They came as requested, installed the traps, and came twice more to check on them at no additional charge, until they were confident that there were no more mice in the house.

Jeff came out despite having a full day as soon as he could. He took the time to explain to me how termites work despite the fact that he'd been working all day and his work day was supposed to be over. Afterwards I felt at ease. We have a warranty with them (pest & termites) and they stand by their work. We were fortunate this time but I know if a problem arises, they'll take good care of our home. In fact, Jeff even gave me his card to call him directly with questions. He said he'd be happy to answer questions as they arise. Oh, and he charged nothing. Great service! We appreciate their loyalty, fair prices, and customer service.

I was extremely pleased with the service. The serviceman explained to me that the mice carried the poisonous food back to their nests and poisoned the other mice. He also pulled out the refrigerator in our laundry room to see if they had died in the area of the motor housing since mice like warm spaces. Today, the same serviceman came back for their third visit to see if the mice were dead. (The smell from their dead bodies indicated to me there were a lot of dead mice in the laundry room.) The food in the traps was not touched, which was a good sign. I now just have to wait for their bodies to decompose and the odor to subside. PestNow is the absolute best. They were quick to schedule the appointments (usually within a couple of days max), and right on time. The two servicemen were knowledgeable and professional. Very impressed.

I was extremely please with their customer service. They came out twice to take care of the carpenter bees! They were on the spot and very responsive.

THE ORIGINAL VISIT WAS FOR MICE IN THE GARAGE AND HOUSE.I HAVE SEEN NO MICE OR DROPPINGS SINCE THE ONE TREATMENT. THE FOLLOWING VISITS WERE EXTERIOR SPRAYINGS-I HAVE HAD NO BUGS OF ANY KIND AND NO MICE.

A very pleasant experience. The man was here about an hour and a half. He was very through and knew what he was doing. He was careful to place poison traps where my dog could not get to them.

Lest spring, when we bought our house, we found termite activity during the home inspection, so we hired PestNow to do termite treatment. However, we still see some termite show up couples of month later, so we ask PestNow inspector came to check again. They said it's because the treatment won't effect right away, so we buy it. This spring, we buy the extended warranty from PestNow in case that the treatment is not effective. Meanwhile, I also put some termite bait around foundation to monitor termite activity. We found several termite bait pop up to indicate termite is still active; so I call PestNow to schedule another inspection. Our schedule time is 12-2pm. The inspector call me at 12:03 but I was busy on my work, so I haven't arrive home. So I ask the inspector whether he can wait 20 minutes or not. He said OK. I arrived home at 12:20, and I saw a PestNot truck leaving my community :(, and I missed the schedule. I tried to call the inspector back and he said I need to reschedule. That's fine, but when I see my invoice, the inspector note that "no one home waited 30 mins". This is absolute a lie. We reschedule 2 days later 7-9 am. I was thinking this time I am not going to miss the inspector. I AM WRONG! I wait until 9 am and now one show up, so I call PestNow again to check whether the inspector is coming or not. They said inspector is heading to my home and will give me a call, so I wait 30 more minutes. Still no show and I call PestNow again. Now, they said " there was a system error and my appointment wasn't scheduled". I have no idea how their system works, but I am absolutely p***** off. Update: We reschedule another reinspection on Saturday. The inspector comes on time and inspect very carefully. We do find out possible termite activity so they will do the treatment again. Let's see what happen after treatment.

PestNow is great. I have received two visits- the initial one and a f/u and both times Nicholas was professional, informative and through. I have a big mice issue and he places stations in places where I did not know I had entrance areas. I also have a large overall insect issue- spiders, worms, crickets etc- and since he was here I have seen a definite decrease in inside bugs. he also treated a new wasp area and they were dead by next day. I purchased the daily deal which was too good to pass up. I look forward to the fall when he returns as the fall/winter will be the test if the mice are taken care of I would highly recommend PestNow

The person who came out to give me an estimate was on time and professional, quickly came in and give me details of what was needed and how much. We agreed for a technician to come to complete services. Very nice guy. Technician who came out to us unfortunately was not able to remove the birds because they were too deep into our vent and there equipment did not reach far enough. I was prepared for this because the person who gave me an estimate had forewarned me this could be a possibility. So although disappointed that job couldn't be done, was appreciative they had been forthcoming about there services. Secondly, the tech sprayed our yard and garage efficiently and professionally. He treated us with respect and answered all our questions. Great company from what I've experienced, would recommend to anyone. Keep it up PestNow!!

They come every quarter to spray and stuff.

They are awesome! My mom lives in a duplex style house and she started getting cockroaches a few months back, which is disgusting to say the least. I went on to Angie's List and saw that these folks had a lot of good reviews, so I took a chance and was not disappointed. I used the coupon for $30.00 off, so it was $195. Our guy showed up early and was not scared of our roaches :) He was a nice guy. We have since scheduled two follow-up visits and are very pleased. Once we are under control, we will continue with a quarterly treatment.

It worked out fine. They came out when they were supposed to. They did the lawn treatment like they were supposed to. I looked them up on Angie's List website. They're competitive. They responded pretty quickly.

They were great, very professional. Really seemed to know what they were doing. We plan to hire them on a quarterly basis now for all pest issues.

Went well, would use again!

I called because I had a bumblebee guarding my deck, for ants that I was starting to see in my second bedroom and just all around preventive maintenance from all other critters, since I'm terrified of all bugs. The morning that (I believe) Kevin and Herb from PestNow arrived, it was overcast, so we didn't see the bumblebee on guard duty, but we did see the ants. Kevin set the bait around the window in the bedroom where I was seeing ants and also sprayed all of the bedrooms and garage while Herb sprayed the exterior. I showed them some kind of nest outside of my home that I had partially gotten rid of and they sprayed it for me. I'm still seeing the ants since there is still bait left, so I'm not sure when the ant traffic will subside. I figured that I would give it another week or so before calling PestNow to see if that's an issue.

The one we used for pest control was a very good one. They were really excellent and I just used them 4 weeks ago. They are called PestNow LLC. The staff, they were all professional. I would grade them 'A' for everything on the grading scale. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I used PestNow for a home inspection in 2012, and had a great experience. I bought their termite warranty because the area I live in is damp and wooded, and I thought I'd better be safe than sorry. In late April 2014 I noticed termites on the front of my house. A PestNow inspector came out and said I definitely had termites in the front of the house, and the warranty only covered where termites were actually visible, but to be safe, I should have my entire house treated. Service was scheduled for May 6, 2014 between 11am-1pm. I was not home, but my mother agreed to come to my house that day. She arrived about 10 minutes after 11am to find a bill taped to the front door, saying that treatment had been completed. As my backyard is completely enclosed by a 6ft privacy fence and the gate is always locked, I called the office regarding the technician's claim that he treated the whole house. She said the technician's notes said he treated all three sides. I asked how that was possible since the gate was locked, and she said he must have been able to unlock it from the outside. When I got home that night, I checked the gate and it was locked. Even if he had managed to unlock the gate from the outside, there is no way he could have relocked it from the outside. So I disputed the $425 bill for treating the two sides of my house not covered by the warranty, and ended up paying exactly half the bill. Now, exactly one year later, there is a swarm of termites on the front of my house again.
