I love the flexibility the team has when scheduling our visits. If we still see pests after their treatment (unusual) they come back and retreat - no extra cost, no hassle.

So far so good! They were able to fit me into their Saturday schedule at the last minute, calling me 30 mins ahead of time as promised. Mike was very helpful in determining the source of the smell in the basement and hung odor bags to help mitigate it. Seemed to have done a thorough job of starting the process of getting rid of rats in the garden, which I am told can take some time. They came back 2 weeks later to rebait the stations and spray the house. I spoke at length to both technicians and they were very helpful in explaining the process. I have signed up for an annual agreement based on my experience and would use them again. If only I could do something about my neighbors and their trash habits, which caused the problem in the first place!

It went well , technician John came out was professional and friendly and went to work. Answered any questions we had and got the job done by himself. The price was affordable and we are glad Pestnow provided the service for us. The service provided by their team members, Jeff, John and the ladies at the office has been professional and friendly.

They came out promptly and Scott did a thorough inspection. He let us know that we actually don't have a problem and explained what happened to make us think we did. They did not charge us for the visit. We will absolutely call them again if we need pest control services because they where thorough and honest.

Duane was my technician and he was phenomenal! He listened to our concerns and then went to work. He found where there was a small whole in a bedroom and sealed it up. Thankfully I haven’t seen or heard any 🐭. He really was awesome!!!!! And the cost and service is outstanding! He gave me back my home and peace of mind. Thanks Pest Now!

Chris came out to our house to review our pest control plan, renew the bait stations, and help manage a recurring mouse issue that we're keeping under control. He was professional, courteous, willing to get his hands dirty, and offered helpful advise on keeping the problem down.

They came the same day I called, applied the treatment both internally and externally. Ant problem was eliminated in less than 36 hours. Worked as promised. Very professional and punctual.

they did an excellent job on getting rid of the mice. However, with cockroaches they did the bare minimum, although they came several times, none of the treatments were effective. They didn't do the full analysis of where the cockroaches came from, and how extensive the problem was.

very well, provider was knowledgeable and set up preventative measures and gave suggestions for what we could. do. After several months no signs of rodents entering pantry or garage. fingers crossed that will continure!

The first round was successful but continuing rains resulted in a late summer return of ants. They came out this 2nd time without cost to us to spray and took care of the remaining ants.
