wasps didn't return was to spray inside the nest and return 2 days later to remove it.
