The establishment of our account initially was handled very well. The office was efficient and accomodating. Once we were established a very nice, knowledgeable, clean,efficient and friendly man came out to our house, stopped in first to speak with me and then went around the entire house inside and outside to apply the pesticides for pest control. I should say. while inside talking with me he noted that there was a baby in the house and he told me that he would not treat the family room and I should keep the baby in that room I think for an hour. He said after that hour the whole house would be safe for the crawling baby who puts absolutely everything in his mouth. I especially appreciated his sensitivity to the baby. aside from that he was extremely knowledgeable, understanding all of our needs and reassuring us that all of the pests we described would be taken care of. He warned us that for the next couple of days or up to a week I guess we would see pests crawling up into living areas because they were coming out of hiding to die. On all 3 floors of our large house we saw only three pests the first day after the application of pesticides and then not one. it has been 6 months now and we have seen nothing except a few stink bugs. The second time he stopped in at 3 months he did the same thing. Talked with me and then treated the place. We've seen no pests for 6 months except for the stink bugs which I will mention to him next time.His excellence andprofessional manner were very much appreciated. I am curious to see what happens when spring and summer hit to see if the pests are still so well controlled.

Eric Zutler did my inspection, he did a great job! He also answered all of my questions, what to do in the future and recommendations. This $35 price is a one-time option they do for people who're buying or refinancing homes, the regular annual price is additional.

We've had good experiences with them overall. They are always on-time and nice. When we've had the interior treatments they've indicated we should leave for an hour for the safety of our pets and children. Aside from an issue with a squirrel that they were responsive to over two visits, we've been very happy with them.

Every once in a while we've had mice get into the house and I have dealt with it myself. The problem would go away but seemingly come back. Finally, I decided to hire the professionals, and so far so good!! We have used Pest Now for other needs (insects), and every technician who has come out has been very nice and professional. If we had questions or concerns, they would take the time to explain what they are doing and how to get rid of the problem. Also, all the techinicians were on time and completed the tasks they said they would do. We live next to a vacant property, so there will always be little critters we may have to deal with. On this latest job, our techinician located a few possible entry points for mice to get into our home and he sealed them up. He also put down a couple of bait traps outside, and after a couple of weeks he figured out which direction they were coming from. We probably will always have a bait trap on that one side of the house, but it's worth it to stop them from getting back in our house. We highly recommend Pest Now and will continue to use them for all our pest needs.

The service has gone well. I was having a mice issue. The technician, Tony, has done a fabulous job. He is pleasant to work with and honest. He is very personable. It is very easy to schedule with them and they are always available.

We used Pest Now in our previous house and were very satisfied. At one time we had a problem with snakes and lizards in the house that Pest Now humanely caught and released outside. We had ant problems in that house also. We tried traps but the ants just came in somewhere else. Pest Now applied treatment and that stopped the problem. We recently moved into a new house and had many spiders and bugs since this is new construction. Pest Now applied treatments inside and outside and we have not had further problems. I have recommended Pest Now to all my neighbors and would recommend them to anyone.

They have been out a couple of times and have been very professional. They are very easy to schedule with and work with. They have scheduled visits throughout the year and will come out if I have an issue.

They were fine, but I think I misunderstood the deal. Having just moved into our new (old) home, my wife and I have discovered several repairs to be made, and many access points for pests. PestNow, despite my asking, never really gave much insight to a lasting pest-free solution. They would spray and set traps, and would return if I called them to, but weren't really invested in long-term solutions. The guys were generally pleasant, though, and arrived promptly.

It was fine. They walked through and checked everything and gave me a report and summary. They are always on time and always professional.

The Pest Now tech was very punctual, professional and polite. He kept returning every three weeks or so to check on the progress (of removing/detering mouse entry) until there was no sign of any more mouse activity. We have seen nothing since that last visit, even with the very cold weather which always draws them inside.

We are satisfied with the service they provide.
