Was contacted immediately after buying the Angie's List year deal. Scheduled an appointment for the next Monday. Tech came out and sprayed inside and out. Knowledgeable, polite and professional. Look forward to working with them throughout the year.

The tech did a careful, thorough job of figuring out where the mice were getting to and laying bait boxes, inside and out. It took a couple weeks for the signs of mice to disappear, like he said it would, but we're fine now! We had tried another company before and they just laid snap traps in one area. Not a single mouse got caught.

PestNow came out and inspected the whole house for possible rodent problem. They checked carefully and then they placed bait stations and came back to follow up on them. We have not had a problem with rodents since then. They were courteous and professional.

Called Pest now...they were immediate about getting back. They sent out an exterminator . He was very knowledgable and professional. Went all around the house an inside looking for mice and possible entrance points. The exterminator explained all he was doing. I will call them if I ever have problems in the future.

We own an older home, and our service provider has been attentive to detail in addition to professional and knowledgeable. We are very pleased and highly recommend this company!

The technician got the basement and first floor entry points, as well as the outside footprint of the house, including under our porch and trampoline since it's close to the house. Feel good knowing I can call for the next 90 days for a follow-up if needed. The biggest thing I want to comment on, though, was that the technician was incredibly nice, professional, and good with communicating what he was going to do and later what he had done. I would definitely use them again!

Pest now came out and told my property manager that we had squirrrel and raccoon nests and that they would need to trap them and sanitize the attic for a cost of 2,835.00. Scared my property manager who met them with it being incredibly urgent or the raccon nest would hatch. I spoke with the inspector who wrote the quote and he explained it/stood by the description of it as a squirrel and raccoon job. I got two other quotes; both said that I had two *birds nests* - and the very qualified and professional firm i hired (Veterans) charged me $410.00. These folks are not ethical and will take advantage of your desire to deal with the problem.

I've been using PestNow for several years. I use their quarterly pest control treatment and have had very good experiences. Recently, they did something that deserves a special mention. After getting insulation installed in a crawl space, mice began appearing in our home (we had never seen a mouse up until that point). I didn't realize my quarterly pest service included treatment for mice; I assumed it was just for insects. So, I bought one of PestNow's rodent remediation packages via Angie's List. Soon thereafter I received a call from PestNow. They informed me that, in effect, I was already covered. They sent somebody out the next day and the mouse problem was solved. I simply requested a refund from Angie's List. I just want to applaud PestNow for being honest and forthright. They could have easily kept my money for the package I purchased. I really would have been none the wiser. Thanks PestNow.

After recently moving in to our new home, we received a letter around mid-March from the company expalining that we had a free inspection as part of a follow up from performing a termite inspection. We scheduled an appointment with a staff member by phone (who was courteous and professional). The technician arrived on the earlier end of the two-hour appointment window and immediately got to work and explained what he was doing and made recommendations. The spraying definitely worked and made the sighting of any insects diminish greatly. After about three weeks past the initial spray, we requested a follow-up visit since we saw a few more spiders. Once again the technician was prompt in his arrival time, got to work immediately, and very thorough in making sure the areas we spotted insects were covered. This follow-up visit was also free of charge as it was covered within the first 90 days of the initial visit. Overall, it was an effective, easy, and professional transaction.

Our first spring in the house and we saw all the ants and spiders come out. Daily visitors. They came out, inspected, and performed the treatment without any problems at all! Very knowledgable about pests and the things we can do to reduce their revisiting. Definitely one of the good folks you want in your corner!

PestNow's technician was very prompt and efficient in providing the service. Very cordial, answered questions and was also very proactive about ensuring he got to all the key areas. We plan to continue service with PestNow on a quarterly basis.

They spray around the whole house. We have only had it done the one time. We are under a warranty with them. Very professional.

Pricing was fine and it is easy to deal with them. I've called them once for spot treatment and they were very responsive about coming out and taking care of that situation quickly.

They were really good. They came out once for mice treatment. The deal included a second visit, but we have not had any problems since the first visit to warrant them coming back out.

It was a smooth service. They sprayed the area and placed rodent traps around the house. He explained a lot of what he was doing and recommendations for the house. They also addressed the entry that appeared to be letting in some kind of rodent into the house. The animal never got in after that.

On the initial visit, they treated both the interior and exterior. They completed the exterior on a quarterly basis. After the year of prepaid service was completed, they continued to come out for the work without any notice and I received a bill for an $85 charge. When I called them about this, they confirmed I had purchased the deal and to ignore the charges. However, even after talking with them, there is still an outstanding bill for the $85.

use. The young man - the owner I believe - cleaned the heating ducts in our three story townhouse with a big duct cleaning vacuum machine that reached in through all the ducts. He took before and after pictures of the inside of the ducts to show what good job he did. He also cleaned and sealed off the dryer duct (with mesh) to prevent birds from making a nest in the outside opening of the duct as they had the previous year. . He was very polite, clean, and efficient - and inexpensive compared to others. . I certaining use him again.

We were referred to PestNow by our realtor when we bought our house. They did the original wood boring insect inspection. Once we moved in, we signed up for a quarterly contract. Their contract includes a warranty for several common insects and pests, so that if at any time we have a problem, we can call them and they will come and deal with those things without any extra charge. We have had to call them several times when the carpenter bees come around in the spring and early summer. At one point, the technician was coming to our house every week for 3 weeks in a row because those carpenter bees were so stubborn! The office staff and all the technicians are extremely professional. They always email and tell us the date they will be out to do the quarterly spraying. They have always responded right away to any pest issues that have come up. Out of all the home improvement services we have used over the years, this company is the most professional, punctual, organized, and effective.

They are excellent. I don't have any pest control problems anymore. I originally called them to deal with a bee problem I was having every year. Since they came out, I don't have any more bees! They also treat the inside of my house as well. They do such good work.

Very professional, did a thorough sweep and placed traps where necessary. Promised to come back in three months to re-assess at no extra cost!
